There is not requirement that this issue be resolved in 21 days so I am curious to the relevance of her comments regarding that.
As for our website, we do have contact information on our site. It is currently under construction to include more information.

I am working with an agent, but I haven't received my refund yet. I will withdraw my complaint (or whatever the process is) once I receive my full refund for %78.50.
As for the comment: "There is not requirement that this issue be resolved in 21 days so I am curious to the relevance to her comments regarding that" - I have attached a scanned copy of the back of my notice, which says "Parking Revenue Recovery Service reserves the right to send all unpaid parking due notices after 21 days to a 3rd party collection agency."

Thank you for this information. Our office has directed her to contact the [redacted] While our office has dismissed the notice, our records do not reflect that we ever received her payment. We have communicated that the notice has been dismissed to [redacted] and directed this consumer to contact them.

Thank you for the response.  This notice has been resolved directly with the consumer and we assume she is happy with the resolution.  We feel that the fact that [redacted] did not dismiss this notice does not in any way warrant her of being rude and this consumer has no right to make these accusations with no examples of what she did other than not dismiss the notice.  This is absolutely wrong. If one of our agents refused to let me or a supervisor speak to this consumer this is not correct.  I will follow up with our staff to let them know that is not appropriate, that these issues should be escalated to a manager's attention.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am rejecting this response because: The correct # was entered on the automated parking machine but the receipt received was printed as one number different - 35 vs. 36. The fee was paid correctly for the use of a space for a 12 hour period. Please close this matter as paid in full, as parking for use of space was paid for in full on the referenced date and for the referenced time.

I have reviewed this notice and attached photos and this lot requires the user to display an ALOFT pass on the dash to park in this parking lot. The photos clearly show there is no pass displayed, therefore the notice was validly issued. However, the hotel received there was an error in the process of giving passes and have requested all notices form 7/18 and prior to be voided. I have voided the notice per their request. We feel this issue has been resolved and can be closed.
