First off I like this hometown store, I shop there all the time, but when it comes to check, debit or credit cards this place is absolutely nutsFirst example, I purchased my bill with a bank debit card and there on after that date Walmart continued to withdrawal a $service charge out of my account every monthThats just one example, now here goes another, I buy a Walmart Visa Gift Card approxvalue $but they do not recognize their own card and cannot take payment or process my Walmart family mobile account like the text saysI am so pissed that I am behind on payment because of this and Walmart will not make a processed payment on that card for the phone or the prepaid service that I bought at that store

Store has failed to return deposit money I put down on a layaway that was cancelled Store has failed to return deposit money I put down on a layaway that was cancelledI received an email on December 16, that my layaway had been cancelled because it wasnt picked up by the deadline 12/12/The email also stated that I could visit any Walmart store to retrieve the refund, minus the dollar service feeI went in to Wyncote Walmart store on 12/19/in attempt to retrieve the left over deposit owed back to meI was told that day that a check was sent out to customers and that they dont refund deposits at the storeThis is not the policy that was explained to me when I took out the layawaySince the layaway was not picked up by the deadline and a few days had already passed before my first attempt to collect the funds, I waited days to see if the check would come in the mailIt did notI then called Walmart and asked them what the procedure would be when trying to colle

While I was a faithful and frequently shop at the local Walmart supercenter#Located in Lansing,IlTorrence AveI was met with angry hostile and verbally abusive employeesThey are unprofessional and inappropriate in the workplaceI have/was subjected to employees using profanity and rude behavior towards myselfThis is very disturbingI am feeling threatened by the hostile environmentThis is due to some of the people they employee live near my home

I have shopped at Wal-Mart for years and I visit the location on Shackleford in Little Rock AR on 06/30/2017 and they said another customer stole my wallet which was a case for the Galaxy 8 plus along with about 320 dollars. I was told that I would be compensated by a corporate customer service rep no later that 07/05/2017. Since the incident I was told by the assistant manager that a black lady took my wallet. I went home and logged into another phone to find the location of my phone. It was still showing at Wal-Mart so I went back and my son kept making the phone siren as he rode around the parking lot. I went back in the store and she said that their wasn't an asset protection worker there so I made the police report. I looked behind the self-check because there were no other lanes open. I was approached by the manager to say a customer stole my wallet and told me the time she attempted and fail but now the lady is white. She told me the time she tried again and looked around to see if anyone was watching and ran out the store. I do not believe for one minute that their story is true because their employee had to clear the error from my register and it was plenty of workers standing around. My question and review is based on the principle that Wal-Mart say it stands for and the commercial showing lanes are open. I have not yet received my phone, wallet or money back.

On November 14, I shopped at Walmart and submitted my receipt to their savingscatcher program On November 19th I was told I would get $back and added to my egift card November 25th they took the $back out I did not use my egift card that day, I didn't even shop at walmart that day I have emailed customer service on different occasions regarding this problem and the responses I received didn't even have anything to do with what I had written On January 12, I called the customer service number and was told they had to send it up the line to a supervisor By January 24th I had not head anything so I called customer service again I still have not received a response from Walmart

Family Mobile locked my phone without telling me. I paid for the phone. Now they are delaying unlocking it for free as stipulated on their WEB site. They promised me to unlock it in 24 hours. That did not happen. I am a disabled senior citizen that uses a cell phone for safety reasons. I might need to dial 911 for obvious reasons. They did this because they do not like me going over to a new service. They could just send me a check for $150. That is what I paid for the phone. This is a company that does not know the difference between right and wrong. Product_Or_Service: unlock code Account_Number: account # XXXXXXXXX

Experience in Walmart in Prince Frederick, MD was a disgrace! A Cashier held the line to literally check a see-through item when I responded "it's .97" thinking she needed the price she responded "no I'm checking to see if there's something in here, you be surprise what people stick in these things"I was taken back by suggestions of expecting theft from my endI voice my concerns to a Manager and he justified the unjustifiableI then report to head quarters the disservice and get a call days later by a assistant manager [redacted] that had zero customer service speaking over me and grossly interrupting once again justifying stating Walmarts policy is to do exactly that, I said I shop at the cent store and never had this happen! Walmart has cameras and a detector and they go through this length to treat their customers like criminals is inexcusable and I will not shop there again! We are giving Walmart our money this is not how you treat consumers!! Enough with profiling!

Had to pay additional cost to return item with manufacturer's defect We purchased a tent for plus tax on Walmart.com After we set up the tent, we discovered a hole in the material near one of the joints in the tent poles, like the fabric had been pinched during shipment We returned it to the nearest Walmart store as instructed by Walmart.com We found the identical tent in the store and took it to the customer service counter We were told we could return the defected tent, but the new tent was a different price and we had to pay the difference So, we returned a tent with a manufacturer's defect, got the same tent from the store, but had to pay over $additional cost This is unfair and we should not have to pay for an issue which was clearly not our fault We were told by customer service that this is store policy and they could not help us further

Walmart has disabled the ability for their customers to redeem their savings catcherI, along with thousands others, have emailed, called, and messaged them on Facebook about this issue and they are ignoring usThey message back that they are aware of the issue and will fix it within days! If there was a technical issue with them getting their customers money, it would be fixed in minutes not weeks! It is obvious that they have disabled this to help their bottom line and profitsThey are refusing to give their customers credit for savings on previous purchasesThis should be illegalI want my money

WALMART SERVICE CENTER REVIEW. My wife took her RAV4 to have a simple oil change done at the service center at Walmart. We provided our own Toyota Filter and bought oil there and after the oil change the next day she drives all the way out to Jordan Lake for the day and after arriving she sees a large pool of oil. She then drives back to Clayton where I meet her at Walmart. Assuming the service tech forgot to put the o-ring in when he replaced the oil filter the manager agreed to provide us with an oil change and gave my wife $50, a $25 Walmart gift card & a free oil change for the inconvenience of having to drive back to Walmart and oh yea possibly almost destroying her engine. They perform the oil change again and the car is still leaking oil and we realize that the damage was worse than expected. So now I have to rush to the Toyota dealership and find out what the damage is. The service tech at Walmart had either dropped or overtightened the filter cap causing a crack so when pressure was applied as oil was running through the filter it would leak. It took about two days to make the repairs and get the car back from Toyota. During this time my wife could not work driving for LYFT as that's what she does to help bring in some extra cash. After talking to the Service Center Manager I explained my wife is out two days of work and he explained I would have to work with the claims agent for Walmart and that he will submit the report and claims would contact me. Well 5 days later I finally get a call and the claim agent says that they will pay the $260+ for the repair that I had to pay out of pocket for. I explained to him that my wife drives for LYFT and couldn't work that Thursday or Friday and now we are out a lot more money than $260+. He states that they do not negotiate claims for lost wages and that I would only be reimbursed for the repair cost and now my only option is to take Walmart to small claims court just to recoup the wages my wife would have made those days. It's a shame a billion dollar corporation treats their customers like this and refuses to do the right thing. I will say the only bright spot in all of it though was the service manager at Walmart was very helpful and nice. I'm just disappointed that Walmart would not do the right thing. I would not recommend the Walmart in Clayton or any Walmart service center as they refuse to reimburse for any lost wages regardless of the situation so if you use your vehicle for work stay away from there service centers. Hopefully this review is helpful and no one else has to go through an experience like this.

I would like to warn any and all who might send their wives to have a flat fixed at the Woodville Texas Walmart or the Walmart in Alvin Texas to beware. First I took my vehicle to the Woodville Texas Walmart to have the right rear tire fixed and was told they could not find any leak. So I then went on a trip to Alvin Texas and when I checked the tire it had lost air and then took it to the Walmart in Alvin Texas to have it repaired again and was charged for the repair but after returning to Woodville Texas the same tire was still leaking. I then sent my wife to the Walmart in Woodville Texas to have the same exact tire repaired and they told her that the tire was a cheap tire(bought it from walmart,Woodville Texas) and that it was dry rotted and could not be fixed (approx.2 year old tire with fair tread,no cracks). because they had had so much problem finding the leak(nail) I took the tire washed it sprayed it with soap found the nail and marked it with a crayon so they would find it. Each and every time I have gone to this walmart they have ruined the wheel covers so I removed it beforehand. It is apparent that they are in the business to sell "wheel covers" and "tires" and have trained their employees to destroy your wheel covers and lie to anyone they believe might not know much about cars. My advice is to drive right past Walmart T.L.E. and go to a real tire shop I have worked on cars since the 60's but am now disabled and would really like to find someone who will not lie to my wife with the intent to sell her things she does not need.

Walmart.com refused to honor price on item that was in stock in store On Aug 31, I went to the Portage Walmart Supercenter to buy Hammermill Copy paper that was advertised as being on sale for $The Portage store clearly showed that they had some in stock online for $I was originally told that they could not price match, however when I showed them that this item was sold by Walmart, I was told that I could only purchase one packThen I was told Walmart.com prices aren't always accurate I asked to speak to a Manager and was told "they are going to tell you the same thing" I requested a Manager anyway.I waited minutesNo Manager ever showed upAnother associate asked me if I needed help, I asked for a Manager, after more minutes, still no manager showed upFinally after about an hour and a half the original employee I spoke with came up to me and said 'You're still here?" I told her I was still waiting for a managerFinally I speak to a Manager and he tells me he can

On Friday, December 22nd I went to the pickup counter of my local Walmart to get my daughters Christmas presents.... And the bikes were not there. I was informed at the pickup counter that they would not be delivered until Tuesday, December 26th... the day after Christmas. I stood there and stared blankly at the man at the pickup counter and then at my phone - with the email that clearly stated "DELIVERY BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 22nd" in big bold font.... and could not process what he was telling me. What would I do for Christmas?! Right there in front of everyone in the pickup section of the store the tears came and would not stop. How could I explain to my girls that Santa was not going to bring them what they wanted? What was I going to do? The man at the pickup counter could not care less about the dilemma Walmart put me in and informed me there was nothing I could do but call 1800Walmart. He did not even offer an apology and quickly wrote done the number to get rid of me. I immediately called the customer service number right there in the pickup section of the store. The first women I talked to was able to offer no solutions and seemed to be trying to get through the call hurriedly. I asked to speak to her manager - and the next guy I was transferred to was a complete [redacted] . He had no emotions in is voice and it felt like he was reading off of a script as I sat there crying on the phone with him asking him to help me find a solution and try to help me save Christmas for my children. Finally, he was able to transfer me to someone in another department. This women was the first person I spoke to who was empathetic. She patiently listened to me as the stress of the holidays vomited out of my mouth in the form of dry heaving cries as I frantically tried to picture how I would explain to my daughters that Santa was not able to deliver their gifts. I asked to receive a refund for the bikes for this dilemma and still receive the bikes on Tuesday. She gladly processed this and apologized for the inconvenience I was experiencing. As I sat in a bench in the pickup counter of the store ugly crying to this women on the phone - there was a Walmart employee named Bradley working at the pickup counter. He was kind enough to give me sympathetic glances as he overheard this conversation on the phone. Unlike the first man I encountered at the store, Bradley was willing and eager to help me in any way he could. He even started looking on his phone to see if this item was at any other Walmart in the phoenix metro area. I was also frantically trying to search for anywhere that sold balance bikes in the area on my phone. Unfortunately, Walmart and every other major store did not carry this item in stores. Bradley sat there with me and listened as I cried to him about the pressures of being a perfect mom around the holidays and how I felt like such a failure because I was letting my girls down. He came up with the great idea of having me purchase helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and wrapping those up with a printed picture of the bike so my girls knew it was coming. Christmas came and my daughters opened up their presents, including the helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and they were ecstatic when they learned they were getting the bikes they asked for. I explained to them that Santa wanted them to pick it up in the store themselves and that we were going to go on Tuesday to get them at the pickup counter at Walmart where Santa had them waiting just for us. I received an email from Walmart.com Tuesday morning detailing that my order was ready for pickup at Walmart. I packed up my 1 year old son and my 3 year old daughter and off we went to go see Santa's special delivery with plans to pick up Maddie afterward and test out the new bikes. When we arrived we found out that only one bike was there. I told the guy at the counter that the order was for two bikes not one. He went in the back to get a manager as I pulled up the email clearly stating "Quantity: 2". My old friend Bradley came out and informed me that only one bike had made it to the store and the other one was being delivered later in the day and that he would personally call me when it came. Disappointed, and trying to figure out how I was going to explain to Maddie that Santa only had one bike not two at the store - I left to go home and wait for a call to head for a third time to Walmart to pick up this impossibly challenging Christmas present. Later that day I got a voicemail from Bradley as I was putting my kids down for their naps. He let me know that the bike had arrived, but that I was not allowed to come pick it up because it was not being released for pick up because the order was refunded. Currently - the second bike is being held hostage from my daughter at the Walmart pickup counter.

The customer service experience I've gone thru today with Walmart is unbelieveableYour online store shows Products in stock and available for pickup at a clearance priceWhen I attempted to purchase the items your employees wouldn't honor your pricing online that is still current because on her end it showed out of stock your manager instead is telling me to put the items back in place, place my order online and leave and wait for an email to then come back to pick the items downThis is a ridiculous policy and horrible way to have loyal customers treated the difference the manager could honor is only $and for that the manager thinks my time being wasted is ok and instead of saving someone as a potential continuing customer your employees choose to laugh and stay in a Hurd talking amoung themselves this is very unprofessional and offensive when being spoken about when I'm still at ear shot of their conversationI am requesting a formal apology for the humiliation and this to be immediately brought to your employees attention as unacceptable behaviorI expect a call a meeting something of the sort to be left with the satisfaction this will not happen again to myself or any other customerI can't not say I will be continuing my business with this company

I had a return with a receipt, and I was told that I could not get my money back, nor a gift card. purchase no 3871688854975. [redacted] F. was called 3 times, and I had to wait 15 minutes on this so called assistant manager to response, than he was rude and condescending. He had the nerve to snatch a pen out of my hand, and he made mocking remarks to me. This is the type of service, and representation that Walmart is sending out. To have to wait 15 minutes for this man, and than he is rude, like I am disturbing him. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't get a store credit for which Walmart already has my money locked up, until it is released.

Tried several times to speak with a supervisor at Walmart only to get the same response that the one supervisor in the entire walmart operations was in a meeting and that it would be hrs to get a call back which I did not receiveAlso my credit card was closed after and a half years of perfect payment history for a returned payment that was replaced with another payment within a few days of finding outBut still never had any day lates and always over paid monthly amount due

Hacked savings catcher balance was never returned On September 6, 2018, someone breached Wal-Mart's app and stole my savings catcher balanceI noticed this on September 16, when I went to scan in a new receipt and saw that I had no balanceI called their savings catcher customer service and reported thisI received an e-mail on September indicating that this balance was returned to me and to allow 24-hours for it to be loaded to my accountI waited, but the balance never loadedIn fact, the entire gift card that had been there previously was deletedI called customer service again to inform them of thisI was told...again that it would be 24-hoursIt has now been over a week and the gift card and balance are still missing from my account

Tires purchased are bald in less than monthsNo contact from managersAttitude from most of the representatives at the store My husband and I purchased brand new tires for my Dodge Caliber SXT on June 6, for the front of my carThe total was $After driving my car for about a month and a half I began to notice that when I would drive while it was raining my car appeared to slide as if I were driving over iceOn Tuesday, September I drove myself and our small children to an event by my employer and discovered that one of the tires that we had purchased from Walmart was completely bald and the other not in good shape as wellI contacted the Walmart that we purchased the tires from [redacted] and asked to speak to the manager (Heather) in the Tire & Lube Express area on September and she stated that she called me back and left a message stating that I would need to bring my car in so that they could look at the tires to see if they are defe

On 03-25-I went in to Walmart automotive in Plainfield, IN to have new tires put on my [redacted] and they stripped out my front locking lug nutsI had to take it somewhere else to get them removed by having the studs ground off and tapped out from the back so my rims would not get damaged - costing me $of repairs for the damage the Walmart technician didAfter being in touch with their representative named Blake a few times, and getting the run around since 03-(I left several messages with no call backs) I was told by [redacted] on 04-11-they would not pay for their damage to my [redacted] I know there was nothing wrong with those lugs before they worked on them and they lied on the invoice to cover their tracks saying they were deformedI just want my $back I paid another mechanic to fix the damage they caused because they didn't know what they were doingThe Walmart tech guy used the wrong sized socket and stripped my lugsI will never take another vehicle
