Great efficient customer service and work.

Matt was very professional. He checked our system, and assured us there was not a thing wrong with it at this time. He even put the booties on when he didn't need to. He was informative about the programs to purchase to continue great service for our unit.He did not try to sell us anything we did not need as this has happened to us from other companies.

Steve was my AC technician. He thoroughly investigated my AC system before telling me the best way to solve my issues. He explained what he was doing and why.
He told me what I needed and that he would see that it got done. He gave me excellent advice about what I could do myself to balance my heating/cooling air flow.
He did not try to sell me things I did not need. Very refreshing.

Steve did my annual check up on my new Trane air conditioners and mini-splits. His work is exceptional and very detailed. He is quite capable and explains his findings. He is the most knowledgable of the technicians from Riley that I have had. You can be assured the job is done right with Steve

A tech named Steve *. worked on my Trane heating and cooling system today. I think the best word to describe this young man is "professional". He resolved my issue and explained everything to me. If I had my own company, I would certainly try to hire Steve on day one. Congratulations to Patrick Riley Cooling, Heating and Plumbing for having Steve on the team.

Taurin and Nick were EXCEPTIONAL!! They finally fixed our faulty install from June of 2017.
The install was from the previous owner they were here three different times trying all types of fixes including a $900 charge for fixes that although were needed they did not resolve the original issue.
We cannot thank Taurin and Nick they were SPECTACULAR!!!

My water heater was not working properly, no hot water was coming out, called Patrick Riley, who set up my new furnace/air conditioner in 2018, at 8 am this morning and was given a 1-4 time frame, my tech showed up around noon, was told the pilot light system not working properly, he was able to install a new water heater and all the work was done and the area cleaned up by 3:30 pm. My tech was very polite and prompt and I was very happy with the work done.

Ben performed our periodic system check recently and definitely provided 5 star service! He was professional, competent and super pleasant. I will ask for Ben next time I phone Patrick Riley!

We have been using Patrick Riley Cooling Heating & Plumbing for years now. We are signed up with their maintenance program which is great. Every 6 months a tech; in this case (Garrett) came out and performs a diagnostic check on our AC unit to keep it current and is very honest with us in regards to any upkeep needed on the unit. I appreciate Garrett and the company as a whole's honesty as to which items are pressing and which can wait. Also the discount in parts while on the maintenance program and items included in the program every 6 make it a great value.

Garrett *. serviced our heat pump, changed our filter for us, and alerted us to potential problems down the road. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional. His explanations were easy to understand.

We had Michael look at our A/C and he said the fan motor was out. Explained things very well and was extremely polite and knowledge about replacement and the associated costs. Our A/C and furnace were 13 years old and we decided to replace with new equipment. Felt extremely good about pricing and they were able to install on same day. The installers were just as kind and courteous as Michael. They were clean and worked very hard. Could not be happier. Thanks for an outstanding job.
