Among other HVAC companies in the Phoenix metro area, I have had three occasions in the past two years when a Patrick Riley service professional has been in my home, and as with the prior two, today's service by Freddy was outstanding. I was promptly scheduled and kept informed and, upon arrival, found Freddy to be engaging and prepared to address my specific heating system needs. Freddy was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and, equally important, caring of my home. He is a natural giver of good manner...a man of good report. Patrick Riley sure knows how to pick the good ones...from my perspective, they are the best in town.

Ron, from Patrick Riley, is an excellent plumber! He helped me out of a very bad situation. I had shut the water off to my house in order to fix an outside faucet and pipe. But halfway into the repair I realized I was unable to finish the job due to lack of skill and tools. And at that point turning the water back on to my house was not an option. Fortunately, Ron was able to arrive within the hour and installed a new pipe and faucet quickly, efficiently and with friendly service! Thank you Ron!

I write this to tell you that I will never again trust your logo.

I had a leak in my house. I looked up a plumber online and found Patrick Riley. They cited Revdex.com as reference. I said to myself if they have Revdex.com reference then it is good enough for me.
I called them and made an appointment for Saturday since I cannot take time off from work during the week. I was told I will be charged $49.95 ($50.00) for the visit, $260 something for labor plus whatever else need be as there was no way to tell without seeing the problem. I said fine.
Saturday, Patrick Riley came in. He opened a hole in the wall where the leak was coming from, and immediately tried to convince me to repipe the whole house. He called his supervisor and his supervisor came in, and now both proceeded with pressure to sell me repipe the whole house. I can’t repipe the whole house, a job of about $10,000.00, on a whim. I just want the leak fixed, at least for now. The supervisor seemed to be upset as he left, and he said; $629.00. You want to do it? (fix the leak). But it had to be done. Here, I am thinking, from $50.00 plus 260 and it is $600 plus. He told his worker on his way out as he was leaving, rather upset because of no sale, $629.00 and no warranty, and to make sure to write it down, no warranty. Actually, he repeated no warranty several times to make sure it sank on me. I had made the appointment to fix the leak days earlier, and can’t afford to let it go on and start looking for another plumber who will probably rob me just the same.
Well, he capped the leak. The whole work took about 30 minutes to do, from opening the wall to capping the leak, and the bill? $907.00 total. What happened to the $629.00? he charged me another $278.00 labor. Is that a fair rate? I don’t think so. Is that an honest practice? I don’t think so.
