We do not know who this consumer spoke withClearly the receipt was expired and the notice was validly issuedThis consumer did contact our office and our agent reduced the amount due to $which would have been just the parking fee for the second parking session they parked their carThis has not been paid so this notice is still open and dueI can extend the settlement offer to 11/15/
Our website is currently under construction but the information displayed is still validIn addition, our office did recently changed over to a new phone service providerWe were recently made aware that there was a problem and our provider was able to determine that the phones had not been updated to receive calls from land linesOur phones have since been updated and we do not believe there is any further problem

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. This consumer was not at the parking lot and did not witness any of the events she is describing. In addition there has been no proof of payment submitted and the copy of the screen shot her daughter took. The lot this
woman parked in is a pay and display lot and the consumer is required to display a prepaid receipt on the dash to park on the lot. There is signage that states the display on the dash requirement. If the machine was not working, did the woman call the phone number at the pay station to report it? From the information provided we believe the parking notice is valid and due

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is in regards to Parking Notice XXXXXXXX dated 3/25/and my e-mail to you on April 6, providing proof of payment to park in the parking spotOn October 13, 2015, I emailed *** *** ** *** (he has same phone number, same address as you PRRS)regarding Notice Number XXXXXXXX, requesting he provide me with *** Parking (the lot owner's) contact information including address and phone numberAlso, requested that he responds to me that the collection notice dated Sept 18, he previously sent is incorrect and retracted as it had Wrong Parking Lot Address, Wrong Parking Lot Name, and Wrong Violation DescriptionHis letter dated Oct 6, says "If you choose not to pay this notice, our firm will determine what further action to takeFurther Action could include parking company booting and/or towing your vehicle where law allows." I take this as he knows and agrees the ticket is null and void and dismissed because the lot signage only states owner may be towed, does not say ticketed or finedAs of Nov 6, 2015, I have not heard from himI have provided proof of payment to park in the space I parked to both GVDM and Parking Revenue Recovery ServicesThe lot signage only states owner's vehicle may be towedNo lot signage about ticketing or finesI do not agree with the ticket and expect this to be dismissed
On November 11, I e-mailed both GVDM and PRRS requesting for a second time to receive the lot owner's contact information as well as requested the previously sent collection notice that contained Wrong Parking Lot, Wrong Violation Description be dismissedI once again provided pictures of all lot signage, a copy of the collection notice, and copy of my payment receiptI expect this ticket to be dismissed
Final Business Response /* (4000, 16, 2015/11/13) */
I have reviewed this consumer's complaint and have requested and received authorization to dismiss this notice

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I decline to pursue this issue with them any furtherThere are numerous inaccuracies in the response, but frankly, it's not worth my time or energy to respond to itLife is too short to get into a protracted dialogue with people of this nature.

See attached copy of the Notice *** on 01/27/this information was provided with the original complaint

This consumer parked at the Douglas Parking lot which requires the user to prepay for their parking space and display it on the dash. This consumer already contacted our office and our agent offered her a reduced settlement and she has paid the notice. We consider the matter settled and
closed

Tell uI have reviewed the information regarding this complaint. I have reviewed the notice that was issued and the complaint from the consumer. The consumer has provided no proof that they paid for parking at the time the notice was issued. The consumer provided proof that they
paid for hours of parking on 5/9/at 9:09am. The paid parking time clearly expired at 1:09pm. The notice was issued for no payment to park at 1:50pm. Our office does not have anything to do with setting notice rates, pay stations, signage, ect. We provide the parking company with lot monitoring, dispute resolution and collections services. This notice was validly issued is upheld. The notice amount is currently due. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to *** *** by phone on 6/6/18. I spoke to *** *** in an effort to provide a significant discount on the notice in the spirit of customer service. During that call, I explained that the documents she provided showed that she had NOT paid for parking during the time the notice was issued. Unfortunately, *** was yelling at me and using inappropriate language, to the extent that I was embarrassed to hear the words coming out of her mouth. The language she choose to use was so abusive I had to terminate the call. We are unable to resolve this issue through the Revdex.com due to this.At this time, the notice is due in full.s why here

There is not enough information in this complaint to properly respond however I do know that it is not our policy to issue more than one notice. Please send me the plate or notice number and I will work to resolve this issue. Please know if you do get a recording if you leave a
message, someone will call you back within hours

As you know, *** Parking operates private parking lots in the Milwaukee area. The surface lot which is the subject of the above complaint is operated on an honor system; this lot is not manned, but is set up with a payment machine, and parking customers are expected to pay if they park in this
lot. Unfortunately, many parking customers do not payIn addition, some parking customers even attempt to defraud the parking companies by creating paid receipts and bank statements, monthly parking permits, and sharing payment receipts and monthly permits. This is a significant and substantial problem for *** Parking, as it is for all parking companies who operate surface parking lots. Platinum Parking has retained our office's services to assist them with their parking monitoring and collectionsAs you may also know, property owners have the right to protect their property from trespassers. Specifically, private parking companies, as the owners/authorized managers of these private parking lots, have the right to establish terms and conditions under which a customer is permitted to park their vehicle or use the parking lot. A customer is permitted to use the parking lot only if they fully comply with the terms and conditions established by the parking company. If a parking customer does not fully comply with the terms and conditions, they are trespassing. On 7/5/a vehicle registered to this consumer was parked at ***'s E*** *** lot. This particular parking lot requires the user to prepay for their parking space and to display that receipt they receive on the dash. This is the only way the lot attendant is able to verify the parking session has been prepaid for that vehicle. When the lot attendant checked this vehicle, there was no receipt on the dash so a notice was issued. I have attached a copy of the photo taken by the lot attendant on the day in question and I think you can agree that there is no displayed receipt. We believe this notice is valid and cannot be dismissed. This consumer contacted our office and sent in photos showing a receipt displayed in the middle of this dash that this consumer must have taken himself and he declared there was a receipt displayed. He tried to stage his own version of reality which our agent determined was not correct. She did uphold the notice but offered him a reduced settlement. I encourage this consumer to pay the reduced amount at ***.paymynotice.com before the settlement offer expires

As you know, Platinum Parking operates private parking lots in the Dallas area. The surface lot which is the subject of the above complaint is operated on an honor system; this lot is not manned, but is set up with a payment machine, and parking customers are expected to pay if they park in
this lot. Unfortunately, many parking customers do not payIn addition, some parking customers even attempt to defraud the parking companies by creating paid receipts and bank statements, monthly parking permits, and sharing payment receipts and monthly permits. This is a significant and substantial problem for Platinum Parking, as it is for all parking companies who operate surface parking lotsPlatinum Parking has retained our office's services to assist them with monitoring their parking lot and their collections. As you may also know, property owners have the right to protect their property from trespassers. If a parking customer does not fully comply with the terms and conditions, they are trespassing Platinum Parking has signage posted detailing the terms and conditions of using their lots, including payment rates, rules and general guidelines (pre-paying for the space utilized, prepaying for the amount of time they will park, displaying paid receipt face up on dash, etc.) Issuing parking notices is one way for Platinum Parking to enforce their property rights. Towing or booting vehicles would be alternative ways for a parking company to enforce their property rights. On 4/2/a vehicle registered to this consumer was parked at the Brewing Company lot. This parking lot requires the user to prepay or their space and to display the receipt on the dash. This consumer chose to use a park by phone product which requires the user to print their receipt and to display it on the dash. While this consumer did display a portion of a printed Park Whiz receipt, she had folded it so that the day/time and expiration was not able to be verified. Since the attendant was unable to verify payment for the current parking session he issued a parking notice. We believe the notice was validly written. Since this may have been the first time this consumer has used the pay by phone and may have been unclear the full receipt had to be displayed, I have requested and received authorization to reduce this notice to $25.00. In the future, please be careful to display the date time and expiration of your parking pass

Thank you so much for supplying this receiptYou are correct, you should not have been issued this notice, it looks like you and the lot monitor must have crossed on the parking lot. I apologize the inconvenience and have requested and received authorization to void your notice. I have also coached the agent who worked with you prior, she should have caught this before now

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/28) */
I have reviewed this complaint and think this consumer has filed the complaint against the wrong companyThe parking lot is operated by *** *** and it is their pay systemI believe they use an outside 3rd party for parking payments
As far as I know it is a secure system and we do not have any complaints of this nature at all
I see this consumer was issued a notice for non-paymentPlease provide proof if payment for the day in question an I will request authorization to dismiss this notice
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The name of the company on the parking log signs with instructions to pay by phone via credit card was Parking Revenue Recovery Services IncI also visited their website by the same name (of which was also listed on the parking lot signPRRS may not be *** *** and manages the lot, however PRRS's name and phone number and address (same as the one I looked up on the Revdex.com website and matched) was on the sign, they are advertising and instructing customers using the parking lot to call their number, set up an account and provide credit card informationIf the parking fine was not issued by PRRS then I fully understand that and it is a separate issue with another with *** *** However PRRS did in fact collect my credit card informationI am simply asking for confirmation from the Revdex.com and/or PRRS they have deleted my account I setup via their automated phone system and that my credit card information is no longer in the systemAs for the parking fine, I have not nor will I be paying thatWhy does PRRS need confirmationt he fine has been paid in order to delete my account?
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/09/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This "consumer" is not telling a lieThis is not grade school so let's grow upThis is completely absurd and laughableWe is responding to this compliant from PRRS? An year old? Are we now arguing that PRRS is not the party responsible for credit card payments at this lot even though their phone number is clearly listed on at least three signs in the lot? If there is not one single sign at the parking lot in question then how would I know that PRRS was involved with this parking lot? Why would go the to the trouble of using the Revdex.com to attempt to communicate my compliant? The facts are simple here: The parking lot had three signs there all with the same phone number which is PRRS! I called to pay, the automated system took my credit card information, asked me to create a pin code and then could not take my paymentIrony is that I had provided them my credit card info with no recourse to have it removed and the fact that I could not even speak to a person live at PRRS to even settle the matterAnd now I'm a lure and must prove this??? I'm the one with the personal information concern and a parking fine for $that is clearly a scamNow the PRRS is claiming the don't take payments at this lot and there are no signs there with their name or phone numberBut yet here we are todayShockerBut I'll play along, I will be more than happy to provide cell phone call records on the date in question that I called PRRS three times in an attempt to pay and they did in fact collect my credit card information? Why is they do not have to prove they didn't collect it? Their automated system failed that day and yet I'm to blameAgain how would I even know to file a complaint against them of their name was not plastered in signs all over the parking lot asking for pay by phone with a credit card?
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2015/09/15) */
Please see attached photos of the signage on the lot in questionThe number is to *** *** and the number is to Pay by *** which neither belongs to ***
This consumer has not submitted his cell phone bill so we are leaving this as an open uncollected debt

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I disagree with their response, but would like to close the complaint at this time

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting
this response because my complaint is simple. I paid for parking in the lot and received a parking violation for non payment. I attached the documents, I entered in the parking space number on the receipt, the same as I did the week before without issue. It was unclear on the procedure and I followed what I had done prior. I don't think I can be more clear, very surprised at the business response. I am asking to cancel the parking violation notice
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Clearly this business is not interested in resolving anything. It is obvious from the response that the business did not even take the time to read the complaint past the notice numberFirst, the response states the parking lot is unmanned. Not true! I paid an attendant, an actual human personHis name is Juan Gaccording to my receiptSecond, I did follow the lot directions and placed the receipt on my dashThird, as I stated in the complaint, it was a very windy day in El Paso and I believe when I exited my vehicle the wind must have blown the receipt off the dash. I did find the receipt in my car and sent a picture of it along with the notice to the appeals email. I obviously paid for parking and have provided the correct documentationThe notice is invalid.
Sincerely,
Kayebeth ***

This particular parking lot is a pay by space lot which requires the user to prepay for their parking session by inputting the space number into the pay station. There is posted signage with this requirement as well as the pay station prompts anyone paying to park to input their space number. This is the only way the attendant can verify that a space has been paid for. When the *** parking attendant pulled the payment report, he observed that there was no payment for space which is where the consumer's vehicle was parked so he issued a notice. We believe the notice is valid and is not a shakedown. This consumer contacted our office to dispute the notice however we are only authorized to dismiss a notice if he could produce a receipt with space !( recorded on it. Our agent requested authorized to reduce the amount by $and contacted the consumer. He has not paid this notice and the full amount remains due. Our employee did not issue this notice so this complaint should not be against our office. We also did nothing to threated this consumer. He knows this notice is valid and is merely trying to make up facts to try and get our office in trouble

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I have still not received confirmation that this ticket has been voided, despite the property manager *** *** contacting the business on my behalf to void the ticket on 12/22/
