We have been shopping at Walmart for many yearsWe shop the store in Eunice, LA (#773) a few times a week, including weekly family grocery shopping usually every Monday, followed by a few additional visits each week for follneeds The store (as other Walmart stores) has been undergoing a major change in the way customers are checking out The self check lanes have more than doubled in the last couple of weeks, and that is fine if I have 3+ items in a basket to check out However, we have a very full basket full each week on Monday and this requires a lane to check out that is occupied by an employee manning the register, lane Normally the store may be manned on Monday's with as few as or open lanes which have large purchases such as ours lined up in long lines to check out The employees are very courteous (all the time) and are most helpful Since the second bay (one on each end of the check out lines) of self check-outs have opened, the employees have been trying to get the customers to use the self check out lanes My wife is handicapped and it is very difficult for use to stand in long lines because of my wife's very bad back - she can barely make the weekly shopping experience of 2-hours in the store I refuse to use a self check-out lane for a full basket of groceries, etcOur bills run between $to $each Monday I am PAYING for SERVICE! Instead your company is attempting me to continue paying these prices AND do my own checking out, delaying us further with wasted time in the store The store (according to one or more employees talked with today and each shopping trip recently) is now having ONE check out lane open and thus the line for this lane is longer and longer THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! As much as I would hate to do so, we are now considering shopping at a competitor down the highway, even if it costs us a little more in $$$$At least when we have completed our shopping experience, we can expect to get checked out in a few minutes and be on our way My opinion is that Walmart has forgot their customer base Thank you

To whom it may concern, Last night around o'clock pm PST I was shopping at a Walmart store, located at: Outlet Collection Way, Auburn, WA I had to use the restroom and upon trying to wash my hands I was scalded by the water from the sinkA friend of mine who was there was using another sink in the same restroom and had the same experienceThen we went to find an associate to tell them that we had both been burned trying to wash our hands in the rear bathroomWhen we found the store associate, Rachael, she infromed us that other employees and customers had the same complaintWell we asked her if we could speak to a manager she promptly found an assistant manager for us to speak toThis assistant manager then had us speak to a store managerThe store manager informed us that they knew it was a problem and that a contractor had been to the store to access the problem and said that the water would be hot for at least another hoursWe then inquired as to why there were not any signs posted to caution customers that they would get burned if they used the sinks or why they did not close off the restroom entirely and they said they didn't have a reason So we left the store, having been burned to go home and ice our handsThis was a most unpleasent experience, one that could have been preventedAll I can think is that it could have been a child or someone who could not communticate that there was a problem and the issue may have been way more severeAnd the fact that everyone just brushed it off as a non-issue is of even more concernThe childrens sink in the restroom was just as hot as all the other sinks in restroomThis could have very easily been a much more serious incident We were not offered any first aid after the incident, no report was taken, and we were not given any infomation about whom we should contact to have the issue resolvedAs a frequent customer at this particular store and many others, I am very concerned and angry about how the entire situation was handledAs I said before, we were very lucky that we acted quickly and were not more severly injured and that there were no children involved Thank you ***
