Marco invited us to come along and observe his work on our system. His explanations were clear, and every question was answered thoughtfully. He is a great communicator and listener. We are left with a better understanding of our system, and where problems could arise, He is someone we would want to turn to when we need AC help.

I was thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with the time Marco took to perform the maintenance on my a/c unit. He did far more than any other service individual has and I plan to always request his service for my unit. Five Star Service for sure!

Ryan M. arrived on time for a routine checkup. He was respectful, thorough and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed a problem I didn.t even know I had and took care of everything needed to get the repairs made on a timely basis. He fully met all my expectations.

Ryan M came by on time to evaluate a thermostat system that didn't seem to want to cooperate with our wi-fi system. In just about an hour he used his noodle to get it to work, called another colleague to try and resolve, and at my request replaced the non-working thermostats with my original ones. Worked instantly and perfectly.
Thoughtful, courteous, and knowledgeable. That's what you want in an expert technician. That's what we got. Great job.

Well, what can I say about Ryan McAdam. He is the best. We are in our 70's while checking out our heat and air conditioner my husband had a latter out to get down Christmas decorations and Mr McAdam asked if he could help and hand down the decorations. Of course that made our day. What a wonderful young man. They don't make many like him anymore. Have a great Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas to Ryan and his family and to Patrick Riley family. Great job for having him on your team.

We are so grateful for all the work Freddy and Patrick R have done on our house. The plumbing for our house had to be re-done and during one day of work Freddy was at our house until 12:30am, really putting in the time and effort to make sure things were right. He has installed water softening systems and toilets for us as well, and is a text message away for any question or issue. He does great work!

Very happy with the service provided by Garrett from Patrick Riley. Our A/C was not working properly on the hottest day of the year so far. Even though we weren't a "regular" customer, they were able to come out the same day. Garrett was very professional and thoroughly explained the problem and solutions. Completed work the same day and got us up and running.

Rick *** was the first person to come to my house and troubleshoot my A/C system.
Very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of my problem.
We agreed on a price for the Installation of my New HVAC system and he scheduled the work for MY convenience on Friday morning between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
Taurin the Technician arrived right on time and Installation of the new unit was quick and professional. Taurin had two crew members and both were good workers.
After installing the Unit the crew cleaned up the area and Taurin explained the operation of the A/C and Thermostat.
