I was especially impressed with the time taken to explain how to best redirect the air conditioning in my house. Well worth the money, and happy to have a good air flow.

Patrick *** HVAC company is amazing, honest, professional, completed everything to perfection. (Hard to find an honest company these days). They installed a 5 ton Trane XR17 in 118° heat. Thank you 5 tons.

Patrick *** is always there when I need them. Had a minor repair on my A/C that didn't preclude the unit from working. This is in the dead of monsoon season. Called PR and they were our the same day. They have installed 3 separate units for me and serviced each one. I will never use anyone else.

On 6/21/2018 my daughter *** called me to tell me that our a/c unit wasn’t working properly - that it was blowing hot air instead of cold. I told her to contact Patrick Riley as we had a purchased contract with them. *** is an adult child of mine that lives with me. So she did and she was told we did have a contract with Patrick Riley and that it was due to expire in about two weeks so they would be out. (Our contract was for a heating checkup in the winter which they contacted us about and it was fulfilled. At the time the guy was there checking the heating, I asked if he was going to check the a/c also. The tech said no, we would be contacted in April or May for that. We never were, perhaps had we been we could have fixed this problem before it got so bad the a/c quit working and would not have cost me so much. It was part of the contract I previously bought.). So, a tech named *** came out. The a/c unit is located on the side of the house and there is a gate across the side of the house to keep the dogs from going over there. *** asked *** to close the gate when he was done. He said he would. There is a wire cage-like thing over the unit to protect it which *** lifted up but didn’t replace when done. And the he left the gate open. The job cost $514.50 which *** proceeded to charge my debit card twice. I found this out the next day and promptly called their office. I was told everyone went home already. I told the man I spoke to my house payment was going to bounce and he would see what he could do. I heard nothing more from Patrick Riley. My house payment bounced and I was charged a $29.00 overdraft fee. I called Patrick Riley Monday as I still hadn’t heard from them and asked to talk to a supervisor. As of today I still have not been contacted by them. They did return $514.50 to my account - on Tuesday - a full 5 days later. I am very disappointed in their service and communication. How many others are over chargeed?

Had Trevor come out from Patrick Riley to look at our AC unit which was having issues. Was very thorough and professional. Took his time and explained everything in detail about what he was doing. My wife and I were very impressed with the service he provided. Did take some time to diagnose the problem and the part we needed was expensive, but our AC is now working the way it should. Did not try and pressure or up sale a maintenance program like all the other AC companies try and do. Would definitely recommend to a friend

We utilized Patrick Riley Cooling & Plumbing on 06/15/18 due to our kitchen and downstairs half bathroom sinks being clogged. I contacted Patrick Riley and they were very responsive. The immediately sent a representative out, Mike Clark. He stayed until the job was completed and our home was up and running. This is a very reputable and professional service from my intake call, to setting up the appointment date and time. They give you a call and communicate via text with the arrival time of the service personnel. They charge a $49.95 service fee but it is waived with the service performed. We were highly satisfied with this company and definitely recommend them. 5 star rating all around! Great Job Patrick Riley! We will definitely be using you again should we need your services!

I have used this company for the past 2.5 years and I have to say, our experience has been great! Whether it’s been a plumbing or HVAC Issue, they are always courteous, prompt, professional, and discuss all options with us while presenting the repairs or service needs before tearing everything apart first.
