I was recently deceived by this company I was going to refinance my mortgage with them I paid $out of my pocket for a home appraisal which I was told was going to be reimbursed I was never reimbursed this money and decided not to move forward with my refinance loan as the closing disclosure changed unexpectedly I was told originally that the cash to close would be $ Then days later it went up to $ The day of closing it suddenly went up to $ Also the manager I spoke with was very condescending and rude to me on the phone when he realized I decided not to sign the closing documents These people need to take a class in "Business Ethics"!

I refinanced my home with *** *** ***In the origination stage of the loan I was lied to by the loan originator, *** *** NMLS *** & *** *** NMLS *** stated that the only fees for origination were 3,000, and during closing I was charged other closing costs for the appraisalThe loan originator did not inform of the closing costsI was also told that I did not need a co-signer on the loan, I did not qualify on my own, and so I applied with a co-signerThe co-signer did not want to be on the deed of trust, and both of the originators stated that they would pay the fees for the co-signer to be removed from the deedI have attempted to call and email the originators directly, including their direct managersThey have ignored all my voice mails, and e-mailsAfter I spoke to the mangers I was told that *** was no longer working thereI believe this to be false

Very positive experience and couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with
