I bought a Ink Tank for my printer on November using my Bankcard, I returned the Ink Tank November the $ was to be put back on my card as of November It's has not been refunded to my bank account when you make a purchace at walmart it only takes a minute to use a bank cardThis is bad business for walmart Product_Or_Service: [redacted] Ink Tank

Walmart placed big sign stating a price till you go to regand they refuse to give the item at price stated and how can Revdex.com give them an A+ rating when there is clearly more negative information listed here then positive???

To whom it may concern, Last night around 10 o'clock pm PST I was shopping at a Walmart store, located at: 762 Outlet Collection Way, Auburn, WA 98001. I had to use the restroom and upon trying to wash my hands I was scalded by the water from the sink. A friend of mine who was there was using another sink in the same restroom and had the same experience. Then we went to find an associate to tell them that we had both been burned trying to wash our hands in the rear bathroom. When we found the store associate, Rachael, she infromed us that other employees and customers had the same complaint. Well we asked her if we could speak to a manager she promptly found an assistant manager for us to speak to. This assistant manager then had us speak to a store manager. The store manager informed us that they knew it was a problem and that a contractor had been to the store to access the problem and said that the water would be hot for at least another 24 hours. We then inquired as to why there were not any signs posted to caution customers that they would get burned if they used the sinks or why they did not close off the restroom entirely and they said they didn't have a reason. So we left the store, having been burned to go home and ice our hands. This was a most unpleasent experience, one that could have been prevented. All I can think is that it could have been a child or someone who could not communticate that there was a problem and the issue may have been way more severe. And the fact that everyone just brushed it off as a non-issue is of even more concern. The childrens sink in the restroom was just as hot as all the other sinks in restroom. This could have very easily been a much more serious incident. We were not offered any first aid after the incident, no report was taken, and we were not given any infomation about whom we should contact to have the issue resolved. As a frequent customer at this particular store and many others, I am very concerned and angry about how the entire situation was handled. As I said before, we were very lucky that we acted quickly and were not more severly injured and that there were no children involved. Thank you ***

My review with Walmart store has been the worst experience ever, went to store 8/21/to purchase a TV that was on sale and the item was not in stock or available to order but was still on display with special price and they checked on item they couldn't even find the product in their whse area in store, then I was to leave name and number there because they were going to call me on 8/22/to advise me of display unit that could sell at at a discounted price, well they never called me on Monday so I called them and spoke with dept manager of electronics and was told that they could sale me the display unit, but with no warranty or tv stand and no box or paperwork on that set because it couldn't be found but could give me a discount if went it and bought it, so the following day 8/23/went to store to get TV and now dept mgr was not in and everyone in that dept said they couldn't sell me the television now and couldn't offer me a equal size set at a discount or same price, I informed them that I was informed by their deptmgr that they could sell me the set and now they can't ? I asked to speak to a store manager and the manager told me that the only that could do anything was the deptmgr and they didn't know if he was coming in tomorrowThis has been the biggest joke from Walmart's customer serviceTHe store #on staples street in Corpus Christi still has the unit on display and with the sales price still on TVI mentioned to them that there was another unit on sale and on display and wanted to buy that one and they responded that the unit was no longer available either , but it was on display with special price also and this wasn't even on sale couple of days ago when I was there, This has been the biggest advertisement ever by Walmart on TV sets and they don't even remove special price or labels from their display discounted units or care if the customer gets taken care of even offer a equal at discounted price, I have photos of TV's on sale with special price tags on them and nothing that states they are out of stock and Walmart refused to make their errors right to the consumer/s after they mentioned they sold the last unit 1-days prior to other customers, that shows me and all other customers that their inexperienced personnel just don't give a [redacted] on customer serviceI want some service and a television that stills shows on sale or equal and that isn't asking for nothing that is out of Walmart's customers service that they so much advertise that they offer to their customersI can contacted by and if anyone cares about their customers from the Walmart CorpWalmart store in Corpus Christi has my contact info Ref: Samsung 55" 4k UHD Smart tv XXXXXXXXX

Illegal charge of sales tax I went to the Walmart located at Easton Nazareth Hwy in Easton, PA on November 18th at 10:39am and purchased toilet paper among other thingsToilet paper is tax exempt in PA but when I got home I noticed I had been charged sales tax on itThis was not caught by the person who checked my receipt even though she told me that she was checking the receipt to make sure I was not being incorrectly charged

I was using my warranty to get a tire replaced. I was told it wasn't going to cost anything. Then when I go to check out they charged me $30.00. I had really bad service and ran into many problems when I had my car serviced there. The manager gave me a full warranty for my tires. This was about three months ago and this past weekend I had a tire go flat. I took my car in today for the repair, I was told that it wasn't going to cost me anything to replace but when I was checking out they charged me $30.00 and said that it was a pro-rated price. They said a that there was nothing they could do about it and it was the manager that was helping me. I want my money back. I don't know how they can work on my vehicle without telling me an amount. I'm really frustrated with how they handled my situation. They lied right to my face and then worked on my car without telling me that it was going to cost me. Lacey Wal-Mart in Hawke prairie customer service and clothes line have a attitude with me cause I'm deaf and call to ask several questions about the auto battery and they transfer me to clothing line why??? then that lady cussing me out and I request to have a manager and supervisor together and discuss my experience with that lady so Barba and [redacted] is the manager/supervisor they hung up on meNo I don't bother to call but file a complaint on Revdex.com

On Sunday August 28th, I attempted to make a purchase of hygiene productsI had cart of itemsI realized I had left an item off and was about to retrieve it and pay for my purchasesAs I was was attempting to double back with my cart to an isle at the other end from the cashierThe cashier started screaming at me to leave my cart and that I was not permitted to get the item with the items I had already retrievedShe continued to scream and rudely said you need to leave your cart if you want to purchase more itemsI was humiliated by the cashier I front of customers to the accusation that I would steal these items or I would commit an illegal actI was taken back considering all customers were doing the same thing and that I was single outI am very well educated with a credit limit of over with this chain of storesI called for a managerShe id absolutely nothing to assist meI paid for my items and have the receipt with the Managers nameI am seriously thinking of canceling my account with this chain of stores and give all my business with [redacted] There I have a fair amount of credit as well and am treated with the most utmost respect at all timesThe customer service at Walmart received by the its workers is completely unacceptableEspecially the store located at West Bethany Home Road in Phoenix ArizonaThere has been many who have shoplifted and police presence at this locationThe managers will assist you and the workers are clueless to where things are located and its policies on how to correctly exhibit customer service to the general public.I expect a formal apology from the Walmart Corporation and the store in Phoenix to where this occurred if Walmart would like to retain me as a customer

They broke my cars trotlle body I went to Walmart to get a car battery and one of your employees changed my car battery for me and then after it was changed my check engine light came on the wrench light came on in my car would not move in with barely shark it was fine before they changed the battery I had to call the tow truck to tow me to a car repair shop and Walmart have employee broke my throttle body on my car and I had to get it replacedI called Walmart twice and talked to two managers first it was a guy that told me to call Lindsey at and I still have not heard back from her I did talk to her and tell her the situation but she has not called me back yet with the Revel resolution they I was told that the employees also we're not even supposed to change car batteries which I had no knowledge of they did not even tell me that they just agreed said yes they would change the battery I had no idea they were allowed to do that and then Bruins have no problem doing it also

I purchased two tires that totaled 166.61 from the Walmart(2107 Pyramid Village Blvd) in Greensboro, NC on 03/16/2015 at the time I purchased two extended warranties that totaled 21.07 but the cashier rung the warranties up after I paid for the tires. He stated at the time that the information could be pulled up without a problem. Fast forward to August of 2016 I went to Walmart to patch a tire that had a nail. I was advised that no one could locate the warranty by my phone number and the patch would be ten dollars. At the time I could not argue it was a Sunday and I needed my vehicle. Once the inspector looked at it he called and of course stated that the nail was too far in the tire and I needed a brand new tire. I paid for tire but when I got home I checked my bank statement and I was indeed charged. I went back to the local Walmart and spoke with a manager but he stated that I could only speak with the manager of Autoparts who was gone for the day. I have called the Corp number but was told to contact 479-277-2643 to locate the receipt. If anyone has ever called that number good luck because I waited my whole hour lunch and no one ever answered. My last resort was to dispute it with my bank and was sent a letter that my dispute was denied because I purchased the items through Walmart. At this point I feel that someone stole from me. My account was charged but no one can find any receipt information and I have been given so many loops to jump through.

On Friday, December 22nd I went to the pickup counter of my local Walmart to get my daughters Christmas presentsAnd the bikes were not thereI was informed at the pickup counter that they would not be delivered until Tuesday, December 26ththe day after Christmas I stood there and stared blankly at the man at the pickup counter and then at my phone - with the email that clearly stated "DELIVERY BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 22nd" in big bold fontand could not process what he was telling meWhat would I do for Christmas?! Right there in front of everyone in the pickup section of the store the tears came and would not stopHow could I explain to my girls that Santa was not going to bring them what they wanted? What was I going to do? The man at the pickup counter could not care less about the dilemma Walmart put me in and informed me there was nothing I could do but call 1800WalmartHe did not even offer an apology and quickly wrote done the number to get rid of me I immediately called the customer service number right there in the pickup section of the storeThe first women I talked to was able to offer no solutions and seemed to be trying to get through the call hurriedlyI asked to speak to her manager - and the next guy I was transferred to was a complete [redacted] He had no emotions in is voice and it felt like he was reading off of a script as I sat there crying on the phone with him asking him to help me find a solution and try to help me save Christmas for my children Finally, he was able to transfer me to someone in another departmentThis women was the first person I spoke to who was empatheticShe patiently listened to me as the stress of the holidays vomited out of my mouth in the form of dry heaving cries as I frantically tried to picture how I would explain to my daughters that Santa was not able to deliver their giftsI asked to receive a refund for the bikes for this dilemma and still receive the bikes on TuesdayShe gladly processed this and apologized for the inconvenience I was experiencing As I sat in a bench in the pickup counter of the store ugly crying to this women on the phone - there was a Walmart employee named Bradley working at the pickup counterHe was kind enough to give me sympathetic glances as he overheard this conversation on the phone Unlike the first man I encountered at the store, Bradley was willing and eager to help me in any way he couldHe even started looking on his phone to see if this item was at any other Walmart in the phoenix metro areaI was also frantically trying to search for anywhere that sold balance bikes in the area on my phoneUnfortunately, Walmart and every other major store did not carry this item in stores Bradley sat there with me and listened as I cried to him about the pressures of being a perfect mom around the holidays and how I felt like such a failure because I was letting my girls downHe came up with the great idea of having me purchase helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and wrapping those up with a printed picture of the bike so my girls knew it was coming Christmas came and my daughters opened up their presents, including the helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and they were ecstatic when they learned they were getting the bikes they asked forI explained to them that Santa wanted them to pick it up in the store themselves and that we were going to go on Tuesday to get them at the pickup counter at Walmart where Santa had them waiting just for us I received an email from Walmart.com Tuesday morning detailing that my order was ready for pickup at WalmartI packed up my year old son and my year old daughter and off we went to go see Santa's special delivery with plans to pick up Maddie afterward and test out the new bikes When we arrived we found out that only one bike was thereI told the guy at the counter that the order was for two bikes not oneHe went in the back to get a manager as I pulled up the email clearly stating "Quantity: 2"My old friend Bradley came out and informed me that only one bike had made it to the store and the other one was being delivered later in the day and that he would personally call me when it cameDisappointed, and trying to figure out how I was going to explain to Maddie that Santa only had one bike not two at the store - I left to go home and wait for a call to head for a third time to Walmart to pick up this impossibly challenging Christmas present Later that day I got a voicemail from Bradley as I was putting my kids down for their napsHe let me know that the bike had arrived, but that I was not allowed to come pick it up because it was not being released for pick up because the order was refunded Currently - the second bike is being held hostage from my daughter at the Walmart pickup counter

I visited the Walmart at N Wickham Rd R, Melbourne, FL XXXXX to purchase a furniture itemI located a display of a piece that I wanted to purchase and noticed there was only one box of the piece on the shelf so I asked an associate to get another box from the back as I needed to purchase When she returned she advised me that the box that I obtained on the floor was priced $I was confused since the display was marked $and the label from where I obtained the boxed item was also marked $I advised her there must be a mistake and she began to explain that the items were different even though in fact they looked identicalApparently, one of the items was a Mainstays item and the other was manufactured by Sauter if I'm not mistaken...either way, the pieces were identicalI asked for a manager and I was greeted by a manger and although she was very pleasant she advised me that she could only honor the mis-marked price for box and not the that I neededThe associate (not the manager) even remarked that she would get in trouble if she honored the price...strangeI then stated that I would be perfectly happy to purchase the Mainstays item that I saw the display for but I was told that those items (even though they were identical) were out of stockI then asked to see where the display OR label for the $identical item was and they couldn't locate itI was a retail manager for a number of years and this was handled very poorlyI understand Wal-Mart is a huge corporation and doesn't care about losing customer but why would you do that when the customer is right in this instance and the company (Wal-Mart) would still be making money?? This is a clear example of deceptive business practices I then called the customer service hotline and things got even worse...I am currently a manager with a 3rd party customer service call center (we handle customer service for other companies) and I am sure that Wal-Mart has their own in-house customer serviceHow do I know this? The supervisor I spoke with hung up on me after a brief second conversationWhen she answered the phone she had a horrible tone and it was clear she wasn't in the mood to help anyoneI commented on this and she hung up on me...My company would fire any associate who brazenly hangs up on a customer so it's clear she must be a Wal-Mart employee because only Wal-Mart employees could get away with that since they don't need customers anyways A couple years ago I had a horrible experience with a rude employee at my Neighborhood Wal-Mart (grocery store) on Babcock street in Melbourne, FL and I vowed never to return and I haven'tMy recent experience at the Wal-Mart on Wickham road has caused me to vow never to shop at any Wal-Mart again...and I won'tI am not writing this review because I want to buy the furniture at the $price...I don't want it anymore! I will never purchase anything again from Wal-MartI know Wal-Mart could care less that they are losing me as a customer because there will always people willing to be treated poorly and taken advantage of just to save a buck I will continue to share this experience through social media, colleagues, family, and friends

Items are priced (Vella Wine) at 12.97. Check out charged 14.97. Store Mgr refused to correct transaction claiming it was illegal in Indiana to change a price on alcohol even though it was misrepresentedl. Mgr seemed unconcerned about correcting the price on display. I'm sure other people were duped that day without noticing it.

8001 route 19, Pinellas park FL 33781 walmart location refused to accept a return regardless of being in the return time frame I tried to return a soundbar that I purchased from another location. Ithe is walmart policy that they cab be returned are any walmart store within 90 days from date of purchase. They denied my return because "it is too close to the 90 day return periods end". They decided that I could not return the item, within the 90 days, because the return period ends tomorrow.

Bought a $tire and after a month it has bulges on the sidewall and goes flat The Walmart in Pratt says that there is nothing they can do about it I bought a $tire in the Wichita Walmart store about a month ago I went to Pratt the other day and when I came out it was flat There are several bulges on the sidewall I took it to the Walmart in Pratt, the closest auto center to where I live I got there about minutes before they closed Without ever looking my information up on the computer, they said that there was nothing they could do about it except sell me a new tire! I'm on a limited income and couldn't really afford the first one that I bought They were acting like I was bothering them by being there So now I'm running my van around on a donut tire and have a worthless $piece of junk that should be replaced I didn't have anything to do with it going flat It was holding air when I went to the store!
