We were very happy with the A/C maintenance service Garrett provided for us. He was professional and helpful. Took the time to find the best solution and cost for our issues. Highly recommend his quality service with Patrick/Riley.

Garret came by in the window time frame as scheduled calling me in advance of arriving. He did a maintenance check and replaced the parts necessary with a good job of explaining what needed to be done. Garret was great!

Brian was very thorough while checking for the problems in our AC unit. He explained all the areas he was testing, what the numbers should be and what was wrong. He explained our options so that we could make an informed decision of how to proceed. He was also very respectful.

Steve *. was excellent and very professional. Our A/C went out last night and Steve was here within 2 hours. He's very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. He replaced the item and checked the unit to make sure everything was working properly.

My new air conditioner was installed a week ago and I've been hearing a loud fan noise. I mentioned it to the duct cleaners when they were out, but they couldn't find any reason for it. This morning Steve *** came over. I was impressed not only with how knowledgable he is, but he also took the time to explain why I had a loud fan and what he would do to remedy it. The factory ships units with a preset fan speed, all that needed to be done was a small adjustment. He also reinstalled the vent cover in my kitchen so it would blow into the room vs towards the door, and he cleaned off the dirty fingerprints from the duct cleaning.
Of all the Pat Riley people I've been in contact with Steve is the best!

Garrett was an excellent and professional service representative. He is knowledgeable in his trade and was open about the issues he found with our AC unit - even willing to share the pictures he took. He also gave us some great advance and prepared us to work with our home warranty group for the repairs.

If you are looking for an exceptional company you found them!! We were referred by 2 other people and gave them a try-we are so glad we did!! They are very knowledgeable, professional and affordable! They diagnosed our AC kept running, compressor issues and contactor issues. They did it all for a fraction of what it would have cost and did the repairs immediately. Garrett came out today to preform the annual maintenance on my two AC units. Garrett is a very pleasant guy showed up on time which is always a plus. Very knowledgeable explained everything he did and why he was doing it. I will certainly request him again for any service I may need in the future. Top notch guy.

Your technician Matt came to my home, he was outgoing and very professional.
He advised me of what was going on with my central air.and could fix the issue that day. I needed my air filters to be replaced. I told Matt that I have MS and not allowed on ladders.He changed them for me instead of waiting for my wife to come home on the weekend. Again he was professional, and looked professional. I also have had other various contractors do work in my home and no one ever wore booties inside my home except for Matt. So thank you again for your service.

Garrett arrived to do a routine check up on our unit. He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. He went above and beyond the call of duty to inform us of what needed to be done to our unit, and went ahead and performed that work. I’m so glad we chose Patrick Riley. He was personable, polite and patient. He made sure we thoroughly understood the technology being installed before leaving which you don’t see every day. After going through so many companies, this one actually knows what they are doing and care about their customers.

We had Garrett out to do an inspection on our units as it hadn’t been done since we moved in 2 years ago. He was early (they asked if they could come early if they were running ahead of schedule), courteous, professional and thorough. He walked me through recommended maintenance and let me know about their maintenance program. We will definitely be calling them the next time we need service/repair! Plus the price can’t be beat - they had a promotion where the inspection for the first unit was free and only $39.95 for the second. I would definitely recommend them!

Between the Sales Team and the Production Team, Customer Service Service is alive and well at Patrick Riley!! Rick the Sales Rep who came out to the house did an in-depth inspection of our 16-year old air conditioner. Inside and out Rick looked at equipment with a fine tooth-comb. Rick showed us pictures of the issues and then gave us a clear slate of options as replacement for equipment that no longer operational. Rick made the choices easy explaining the advantages of each. Taurin was the person responsible for replacing the old and setting up the new! He did incredible job explaining and showing what they would be doing. He did great job and took great care to make sure that our property was well protected! I cannot express any better how completely satisfied we with Patrick Riley! Thank you for your great service.

Garret was extremely professional. We had a complicated install of a secondary device onto our air conditioner. He did a complete and thorough job to be sure all areas of the equipment was operating at peak performance.
