I am rejecting this response because: they never sent me an attachment of the signage, and that is not what I asked proof ofI asked for proof of the receipt not being on the dashThe company has not shown proof of the receipt on the dash or proof of the signageI have shown proof on the receipt that they do not require the receipt on the dashI also never said that I did not put the receipt on the dashI am just proving in multiple ways that this company is a scam artist and is going as far as to threaten to impound my car or send me to collections on a ticket that had absolutely no validityI expect this ticket to be removed immediately as I have proven many times that this is a company based on fraud(taking payment for parking and then coming up with a scam to fine me with more money), threats(collections agency and impounding the car), terrible customer service(the agent that called me was extremely rude and I documented the conversation and can provide that evidence if needed), and lying(saying that I didn't put it on the dash)
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I can assure you that I never gave any authorization for this company to make a charge against my credit card, nor did I authorize any third party to give them my credit card number to make a charge Obviously, they already have my credit card number, since they made a charge against it, and I have already given them the license numbers of both my vehicle and my wife's in a previous contact Since I have never received any parking invoice from anywhere in recent years, I obviously cannot give them that So, I do not know what other information I can give to them to resolve this issue

I am rejecting this response because:The information provided by the companies response is falseThe lot the night of the incident was mannedI purchased a receipt from a person employed by the company, not a payment machineThe receipt was placed by the employee of the company at the location shown in the attached photosOne photo is of the original photo the company took the night of the incidentThe other photo is of the same vehicle and time, prior to entering it, of the receipt in clear view The receipt was purchased on 7/5/2016.I find is highly suspicious of the company to provide a poor photocopy of a photo that they have record of to the Revdex.comI requested the same photo while disputing the fine and the clarity of the photo I received is much better than what is provided to the Revdex.com.The company mentions terms and conditions of use of the lotsThe receipt that was given does not have any terms and conditions noted, nor were any posted the night of the incidentAttached is a photo of the valid receipt with no terms or conditions noted.
The company has every right to protect their business from fraudHowever, providing incomplete and poor information to the Revdex.com is suspicious the companies intentionsThey have provided inaccurate information to the Revdex.com and the consumer, attempting to profit from their own poor management I encourage the company to refund the entire $fee for the valid parking receipt, along with the entirety of the fraudulent fine.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with the response from this company I have given them ample proof that I paid for parking for the day in question I also let them know that the reason the payment receipt was upside down was a simple, honest mistake When speaking with someone on the phone regarding this matter, I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told no It is unimaginable to me that a company would deny someone the right to speak with a supervisor Eventually the woman on the phone said she would forward my information to a supervisor and have one call me, but a week later I have yet to be contacted by anyone from this company The tone of the woman on the phone was rude, and she was unwilling to consider anything I said Any customer service training I have ever been a part of or heard about teaches the customer service agent to be polite, even when they are in disagreement with the customer This definitely was not the case I have never been spoken to so rudely by any business The unreasonableness by this company to look at the information I provided and to consider the fact that the receipt was upside down by mistake is beyond belief, certainly not good customer service

The photo taken by our attendant makes it unclear whether Mr*** had a paid receipt on the dash or not. As a one time courtesy I am dismissing this notice Regards, Teresa P*** Operations Manager Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc303-720-b

I have reviewed this dispute and checked our records and show that on 10/15/a vehicle registered to this consumer was parked at the Denver Pavilions parking lot. This location has posted requirements showing that prepayment is required and a valid receipt must be displayed on the dash. I have attached a copy of the photo showing on this consumer's dash and it clearly shows that he paid for a parking space up to 4:59pm. At 6:the lot attendant checked this vehicle and verified that the parking session was expired and issued a notice for EXPIRED RECEIPT. We believe this notice is valid and due. If this consumer had paid this parking notice within days, he would have received a $discount. Since he is stating he has been trying to reach our office I am authorized to extend the $if this notice is paid by 11/20/16.As I stated before, our office logs all incoming phone calls, emails, faxes and mailed correspondence. Our records do not show any communication from this consumer regarding this dispute, only a prior parking notice he received last year and sent in a dispute. I am testing our emails to make sure all of our boxes are working and cannot locate any issues and do not appear to have other similar complaints. Our office can be reached by walking in, calling our 800 number, by mail, fax and email. If an email is sent, a confirmation would be bounced back

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/08/17) */
Hello, thank you for the opportunity to respond to this consumer
As you know, *** *** operates private parking lots in the *** areaThe surface lot which is the subject of the above complaint is operated on an honor system;
this lot is not manned, but is set up with a payment machine, and parking customers are expected to pay if they park in this lotUnfortunately, many parking customers do not payIn addition, some parking customers even attempt to defraud the parking companies by creating paid receipts and bank statements, monthly parking permits, and sharing payment receipts and monthly permitsThis is a significant and substantial problem for *** *** as it is for all parking companies who operate surface parking lots*** *** has retained our office's services to assist them with their collections
As you also know, property owners have the right to protect their property from trespassersSpecifically, *** *** as the authorized manager of these private parking lots, has the right to establish terms and conditions under which a customer is permitted to park their vehicle or use the parking lotA customer is permitted to use the parking lot only if they fully comply with the terms and conditions established by the parking companyIf a parking customer does not fully comply with the terms and conditions, they are trespassingIssuing parking notices is one way for the parking company to enforce their property rightsTowing or booting vehicles would be alternative ways for a parking company to enforce their property rights*** *** has signage posted on their parking lots detailing the terms and conditions of using their lots, including payment rates, rules and general guidelines (pre-paying for the space utilized, displaying paid receipt face up on dash, etc.)
On 6/3/15, a vehicle registered to this consumer was parked in *** *** *** *** lotThis particular parking lot is a pay and display lot which requires the user to prepay for their parking space and to display a paid receipt on the dashWhen the attendant checked her vehicle, there was no receipt on the dash so a notice was issuedWhile this consumer has stated she had paid and put a receipt on a dash, I am submitting a copy of the photo taken by the lot attendant on that night
It sounds like this consumer may have made some attempts to understand how to pay so in the interest of settling this notice, I have received authorization to reduce this notice to $to settlePlease remit your payment by 9/1/

Dear Revdex.com,
I actually do not know how to response to this consumerCertainly it is America and she certainly does not need to park in this parking lot if she does not feel safeI don't know how someone would know that there were human

I am rejecting this response because:I have informed this business that my vehicle was paid for during the time period it was on the lot, which for any reasonable/responsible business would be more then enough to accept and correct the mistake that was made. The administrative costs of issuing and trying to enforce parking citations is the responsibility of the business owner (in this case the debt collection agency) and the cost of issuing tickets to paying customers in error is the price of doing business. If the company had accepted my initial dispute filed through their internal system that clearly stated what had happened, I had informed them that I was more then willing to provide them with proof of payment and the text message confirmations of how my license plate had been entered, which they declined. Any additional expenses occurred while looking up the specifics of my case is therefore their own fault. To continue to try and punish a paying customer for an honest mistake on how a license plate was entered in a pay by phone system, (which in my case took about minutes and different key presses while on speaker phone and trying to listen to the instructions while pressing the correct key sequence) is completely unethical and absurd. This was an honest mistake, but my mistake cost them nothing as far as my time parked on the lot was concerned and could have been handled quickly and professionally on their end, which they refused to do in an attempt to extort additional money. Even assuming that my license plate was entered as *** *** *** ** ***, the possibility of matching out of characters on a license plate in sequence is still in almost 2,000,000, and it is ridiculous to claim that you are unable to recognize the letter O as the number 0, many states only use one or the other and I found out while researching this complaint that we are in the minority that use both. But that point is completely immaterial, the car was paid for, I had informed you immediately after the incident what had happened and that the car was paid for, and you still pressed this issue to this point.Accidents do happen, especially when you have such an overly complicated payment system in place to begin with, that doesn't change the fact that I paid for my time on the lot, which means you have no grounds to cite me for any violations. Add this to the fact that the lot posts no information (I repeat, none) about potential fines and how/why they are assessed and they have no ground to ticket me in the first place. Private lots are responsible for posting their system of administering fines and at what price they will be assessed to give the consumer all the required information to decide if they want to use their lot. Since this information was NOT POSTED, I was not given the information required to know that entering my license plate incorrectly was a finable offense. I will not accept any resolution from this company unless it involves dropping the fine completely. If this is not done in a timely fashion I will be filing charge information with my credit card company and also submitting a formal complaint to the Colorado Attorney General's office for the action of distributing and attempting to enforce fraudulent traffic citations without proper notice. The lack of ethics and common sense displayed by the PRRS in this matter is astounding and could easily have been resolved without the need to notify the Revdex.com, but as the other formal complaints demonstrate, this is not the way PRRS chooses to do business
Sincerely,
*** ***

all of our accounts are accessed by notice number. Since this information has not been provided I am unable to respond to this notice specifically

As the owner of this parking lot at 22nd and Lawrence, Mr*** has the right to create rules for the use of his parking lot. This parking lot requires every user to prepay for their parking space then the user needs to display this receipt on the dash. There is clear, concise
signage on this parking lot stating this requirement. There are signs which have directions on the front and back, I have attached views of the section that states a receipt must be placed on the dash. This consumer and his wife are either lying or have severe vision problems if they can't read what these signs say. In addition, our office does not have anything to do with the signage or lack of signage on any parking lot and this complaint should not have been sent to our office. We do not appreciate this consumer attempting to get our office into trouble and believe that he knows there was signage there, it's a small lot and it's extremely well lit

I am rejecting this response because:Amy left attempted to call and left a voice message on my phone yesterday a little after 5:00pm yesterdayI received a call while at work in which I answered at 10:39am todayI was in no way shouting at the individual being that I was in the office, I however very firmly let her know that I would not be paying the $of the $initial of the ticket because I had already paid for the dayI asked the caller which is why they made a point of bringing it up if they knew the rates being that I have been parking with Secure parking for years, the rates are all day if in before 9am or if after 9:00am unless it is an event of which there was no signage indicating Event parkingI asked the caller if it was event parking that day in which she replied she did not know of which I stated well maybe you should look it up and give me a call backI also told the caller that the online system must have been glitched of which she stated they had no authority/ access to the system......but you enforce the parking ???The representative did not understanding that their would be no compromise on my part being that I had already paid of which I stated I was not going to pay one *** cent more in regards to this citation or that parking dateI have already contacted Secure Parking (the owners of the lot) regarding this issue. At the end of the day there will only be two options of which I have put in writing letting the owners know The ticket will be dropped in full They can present their case in small claims court (which just happens to take place across the street from the lot).As far as I am concerned, this issue is just beginning, the caller should be embarrassed for not knowing the rules and event days of the lot I am assuming (still not confirmed by Secure parking) they have been hired to attend

Our office accesses all accounts by parking company and notice number. Since none of this information has been provided, I am unable to respond to this complaint

Why is this complaint not considered out of purview? This consumer is merely repeating what his wife must have told him. He has stated that he was in the SSA office the whole time and not witness any of this supposed payment activity taking place
