Case# [redacted] A Customer Relations Representative contacted Mr [redacted] to discuss his concerns regarding his adjustable baseMr [redacted] explained at the time of sale the terms and conditions of the purchase were not explained nor did he receive documentationAfter contacting the store regarding the height adjustments on the adjustable base Mr [redacted] was explained that bases cannot be returned or exchangedTo obtain customer satisfaction we have agreed to return the base for a refundThe return is schedule to take place on June 19, and the refund will go back to Mr [redacted] ’s [redacted] accountHe should see the funds reflect back to the account within one to two billing cycles Since we have satisfactorily resolved Mr [redacted] ’s complaint, we believe no further action is requiredIf there are any other questions or concerns, please contact Stenio [redacted] at 516-861-or at Stenio[redacted] @mfrm.com

Mattress Firm customer service contacted me to apologize for inconvenience and the way store handled it. They have refunded the delivery fee as they should according to their advertisement.

Dear Mr. [redacted] , Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern, it is important to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on the inspection kit. If your product is defective we will arrange the exchange of that product but it states in your manufacturer's warranty card that any... "transportation" or "inspection" fees are not covered. We assist with our guests warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy but don't refund the inspection fee. We wish you the best with the results of your inspection. As an accommodation, Mattress Firm went-out of its established policies and offered Ms. [redacted] to return her mattress for a complete refund. On May 12, 2017, a Customer Relations Representative contacted MrBarton regarding his orderUpon delivery, he received the incorrect merchandise; his sales order reflects two twin extra-long mattresses and adjustable basesMrBarton contacted his Mattress Professional and he was to receive two california twin extra-long mattresses and adjustable basesThe Mattress Professional advised MrBarton we are unable to order these productsA pick up and refund has been offered, and he acceptedMrBarton’s stipulation is for him to receive his new merchandise and Mattress Firm will remove ours and the full refund will be processed back to the original form of payment He will follow up with the store to schedule the return date We believe that MrBarton’s issue has been resolved Should you have any other questions, please contact K [redacted] Miller [redacted] or e-mail at [redacted]
