Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I received no contact from this vendor However, I have received a refund in full as promised by the online agent (guess the online agent was capable of doing something correctly) NOTE: I have worked with this vendor IN PERSON on three prior occasions, at two different locations, and have had no issues However, I caution anyone utilizing their online service(s) After speaking with a local store, I have discovered the online service(s) are considered separate from the brick and mortar operations; the stores cannot even assist and/or access online orders It is unfortunate this vendor is allowing such activity to occur as it will continue to tarnish their name for sure
