RCI has not accounted for the points which we paid for with our initial account [redacted]) which was 98,000 every other year we still had a balance from this account of 98,000 points as we paid for both 2014 and 2016 prior to their transfer to our new account [redacted]. We had to pay our fees prior to their releasing our points which we did. We then transferred to every year at 60,000 points which we used one year and had a remaining. Since we paid for a total of three weeks since we brought an extra years points 61,000 X 3 = 183,000 points of which we use one weeks of points (61,000) and paid outright for a total of two weeks stay at Grandview which would leave our points balance at 182,000 we then purchased another time share at Berkshire balance 41000 points which we used prior to receiving a balance of our points to book a reservation there. Please see attached documents indicating our points balance as of December after booking and confirming at Grandview which do not include our newly purchased timeshare nor this years points which we have paid for as well. Please adjust our points accordingly

supposed to do.Also, we planned this trip since April 2016 with the idea that we wanted to be in Tahoe for winter. After our week was not reserved by them, we would love to get another opportunity to reserve to visit Tahoe as soon as possible, as we still have the time to take off from work. We want to stay in Tahoe, not in Sparks (1.5 hrs away), like RCI offer us and a place that has similar amenities that the place we had reserved in Tahoe, including Pets Allowed and free wireless internet. The RCI site says that the soonest we can get a week with Tahoe Village Condominiums is August 2017 and by then there will be no snow left. If they cannot accommodate us this winter, I think it's appropriate that they let us choose another place in the Stateline with similar accommodations and they should reimburse for it. We had a similar situation with Worldmark before when because of technical difficulties they couldn't check us in, and they found a close by place (a block away and nicer, not part of the Worldmark network) and they refunded us for our stay.

RCI has not accounted for the points which we paid for with our initial account [redacted]) which was 98,000 every other year we still had a balance from this account of 98,000 points as we paid for both 2014 and 2016 prior to their transfer to our new account [redacted]. We had to pay our fees prior to their releasing our points which we did. We then transferred to every year at 60,000 points which we used one year and had a remaining. Since we paid for a total of three weeks since we brought an extra years points 61,000 X 3 = 183,000 points of which we use one weeks of points (61,000) and paid outright for a total of two weeks stay at Grandview which would leave our points balance at 182,000 we then purchased another time share at Berkshire balance 41000 points which we used prior to receiving a balance of our points to book a reservation there. Please see attached documents indicating our points balance as of December after booking and confirming at Grandview which do not include our newly purchased timeshare nor this years points which we have paid for as well. Please adjust our points accordingly

We were offered a refund and our points back. So far, we have only received 1,000 of the 10,000 points. supposed to do.Also, we planned this trip since April 2016 with the idea that we wanted to be in Tahoe for winter. After our week was not reserved by them, we would love to get another opportunity to reserve to visit Tahoe as soon as possible, as we still have the time to take off from work. We want to stay in Tahoe, not in Sparks (1.5 hrs away), like RCI offer us and a place that has similar amenities that the place we had reserved in Tahoe, including Pets Allowed and free wireless internet. The RCI site says that the soonest we can get a week with Tahoe Village Condominiums is August 2017 and by then there will be no snow left. If they cannot accommodate us this winter, I think it's appropriate that they let us choose another place in the Stateline with similar accommodations and they should reimburse for it. We had a similar situation with Worldmark before when because of technical difficulties they couldn't check us in, and they found a close by place (a block away and nicer, not part of the Worldmark network) and they refunded us for our stay.
