I have been a Patrick Riley customer for many years.

Tanner Ronning is the best! Very pleasant, knowledgable & respectful (put his shoe covers on each time he came in & wore his mask). As he worked, he texted photos of the units on the roof to update me on their condition. He took time explaining the recommended repairs & patiently answered all my questions.

Super happy Tanner was my tech.

We bought a house that had an old tankless water heater that started to give out. We knew nothing about this system and found out the company had closed so couldn’t even get parts repaired. PR sent out Gilbert to help us out and the whole process went as smooth as ever. Found out we needed some electrical work done along with the new water heater, but it was all reasonably priced and so quick! Got it done in a day - electrician morning, heater afternoon. Now we’re so happy with our hot water and our home.

Tanner R (HVAC/Technician) was a really outstanding guy. Very clear and concise in his explanations, took time to video and show his work as well as explaining options in relation to my repair work. Tanner was also patient and very personable.

His professionalism and character are an example of what every customer is looking for in a provided service. I can only hope to work with him again.

Matt M. came to fix our hot water heater. He was very professional and kind. He provided great service. The company is more on the pricey side, but you pay for what you get. They were there the same day when I have called about issues for both plumbing and AC. I just renewed our VIP package and am glad I did.

Patrick R and tech Michael W were incredible when our AC went out during Arizona record temp highs this August! Michael was thorough, detailed and had great communication through this entire process. He even found that our AC compressor and motor fan were under warranty saving us thousands of dollars!

Matt was very good at taking care of the situation. He solved the A/C problem very quickly. He was courteous, considerate of the Covid-19 situation and a true gentleman. He was very thorough and careful. Carefully explained the manual for our future needs.

Patrick Riley has done very good service on our heat pump A/C. We have experienced problems with the unit and they worked hard to keep it working good. The problems were either manufacture related or component failure, not servicing related.

Logan was here today.. a perfect gentleman, considerate of the Covid-19 situation wearing a mask, etc. and did more to help me out than he was assigned to.

Marco and Paul did a great job with our AC yearly check-up/maintenance. Very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything being done and asked if I had any questions while doing so. Would request them again as our technicians.

Happy to sell you a prepaid maitnance plan, its like pulling teeth to get them to follow through. Don't waste your time !!!

Due to COVID-19 and the extreme heatwaves we have experienced this year, we admit our maintenance services are running a bit behind because of the influx of emergency calls in other areas. Highly recommend Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating and Plumbing. I have utilized this company for over three years and would give them ten stars if I could. I am on their annual maintenance program for all my heating, cooling and plumbing. It is reassuring to know they will come on a regular basis to inspect and recommend repair if needed PRIOR to the equipment failing which would require significantly more than the VIP service costs.

As always, I was impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the technician, Matt D. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate very technical mechanical information regarding HVAC systems in an easy to comprehend method.
