I bought a couple items at the location in Cordova(N Germantown Pkwy Germantown, TN 38018) on April 4, at 8:pm on my way back to Atlanta, GAI accidentally left one bag at the check outIt contained *** spray adhesive and a pack of *** air freshener
I called yesterday to try and see if my parents couple pick it up for me since they live in Cordova with a picture of the receipt since I took the original with me to AtlantaI called customer service and a middle eastern/Indian man verified that they needed the original receipt and couldn't use a picture
I then asked if they could use the receipt on the Walmart app's saving catcherThe guys would not and could not give me a definite answer and was pretty much giving me the run roundI got sick and tired of it and asked to speak to the manager, but he tells me that he is the Customer Service Manager; which is ridiculous cause he didn't even know the answer to a customer service question nor could he even resolve the issueHe then put me on hold for minutesminutes? He was trying to get me to hang up and I know this is a tactic cause I have worked in customer service
When he finally took me of hold, he asked me if someone was helping me probably because he thought I hung up by thenHe was wrong I told him yeah, you are supposed to be helping meHe then gives the phone to a ladyShe the proceeds to tell me that she is the manager*ding ding ding* I then asked who is the real manager because the guy told me that he was mangerWhich I could tell she was flustered by my questionThen she told me that she was the supervisor to the store
She resolved the issue and told me that she would be at the store till 3pm The next day and would have the things ready for my Dad to pick upI gave them my information as well as my dad's informationI thought this issue had been resolvedI was wrong
Today(next day): 11:30am
My dad gets to the customer service desk and they told him that they put the items back on the shelves even though I was told that I had till 3pm todayThey told him that he needed to go get the items from the shelves himselfThis is not acceptableI told him not to worry and to just get a refund because

On March 12, I sent my son to purchase a television at the Crestwood Walmart location on W 135th Street in Crestwood IllinoisThe reason I sent my son in the location to purchase the television is because I just had surgery and Im on crutchesOn March 17, we moved so I finally was able to set the television upOnce my daughter opened the box, the television was missing a remote, and power cordWe went to the nearest Walmart (167th and Pulaski ) location because I didnt want to have to go all the way back to the original store After being in the Walmart on 167th they stated it would have to be returned at the Crestwood WalmartMy daughter entered the Walmart and explained the situation to the cashier at customer serviceAfter a few minutes my daughter called me on facetime from her iphone because she said the Asset Protection Manager was inappropriately touching

I tried to call to get help with customer service and the lady who answered the phone on 11/11/at 3pm said I needed to speak with customer service She put me through to customer service and no one answered after letting it ring for about minutes I called Walmart in Comstock Park MI back and the lady never said hello she just put me through to customer service which continued to ring with no answer I then called a 3rd time and she answered and I said no one is answering at customer service so I need you to help me and I asked for her name She then patched me through to customer service once again and no one answered I continued to call back several times and she would answer the phone but not say anything and patch me through to customer service which no one ever answers I originally called about leaving some of our groceries in the bagging area (which was not self checkout) but no I am writing a review to let everyone know that Wal Mart's customer service is poor and they will not help you

I ordered the Backyard Discovery Tucson Cedar Wooden Swing Set online and had it shipped to the storeWhen the item arrived it was damaged, severely damagedThe box was dorn and large chunks were taken out of the woodManager, *** offered me no compensation and said he could return the product and I could re order if I would likeHe told me to go to walmart.com if I wanted to complainSo I didI received a call back but nothing was offered to compensateWhat I was looking for was to have the swing set re ordered and delivered to my homeThis would be a freight delivery that would cost me $I thought it would be a great customer service offer since Walmart would not be responsible for delivering the itemTherefore, it wouldnt get damaged againI was declinedBeing a long time customer of Wal Mart I offered them another chanceI ordered over the phone with the lady I was speaking with and had it shipped to the storeShe assured me that it wouldnt get damaged and this instance must have been a flukeGuess what? WOW! So that's what I didI went to walmart.com and filed a complaintI received a phone call from ***...*** was niceHe tried everything he could but his hands were tied because he needed clearance from his SupervisorI requested the freight shipping to be paid of $so it could be shipped to my home instead of Walmart destroying it for a THIRD timeIf not, give me a gift card to cover the expensesDECLINED! What makes me sick to my stomach is *** told me that they would charge me $for the freight shipping and I should take the offer because WHY?...its a great deal! *** literally told me that me paying $MORE for Walmart to NOT DESTROY my item was a GREAT DEAL? Are you people out of your *** mind? I can buy the exact same swing set from Meijer, K-Mart, Lowes AND Home DepotDid I the second time? No, because I love Walmart but not nowWhat a jokeYou destroy my item TWICE and then ask me to spend MORE MONEY so YOU dont screw upI am ENRAGED! This will be placed on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram unless this matter is resolvedIn my opinion, you should be sending me the *** swing set for free for insulting my intelligence and telling me I should pay more because of your screw upSomeone FIX this!

Denied purchase without cause
This morning at 5:am, I woke up for work and browsed television deals, along with specific store pricingI saw the specified store on Greenfield road as shown in the screenshot, displaying the priceI drove there, went to electronics, and confirmed the price matched what the Walmart app showed
I proceeded to the front of the checkout where the cashier was, along with another Wal-mart employeeThe television was scanned, and the price display, to which the non-cashier blurted, "OH HE** NO, NO, NTHAT'S NOT RIGHT" to the priceThe cashier politely pointed out the manager would need to come byThe other employee walked away, commenting that she was going to "buy one for herself." The manager came by, and stated he would need to 'research' the price
Twenty minutes pass, and he comes by curtly telling me, "Here's the dealWe're not doing this." The response took me by surprise, so I asked for clarificationHe stated the price was a mistake and that the price was not advertised as I stated I saw this price on the Walmart App, when their store is selected, and that the price also reflects in several other storesI also said that I perceive the Walmart app as a form of advertisement, especially when the advertised price and the register price alignHe did not respond to thatAfter further conversation, a second manager stepped in-- a co-manager by the name of *** stepped inHe assured me the TV would be set aside while further research took placeI stated that in the context of being denied a purchase, the prior associate's comment of, "I'm going to buy one" comes off as contradictory and inappropriateHe agreed and gave my assurances that the TV would not be sold to anyoneHe took my name and number
Later that morning, about two hours later, *** called me and stated he could not reach anyone in the home office, and instead of dragging it out, the deal would be honoredHowever, I was at work, so I confirmed that I could come through later that afternoonHe agreedLater in the afternoon, I found a friend willing to lend me a vehicle to help transport the television, and he also offered to pick it up while I was at workSo, I thought I would call the store and inform them of my friend's nameI did so-- *** works overnights, so I was transferred to a manager named ***I explained there was a TV on hold and I just needed to have a note added for my friend to pick up the televisionShe placed me on hold to find the TVWhen she came back, she very curtly said, "I need to research something and call you back." I asked if there was a problemShe repeated herselfI asked if this was related to the issue I encountered this morning, and in the midst of explaining that *** had given the okay for it, she interrupted me and very loudly said she needed to research somethingI said that I am aware of that, but I wanted to know the nature of the researchAt this point, she was in near shriek stating that I could either be put on hold or called back, but the answer to my question did not matterI said the question did matter and I wanted to know what was going onShe interrupted me again, and yelled she was going to put me on hold
Ten minutes later, a manager by the name of Leann picked up and explained that further research of the price was neededI again explained that *** had cleared this with me and I was told I could buy the televisionShe said that she did not know that *** told me that, and they can't sell the TV until they were specifically informed that the price was not a mistakeThere was a lot of discussion, but at this point I was being told for the second time I could not purchase the television, after a co-manager had told me I couldIt seemed absurd, but I let her go and she told me she would call me when she knew more
As it turned out, about an hour later she called me and said the price could be honoredThat did wind up being trueI am sorry for the verbosity of this message, but it was a very befuddling experience that quite often lacked tact required when you're turning away a customer from what wound up being a legitimate purchaseHad I not tried as hard as I did, I would have been denied a sale under faulty logic

I was going to purchase "my life" 18" dollsthe shelf pricing for the dolls were clearly marked on clearance for $none of the dolls had a price on them when I went to purchase the dolls, of the dolls rang up for instead of 14.84.I explained to the cashier that the shelf price stated the cashier checked with the toy manager and the toy manager said she could give me a 10% discount I explained to the toy manager that the shelving price clearly said the toy mgrsaid she could only give me a 10% discount I did not purchase the dolls but took them with me to the customer service areaI asked to speak to the manager, but I was told that the manager was in a meetinganother lady said she was taking the place of the manager I explained the circumstance and the stamanager said all she could do was the 10% discount I have photos of the shelving price and the actual dolls in question

This is concerning the Walmart at FM Rd W, Houston, TX Worst experience at a Walmart everIt used to be a good Walmart but slowly disintegrated over timePlease see points below
Rude employees/bad customer service: Employees roll their eyes at customers and act as if they don't existOne time I had a receipt to return an item and an employee at customer service and the lady mentioned to go to another Walmart to do the return instead of doing it herself
Lack of security: At night people go around the parking lot asking for donationsProstitutes and truckers hang out in the parking lot No security cars are no longer in sight even though this location use to have them
Cashiers have lack of training: One cashier had charged me 4x for some cherries that I had originally ask her to remove from my purchasesInstead of fixing my receipt, she tried to charge me for her mistake
Bad management: In regards to #3, I went to customer service and told the manager on duty about the cashierThe manager looked at me stupidly and then walked off without correcting the cashier or correcting my receipt
Very disorganized: The signs above the aisles need correctionA aisle sign will state an item but that item will not be anywhere on that aisleI spent minutes looking for some canned fruitCouldn't find anyone to help me and it wasn't listed on any of the aisle signsI eventually gave up looking
