My sick daughter who suddenly was no longer able to walk without pain needed a wheelchairI went online 06/23/and found that the Walmart located at Jerusalem Ave Uniondale NY had them in stockLate this afternoon my wife, my daughter and I arrived to pick it upWe went to merchandise pickup and I put my information into the kioskA Walmart employee possibly named 'Jamal' (Thin black male, about 5'10") told me they have two in stock but can't find themHe said they have another type of Wheelchair in the stockroom and to wait while he got itHe took a photo of the box and showed it to me, Sadly it was not the type of Wheelchair my daughter neededI said since they were listed as in stock if someone could take a look for it that it might be misplacedHe said 'Look we don't have it, that's it.' I asked him to call a manager and he refused, I asked him for his name and he refused and said he is off the clock and walked out a back door in receivingAnother female walmart associate came to the area to work and she heard the exchange, I asked her to get a manager and to tell me the other person's nameShe said I think it's 'Jamal' and after she said that he came out of the back room, pointed his finger at her and said do ever tell anyone his name and that wasn't cool in an angry voiceHe then stormed off and as he passed my daughter he walked slowly and gave her a menacing lookMy daughter was frightenedA female manager named beatrice arrived and I told her the story, told her he should be fired, told her I want to file a complaint, she had me follow her, found the wheelchair in Pharmacy, brought it and me to the back and directed a employee to complete the transaction and said she had to leaveThe employee was unable to complete the transaction and had to call for another manager, after a very long wait he arrived in the back, completed the transaction and I told him the whole story of what happenedI said I want to file a complaintHe said Walmart does not have any complaint forms, he took my name and number and said he would look into thisNo one ever didWalmart blew it offVery poor treatment

missouri ave n largo fl Went to this walmart 4/8/at 2pm to be directed to the return line when I said several times it was an ONLINE purchase from my baby registry So at months pregnant I waited a half hour to get to the front of the line to be told I had to wait in the online purchase line!! needless to say everyone was RUDE The "online" person then comes to the counter about 5-minutes later to type in my initials of my first and last name ...like the other lady couldn't do that???! I was then turned away like that was the one and only thing that they could do to look my order up spoke to the supposed manager to tell us if they couldn't find it she wasnt going to be able to find it either we then call the corporate office to go round and round and round with him dont know his name but his number is 727-504- tells us he sees the order but its not paid for ...then he claims he needed an order number I sent him a text message with all order numbers on it he could only find 2! then says he was going to give me a gift card and have all purchases at the front counter waiting for us my mother in law was on the phone with walmart as well trying to accomplish the same thing - she was also told that the order would be at the front desk My husband now goes back at 6:25pm to pick up this order that is waiting waits in line AGAIN for min to be turned away again!!!! they cant find the order anywhere! call my mother in law again to explain the situatiuon we only got this order at 8:PM most ridiculous waste of time! what a joke this store is and the employees! they don't have respect for their selves and jobs so they treat customers like st I never received a confirmation email that I even had purchases waiting for me how was I to even know the order number unless the purchaser gave it to me??? they acted like they didnt even know that you could do a baby registry online I will NEVER return to this store maybe even never go to walmart again even if I have to pay more to waste most of my day off of work to deal with this bull!

I paid for oil change which included Oil, grease chassis, oil filter, check tires, check batteryThe service was completed in less than minutesIt takes a couple minutes just to walk out and get the truck in the shopSo I asked the tech why he did not grease chassisI told him there was no way it was completed in short timeHe said " what were you watching me? We have had multiple issues with our tax exempt card We are a 501corganization No one seems to be able to offer any explanation The items are common business items that in the past have been exempt from sales taxes such as paper, cleaning supplies etc Further, no one at customer service seems to know what to do The receipt says to call the 800-WALMART number but that is an automated menu, without any selection for tax exempt It is not helpful at all

today I have found out that wal mart has basically discontinue the savings catcher program unless you use there wal mart pay system, this basically drops millions of consumers from the program because they will refuse to relent to being forced to pay with a system that is in favor of someone else other than theirselves
Greed is the only reason that this is taking place because they have found a way to save millions of dollars by eliminating a long standing program of matching prices and being the champion of the lowest price avaliable

I'm sharing a review because in the past month and a half I was double billed times at the Walmart store in Papillion, NEFor purchases that were both food and non food itemsI received payment back for the double billed items with no problem at the customer service deskHowever, the third time this happened, I requested to speak to a managerHer comments were unsatisfactory to say the leastShe told me that if the cashier set the item too close to the machine, it would double ring the expenseShe did not speak at all about how they could fix the problemBefore I left the store, other customers told me this issue has happened to them several times as wellI was very upset each time this happened to me because I cannot afford extra expensesI worry for others similar to my situation and I don't want this double billing to continue unchecked
