Worst customer service on the planet
I bought items at Walmart, and they double charged my credit card for the transactionSo now, after two hours of various levels of walmart employees transferring me from one to another, and telling me that I need to do their legwork (collecting paperwork to bring to them) to get my money back, I was on hold for minutes waiting for their e-business pros to figure this mess outWalmart is not staffed by customer service representativesMore accurately they are professional BS artists, well versed in passing the buck

I've been waiting on a refund that Walmart promised me back in OctoberTheir photo machine was down and they were not able to print out my invitationsThey claimed to have refunded me but that is not the caseI've reached out multiple times and still get it will happen answerAt this point I am going to dispute it with my bank Monday morning

My Walmart account was hacked and over $in gift cards stolen from my accountCustomer service promised a refund on occasions but now say noMy account was hacked, my savings catcher gift card was used by someone in California, and NO ONE at Walmart customer service is able to help meAfter being told I would receive a refund, they now say they are not responsible for the theft and refuse to offer a refund for the stolen money (over $was stolen!) and their customer service has lied to me, hung up on me, promised me I would have a refund in a timely manner (it's been over a month) and they have now sent me an email telling me changing my password will solve the problemIf anyone uses savings catcher, they should know that this will NOT solve the problem since thieves still have my savings catcher gift card number.They are sending the issue again, for the third time, to a mysterious "tier 2" groupa group who has no contact number or email so you can't speak to them directly

Went into walmart located in Ontario/Mansfield, OH to purchase a infant carseatI came across one that I was really interested in and notice that there was only a display model, no merchandise not even a sticker advertising the cost of the carseatI located an associate to help me either locate the product for sale or assist me with ordering it online...I was told that I would not be sold a display model (never insisted or inquired that I would be) but ok and that they no longer carried this particular modelWhich raised my level of frustrationAll the while the walmart associates made me feel as though it was my error and that I should just pick another carseat! I was livid by the way the situation was being handled by not associate but all the associates that I came into contact with (total of 3)

I pulled up to my local neighborhood walmart in martinez ga yesterday to fill up with gas to go to workI put in my walmart debit card and proceeded to pay for my gas just like I have done a lot of timesNO ONE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT BEING OUT OF GAS! Well I walked out of walmart with an ironic receipt that might of as well never existed for the good it did me when I stupidly gave the service desk walmart employee my money to try to send to a friend in Florida, they say 10min and its there, it wasnt, so I drove home hoping by morning thigns would be resolved because all their tracking site said was "no record of transaction"i called the number on the receit, and it turns out its MoneyGram I am dealing with, who tells me after a bunch of questions about ME I have to go to any moneygram and call them backSeeing that walmart is the only literal moneygram in miles of the ski town I live in, I tried, and because it was past moneygrams redicolous hours, they simply hung up on walmart, which btw refused to take any responsability or issue a refund, in fact they treated me like I am a scammer or something who has nothing better to do than print receits because the computer record they had that said "customer must call moneygram" to thgem meant I must personally call moneygram and resolve this and its not their problem and if I make a fuss they will remove me from the storethis was very distressing, I returned the next day during correct hours, to be told again I must personally call moneygramso I did on speakerphone because at this point I was fed up and frankly collecting evidence for the lawsuit I was seeing walmart was happy to engage me in since they literally said if I have a problem I can take them to court if I have that much money to wasteand I record all calls for reasons I wont get into here, but basically they had to hear moneygram tell me, that me calling on my phone is as stupid as I told walmarts manager at the support desk that btw was the it who sold me the moneyorder never saying a word about moneygram, and the only signs they had said something about a service called Riolong story short, as soon as moneygram talked to someone claiming to be a walmart rep, because they called from the walmart phone line(cuz spoofing services dont exist, sigh) they suddenly asked to talk to me, at which point they finally asked question about the person I sent to, when it was already way past any reasonable time they needed money that arrives in 10min since I had to make two seperate trips to walmart on different days to fix it, and the whole time moneygram apperantly was protecting me from fraud, because they neither believed I was really the person sending, and when that was clearly proven I asked for what possible reason did they put my order on special "no refunds no nothing until we get a call in person from a moneygram location" and the guy at walmart at the support desk thats the manager said that literally never EVER happenedso what they should of been trained for when it doesBecause I lost a friend who lent me money and then thought I was lying because neither walmart nor moneygram were remotely trying to resolve this bs, and then told me it was because I was sending to an suspect locationnot the person, but locationthis is staggeringthe location I put down was floridaas in the stateand this somehow justified them in making me jump through whatever hoops they demand, and walmart said until I resolve my issue with them, they dont have to do anything for me, and when like I said I tried the first time, because it was later than their support line is open(btw nothing about any time limits ont he receit from wallmart with moneygrams support number, so yea, they sell you things they cant even fix before you left the storebecause you sent to a stateummmI feel lied to by moneygram, and disrespected by walmart who was happy to take my money, but then doesnt even know they have to call when their computer tells them toBecause it says customer must call moneygram, they just assume from my own private number and they dont need to even hear it, when I told them I just talked to them and they said I must call from a phone at a moneygram locationwhich they consider themselves not to beI mean I could go further, but thats part is just more disrespect and insult from walmart employees that clearly felt that because its an hour before the store closes they are as good as off the clock, and I will be writing a nice long letter to walmartIts the least I can do for forcing me to waste 1200$ to pay back a roomate for lending me money for rent a year back that I no longer live with, I thought walmart to walmart was a good thing to try, oh my god, never again, I havent had to bear this type of insult ever before except when I cancelled service with certified letter from Blue X Blue Sh|t medical insurance, and they tried to act like I cant prove I sent it(facepalm)This was worse, walmart needs to stop lying about how its their service and not a moneygram kiosk that half the grocier stores have in them, except groceries dont try to hide who your really dealing with, with their brand

The Clinton, Maryland Auto Center refused to provide an oil change for my vehicle On July 5, 2015, the service manager Ms*** stated they don't take customers after 6:15pm, although they close at 7:00pm I called before I responded from Washington, D.C., but no one answered the phone After calling three times and getting no answer I drove to the service shop because the website says they close at 7:00pm There is no indication on the website that they stop accepting customers at 6:15pm The manager offered no effort to account for my lost of time, travel, fuel, or confidence in Walmart Auto services She only offered that she had been working there for weeks and that they were short staffed This is poor customer service She didn't even bother to offer an appointment for the following day, a complimentary service or discount or anything whatsoever

10/24/I went in to their Lube center for an oil change The guy that was taking all the information documented the type of oil used at the previous location which was WalMart in Caldwell and their sticker said 5w The guy asked me if that is what the sticker said which I replied "yes." I didn't realize that on his comments he had put "customer requested 5w20." That right there is not true I don't have knowledge about oils and all I did was read what what was on the sticker from the last oil service done.When I turned my car I started noticing a vibrating noise coming from the engine As the speed would increase it would seem to go away but everytime I would stop I would hear it more The following day the noise was worse and also my car wouldn't start I ended up taking my vehicle to a shop and they told me the oil used was the wrong one I contacted the Walmart in Caldwell to let them know the Walmart from Idaho Falls had used that oil because they had put that on their

Last month I called the corporate number (1-800-WALMART) to state that the photo lab machines in the stores were breaking down at a rapid rate causing frustration/wasted time to edit photos, and that photo lab personnel were lax in taking care of customers, often not in the photo department with no notice of when they would be returningThis was done to help the corporation rectify its problems
