However, in our voicemail and email we have explained that RCI does not sell timeshare. Therefore, RCI is not in a position to comment as to what Ms. [redacted] purchased. Further, RCI was not a party to the transaction and received no monies from Ms. [redacted]s purchase. For these reasons RCI is unable to assist Ms. [redacted] or to refund any monies tendered by Ms. [redacted] pursuant to such purchase. Accordingly, we are closing our file on this matter.

Please be advised that we have left a voicemail and emailed Ms. [redacted] at the cell phone number and email address provided by Ms. [redacted] and still have been unsuccessful in reaching her to discuss her complaint. However, in our voicemail and email we have explained that RCI does not sell timeshare. Therefore, RCI is not in a position to comment as to what Ms. [redacted] purchased. Further, RCI was not a party to the transaction and received no monies from Ms. [redacted]s purchase. For these reasons RCI is unable to assist Ms. [redacted] or to refund any monies tendered by Ms. [redacted] pursuant to such purchase. Accordingly, we are closing our file on this matter.

I work full time so I am unable to answer my phone during business hours. I check email daily and there has been no correspondence via that channel either. I would ask that if they are truly trying to contact me to leave a message, with a name and phone number of someone I can call back.
