I know Walmart gets a bad rap, but I had to write in about this one GREAT experience, due to one GREAT employee, who went out of his way for me one afternoon this past weekOk so I'm trying so make this short and sweet: I was in a hurry, feeling horrible, not feeling like cooking, and my husband only likes one brand of frozen lasagna, one special flavorSo I'm looking for this, on the verge of crying, and a young man stopped loading the freezer and came over and asked if there was anything he could help me findI told him the specifics and he said " no worries I'm sure it's around here somewhere" he looked through the freezers himself and no luckHe then went in the back, I guess the stocking freezer or something, and low and behold, one box! I was so relieved and it really made my dayI later found that this lasagna is no longer made in this flavor , which explains itI'm writing *** *** as wellHe had a great, can do attitude , unlike most at Walmart , that's why I usually go to *** , but I digressMost employees would have said if it isn't out here, we don't have it in stockBut not *** ! Walmart had advertised at my local store - Straight Talk iPhone phones on Black Friday I went to walmart on Thanksgiving and stood in the area of the phones for hours...they did not have them that day but placed me on a list..it is now Jan and I still have no phones I have called numerous times and once a manager said they would come up with an "alternative" before Christmas...still was not contacted I went in person to the store - they had of the phones in a box and pulled them out and showed me and was going to let me purchase and they did not have the "list" so they locked them back up They took my information and said they would call the next day...and let me know..I never heard from them I called again today and again they said they did not have them in...and took my information and said they would call me I have waited a month and a half and missed these for Christmas Needless to say I am very frustrated by this advertising and the long wait for these phones This has been an unsatisfactory experience

Despite my many positive experiences at Wal-Mart, located at Fallston Blvd., Fallston, Maryland 21047, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment while attempting to exchange an item early this morning
I previously purchased a can of stain from your hardware department to stain my front door However, when I arrived home I discovered I purchased a can of indoor stain instead of outdoor stain

I purchased a Walmart egift card so that I can take advantage of their incentives for using the card for gas purchasesI went to the Walmart gas station and was told the card was "locked"I was given a number to call The ivr stated that I needed to go inside the Walmart store and have the funds moved to a new card *** the Customer service manager stated she got a system error and could not help meShe told me to call their corporate office I called their corporate office and the CSR advised me that they should handle that in store and if I gave the csm the phone, he would walk her through itThe csm and csr conversed and *** told the csr she couldn't help meShe gave me back my phone to speak with the csr and he hung up on me At this point I had been trying to get gas

This Walmart does not provide adequate customer service The store does not keep the larger sizes of undergarments well that larger sized customers need The store doesn't have an adequate amount of cashiers on duty even during slower times of the day The machine in the pharmacy department that does health assessments is always broken and doesn't reflect an accurate weight It always says that I weigh 1/pounds and I know that I weigh more than that

It had been years since I bought drugs other than the first round of the antibiotic from *** *** and I was shocked at the cost I assumed the high cost was for the Predisone Later that night I decided to look at my receipt Incredibly the Predisone was only $11.04; the Levofloxacin was $134.14! The Walmart store located on North Avenue and Cicero in Chicago Illinois really needs major improvements on every level
customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional
Products are never fully stocked shelves are empty most of the time
poorly trained individuals in the bakery area take orders that are not fulfilled
when customers have tried to complain in person to the manager the manager does not appear in the store
when calling to check the status of an online order I was hung up on multiple times and the manager never answer the phonethen the store associates ultimately stop answering the phone
there have been various incidents on various days and I have shopped at the store over the past six years and I will never return due to the unprofessionalism, the lack of products stocked and just the terrible way the store has been run
Most associates are unprofessional and the manager is always missing what does Walmart corporate intend to do about this store????
