I purchased *** Mobile phones on 10/21/from the Walmart in Festus At the time, I also purchased a $card that was for *** not *** Mobile I have tried to return the card with the receipt to Walmart and they refuse to exchange the card for a *** Mobile Card

Would not return or exchange black Friday item
My sister purchases Samsung sd cards on there black Friday sale My kids put them in there phone and they messed up there phone I took them back to the store, they said they would not exchange or replace because they were black Friday items

put money into self service checkout and did not register endless wait time so I left store
Went to Walmart on Bell Creek Mechanicsville VA
Put in self checkout( had to wait minutes for one that accepts cash to open up) and the machine did not register payment
Called csr over and she could do nothing about it and must have went to get management minutes later management finally showed up Called loss prevention and then opened machine Called loss prevention againanother minutes passed and no loss prevention Apparently policy is to have loss prevention look at tape to see if customer put money in machine Got tired of waiting minutes and just standing at self check out looking like a foolI paid with me debit card and left storeThis is plain and simple unacceptable I also tried to call store to get a hold of management but honestly after calls and no answer I got frustrated and went Revdex.com route

12/08/I brought my car for a oil change at Walmart and two weeks later was telling me it need oil I check and I check the oil and there was none, I took it back and a worker to me to take it back at and I did and what happened is that management were so rude, and he went to check it again and he told me it had oil, I think that was so unprofessional of him, I knew that it had no oil so I took my car to family Toyota in Burleson Texas and they did tell me my car was very low on oil, I also have another complain I was getting synthetic oils and every miles it need a oils change when my car it was every 5,, this is the second time it happens to me lol oil at the same placeThanks

This is in Regards to Gift Cards purchased for me as a Birthday Gift on 3/from both my Mother and sister purchased at your Comstock Park , Walmart store, both purchased on separate date prior to my birthday when I received these
3/tried to use the First one at Taco Bell , a $Gift Card , go thru Drive Thru and surprise $Dollar balance , so proceed to use Second Card same day at Burger King a $Card and $Dollars available on that as wellHow embarrassing
Returned both cards to my Mom and sister they took to the Walmart store 4/explained to management and they treated my Mom and Sister with the most disrespect telling them they have nothing to do with the Gift cards and to call the 1-number on the back of the Gift CardsHow can you say that , You sell the cards it is your responsibility to make sure they are properly activated and treat your Customers with the Utmost Respect !!

On the Walmart Appthey had laptops advertised for about $at the Seagoville locationI drove about minutes away from my closest Wal-Mart to grab a couple of these laptops for my children When I arrived I headed straight to the electronic department, found the laptop and made sure the serial numbers match the one in the adOnce I confirmed that the laptops did match I asked Misty, the cashier, to scan the laptopShe then told me that the price was not $it was more like $I showed her the ad and the matching model numbers and she rushed off to find someone In chargeA few minutes later she brought back a very rude and nasty assistant manager named GingerGinger was more interested in belittling me than helping me, and despite what was shown on there app she insisted that I wasn't getting anythingI am very dissatisfied with the poor quality of customer service Wal marts employees provide there customers and also with their deceptive advertising tacticsI will take my business and money elsewhere!

During the late afternoon hrs of: 03/27/17; SUN Evening; I proceeded to the above cited Wal-Mart Supercenter to process/tender a transaction at the tobacco aisle to process/tender a transaction of a: 32fl oz Monster Energy Drink; a Wal-Mart exclusive money card; & also awaited for a transaction/tender from the cashier of a carton of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes
During the interim of the transaction - I had a discussion w/ the cashier - Jodie - that I preferred to purchase a carton of Marlboro Reds 100s Cigarettes to which he took an unreasonable amount of time to locate where the carton only to tell me after an aogonal wait that this Wal-Mart does not carry the cigarettes I preferred to purchase
Furthermore; I was the one who had to be assertive & prompt him to process of individual pks of Marlboro Reds 100s to substitute for a carton (considering there are 10pks of cigarettes/carton)I believe in remiss that it is the cashier's obligation to arrive at this notion rather than have to rely on the customer for compensation
One of the female customers whom I have never seen before indicated that there was no carton of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes to which I responded both quite calm & collected by merely mentioning that, ' "[I] was not talking to her' "
The cashier - Jodie - at the tobacco aisle along w/ a customer srvc mgt at the right adjacent aisle became quite abusive hostile/bullying by wrongfully accusing me of "antagonizing" & unbelievably the cashier at the tobacco aisle - Jodie - proceeded to "smash my energy drink; 10pks of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes; & also my pre-paid Wal-Mart money card
In reference to the outrageous & severely demeaning interaction I had w/ both the tobacco cashier - Jodie - & also further hostility by the female customer srvc mgr - I am asking for an official discussion via either phone number outlined below to preclude/prevent such acute episodes of violation of my integrity & respect that all customers should come to expect

My complaint is against Walmart located on Jackson Creek Pwky., Monument Colorado XXXXXI am concerned about public safetyI was pushing my cart down an aisle when, my cart jammed and a loud pop soundedOther customers and myself were wondering what the noise was when one of the gentlemen customers standing near and heard the noise, noticed a caliber bullet shell on the floor and a skid markThere were small children near and the bullet exploded just inches from myself and othersA Walmart employee from a few aisles down came walking up quickly asking what made that noise, after I showed her the bullet shell she went and got a managerThe employee then asked the manager if it was okay to pick it upThis happened right across from the baby section of the store

I purchased the best car battery Wal-Mart sells at the Killion Rdstory in Columbia, SCThe battery had a year warranty, years full replacement and the last years proratedThe battery failed and left me stranded earlier this week about a week less than years since it was purchasedThe store employee tested the battery and said it was bad and would have to be replacedBefore they installed the replacement battery they pulled all date code and labels off the battery and told me I have no more warrantyThey said this was the new policyI asked to speak to the store manager and instead an assistant asked what my complaint wasShe said wait a minute and let me check on thatA few minutes later she came back and said yes that is the new policy I checked with several managers at other businesses that sell car batteries and they all said "we don't do our customers that way"I think this is fraud and unethicalI called headquarters and a very polite lady took my complaint and said someone from management would be calling meIt has been days and no call yetI am very disappointed that Wal-Mart would sell a product with a stated warranty then change their policy and decide to not back what had already been purchased

My husband and I went to Dunedin, Florida to celebrate our year anniversaryWe had a late flight coming in and the only store open happened to be a Walmart Neighborhood Market located in Dunedin, FLWe hurriedly dropped all of our bags off and ran to the store at almost midnight to stock up on some groceriesUpon checking out, I was off grabbing a bag of lettuce I forgot and the cashier carded my husband and rang up wine we were purchasingWhen I arrived back at the cashier and added the lettuce to the conveyer belt, my husband indicated he was going outside to grab a Redbox movie and for me to pay for the transaction upon completionAfter she completes ringing up the rest of the items, she asks me for my ID for the wine she previously rung up using my husband's ID in my absenceI explained to her that she already carded my husband and that I currently do not have an ID or anything with me as it was in my luggage that we dropped off prior to grocery shoppingShe proceeds to tell me that she cannot in fact sell this wine then as my ID is also requiredI was completely appalled as I am a year old woman and with my HUSBANDI told her that this was ridiculous and have never experienced this anywhere else when purchasing wine beforeShe refused to sell us the wine, even after he proceeded to come back in the storeWhere is the logic in this policy? If a father were to stop in a local Walmart with his year old daughter and grab wine for dinner with the family, would he also refused service because his daughter is not of age? How is this policy justified across the board? I have never been so embarrassed or angry in my entire life over something so illogicalI was initially impressed by the Walmart neighborhood market given the amount of items they carried while being so smallHowever, after this awful experience, I will never step food in a Walmart againFor the record, the next day we purchased wine at a Walmart competitor, Target, and did not once experience this issue

I took my car to Walmart Automotive in Crossville, TN tonight to get two new tires put on my car and the people doing the work on my car, (someone) broke the rod in my door and I think they even kept the piece they broke off and now I can't open my driver's side car doorNo one wanted to take any ownership or responsibility for the damage done and at first the two males working there who had worked on it played dumb then out and out lied about itWhen I found someone else and told them the manager came out and I described everything to her she kept saying, "No, they wouldn't do that, they wouldn't do that." I said you'll have to come out to my car it was just right there by the garage door to show her the damage but she refusedI felt like she was covering for them she was being dismissiveIt was an older model car and the cashier had left specific instructions for them and they still totally demolished itThen the manager finally had one of the two guys go with me to my car and he did end up apologizing but never admitted breaking it but then he blamed the cashier saying that she didn't tell them but I watched her write down instructions for them about how you had to open it and she read it back to meThey DID NOT want to admit they damaged my vehicle and as I realized later kept part of what they broke offHe sheepishly apologized again but now I can't use my driver's side doorI mean, even if you didn't realize you should have had some common sense and patience to see how something works before you demolish it My heart sank and I just felt like crying my eyes outSo unprofessional and what made it worse is that they dismissed it like I wouldn't notice?
