I am sorry but I do not what to accept their offer. I have already sent detailed information as well as pictures to them and they are now asking asking me to send them again. I do not feel like I should be required to do this. The quality of their umbrella is not acceptable to me I do not want a replacement, I want my money refunded ($69.99)

This business for one was very nasty towards meSecond their productive so cheaply made that the deficiency with the handle would keep recurring costing me $every time this happensI wanted a refund and they refused to discuss the matter with meCustomer service refused to talk to me on several occasions, never answered emails and when I did talk to someone they were very rudeI finally paid $40, took shipment of another inferior umbrella to resolve the issue.I am now selling this worthless product on *** tontrybtonrecoup part of my money backI will however get only around $50, so Ibeill lose moneyI have since purchased a far superior product from a more reputable companySo I do not withdraw my complaint for the way I was treated and the hassle they caused me to go throughMaybe that is how business is run in California but we don't conduct business here that way

The action they are asking me to take is unlawfulAs the Magnus Moss Warranty Act states, a company may either have a full or limited warrantySince patio umbrellas.com has stated that they have an UNLIMITED Warranty on their products with FREE shipping, and since they have already seen pictures of my umbrella and determined I am eligible for a replacement, it is wrong for them to make me pay $shipping for a replacement or pay at my own expense to ship the old one backIf they really need the old one back, why would they be ok with not getting it back and having me pay $to ship the new one? If they do need the old one back, an unlimited warranty would mean I do not have to pay for shipping. options:
1) We can refund 20% of what you paid and you get to keep the cover without any questions
2) You would have to ship back the umbrella and reply to this e-mail with a tracking number in order to get a full refundIf we don’t get a tracking number, we won’t be able to confirm that we got it and we won’t be able to make a refund
If you decide to choose option 1:

I regret making the purchase, and I would never recommend this company
