I want a refund for unopened , unused products Walmart refused to return and it's not in their policy On 6/4/I bought drug test with my debit card, the male cashier did not tell me anything about not returnableAnd it is not in their written policy at the customer service counter, the cashier looked into it on 6/5/That night while confronting my family members they began telling the truth so no longer had a use for themOn 6/5/I went back to return the sealed unopened tests, and I was refusedThis was over $I had planned on using for groceries while I was in the store Now what am I supposed to do?

I was rejected the service of check cashing [redacted] from the Chula Vista Walmart at Broadway said she could not cash my check because it showed initials for the first nameI told her I have cashed my payroll check there many times beforeShe then asked for a second ID because my Driver's License showed a PO BoxI provided her with a second ID and she still refused to cash the check stating that Walmart does not cash checks with Initials for the first nameI told her that all 200,state employees checks are written that way and she said she would not cash State Employees checksIs that where Walmart stand on this or is this ***'s own policies? Many State Employees shop at Walmart and I feel we are being discriminated because an orthographic issueIs this an issue that SEIU would be best suited to handle? I have noticed on visits to walmart that the greeter very commonly asks to see receipts as customers are leaving the store This I found borderline harrassment in some way simply because I am not giving them a reason to be suspicious to check my items When I question the employees as to why, all I hear is that it is a new policy they have to uphold Earlier today, 6/11/17, I did not even make it literally three STEPS away from the register I checked out at before I was asked to show my receipt When I asked if they were serious, I was told they HAD to see the receipt because of shoes I had bought I was in self checkout, so apparently the cashier that ran it can't vouch that I was just there less than two minutes ago and could not print out another receipt once another customer starts to use it I had bought over $so several bags to go through to find it As I was searching I was told I could get a copy at customer service, where all registers had "lane closed" signs on them The closest cashier couldn't even answer a question of if anyone was even working in customer service or page assistance for a customer
At this point my autistic nephew has started stemming by rocking and humming loudly because the routine of shopping has been interruptedI'm getting irritated because I feel as though I am being treated as a criminal basically standing at the register I just used seconds before, and now I am trying to keep calm a special needs person having anxiety issues as well

sign stated oil change $ I told the clerk I only wanted an oil change nothing else and no added add ons she agreed I got my car back 1/hours later and the bill was $ I asked why they said they had to charge me for an oil filter and extra oil I have never been charged extra oil nor is there a sign stating so An oil filter comes with an oil change every one knows you cant change oil with out changing a filter I asked the manager and she said sorry and that was it the clerk even agreed I stated no extra charges SORRY isn't going to resolve being over charged

When ever I purchase things, I usually use my card as a credit card, I don't prefer to use as a debit card, even though the payment comes from my bank account Every time prior to yesterday, I would always get a credit back to my account Yesterday, Walmart's customer service employee, told me I only could get cash back That is not the way I paid for the merchandize and I didn't want cash back If I wanted cash, I would have used my card as a debit card I also contacted a bank manager and he said the register determines whether one gets credit back to their card or cash Also, I believe that Walmart's products are getting more expensive than some grocery stores, it doesn't seem to be a discount store as it claims I am a very disgusted customer and I may just choose to shop elsewhere from now on If I am supposed to get cash instead of credit if returns are made, then in should be denoted on the original register tape, no where on the tape does it reveal that

This is regarding WalMart store #XXXXX located at Cedar Springs BlvdLouisville, KY XXXXX Purchase of grocery items was made March 27, in which a higher price was charged at the checkout register than the sale price advertised for the product in store Milk was advertised at $per gallon and $per gallon was charged Extra brand gum was advertised at $per pack and $was charged This is not a significant difference when looking at an individual items However based on volume, the price difference for just the milk could benefit WalMart by a significant amount For instance if the store sells 1,gallons of milk per day, they would make an additional $per day or $1,per week if the price is not corrected The bottom line is this, the consumer is being cheated One has to assume this extends to other items throughout the store
