At the point of sale, Mr [redacted] was offered several accessory items at a discounted rate for making a bedding purchaseAfter delivery was received, Mr [redacted] opted to return the bedding under mattress Firm’s Sleep Happy Guarantee which allows the consumer to either return or exchange their bedding within days from the date of delivery When the Salesperson created the return, he added the accessories the guest was not returning at its full retail value.On January 23, 2018, a Customer Relations representative contacted Mr [redacted] to address his concernsAs a one-time accommodation, Mattress Firm has agreed to allow Mr [redacted] to keep all the accessories t no chargeHe will receive a total refund in the amount of $back to the original form of payment ( [redacted] / [redacted] .) On May 15, a Customer Relations Representative contacted MrsMoran to address her concernsMsMoran was not awarded a warranty credit on her set due to improper support; this is a condition that voids the Manufacturer’s warrantyIn the pursuit of customer satisfaction, as a one-time accommodation, Mattress Firm stepped outside the warranty and offered a courtesy exchange of his queen size mattress and box spring under the condition that she corrects the support according to the warranty guidelinesMsMoran has submitted photos showing the updated support and has been granted the warranty creditMsMoran will visit a store to complete her exchange.We believe no further action is requiredIf there are any other questions or concerns, please contact Stenio Joseph at [redacted] or S [redacted]
