My daughter went into Springville AL, Walmart to purchase a box of Dark and Lovely hair color My daughter looked looked and looked for the Dark and Lovely brand , she then phoned me making me aware she didn't see the hair color I then instructed her to go to the area where the hair color is locatedMy daughter finally located the Dark and Lovely hair color in a totally different area then other hair colors When my daughter returned to the car she was very upset and heart broken due to she had to experience and witness Caucasian hair color is in a area by itself and African American hair color is in a area by itselfWalmart should have more respect about it stores to separate race in productsWhy cant all hair color no matter what brand and who its for be sold all in the same areaWalmart is the only store that separate hair color by its raceSo if you're African American looking for Dark and lovely hair color we have our own area in WalmartIf you're Caucasian you have your own area in Walmartsad world Walmart got to do better

I came into walmart bought a maxx everstart battery about years ago the battery was defective and didnt even last years left my car dead and stranded when I tried exchanging it for another one I was told they had no sales record of me ever buying the battery and therefore they wouldnt honor the warranty ive been a regular customer here for years but no longer will be doing any business here

We have been shopping at Walmart for many yearsWe shop the store in Eunice, LA (#773) a few times a week, including weekly family grocery shopping usually every Monday, followed by a few additional visits each week for follneeds
The store (as other Walmart stores) has been undergoing a major change in the way customers are checking out
The self check lanes have more than doubled in the last couple of weeks, and that is fine if I have 3+ items in a basket to check out
However, we have a very full basket full each week on Monday and this requires a lane to check out that is occupied by an employee manning the register, lane
Normally the store may be manned on Monday's with as few as or open lanes which have large purchases such as ours lined up in long lines to check out
The employees are very courteous (all the time) and are most helpful
Since the second bay (one on each end of the check out lines) of self check-outs have opened, the employees have been trying to get the customers to use the self check out lanes
My wife is handicapped and it is very difficult for use to stand in long lines because of my wife's very bad back - she can barely make the weekly shopping experience of 2-hours in the store
I refuse to use a self check-out lane for a full basket of groceries, etcOur bills run between $to $each Monday
I am PAYING for SERVICE! Instead your company is attempting me to continue paying these prices AND do my own checking out, delaying us further with wasted time in the store
The store (according to one or more employees talked with today and each shopping trip recently) is now having ONE check out lane open and thus the line for this lane is longer and longer
THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
As much as I would hate to do so, we are now considering shopping at a competitor down the highway, even if it costs us a little more in $$$$At least when we have completed our shopping experience, we can expect to get checked out in a few minutes and be on our way

The pharmacy inside this Walmart is terribleThey never answer their phone and they will not respond to faxes from other pharmacies to have patients meds transferred overWhen I called the store I was told that they just received hundreds of orders from another pharmacy or somethingThat has nothing to do with me and I feel that they should not take on more customers if they can't keep up with the ones they have already

Horrible experience, Walmart in Secaucus NJ I used to come here all the time but recently have decided to avoid it unless I have to, because of the lines and customer service, but recently their service has caused me to write this reviewI don't normally write reviews but you must be forewarned, they cannot and will not deliver on their promise for same day pick-up This past holiday season I needed a few items for a party I was having before Christmas along with some small gifts I specifically selected items from the online store that said "ready for pickup today" I waited for the email to tell me that the order was ready it didn't come so I went into the store that night to inquire since when I called I was on hold for minutes and no one was picking up When I got there they said the order wasn't processed yet and they don't know when it will be, yet they already debited my account the money I said can I please go pick the items myself and just write it off against the order but they said their system doesn't permit thatI asked to speak to a manager, the assistant manager came over to speak with me and she was dismissive and said too bad we are busy we will get to it when we get to it, it doesn't' matter that we market and push that we have same day piwe don't care what is said we aren't sticking to it that is not my problem, and told the CSR person at the desk to stop helping me and to move on to the next ***Luckily he was nice enough and told me there were another orders ahead of mineSo I asked if it will be ready tomorrow and he said yes It is now tomorrow and it still isn't' ready I am again on hold for their pick up department to see if I can get my items that I already paid for

When ever I purchase things, I usually use my card as a credit card, I don't prefer to use as a debit card, even though the payment comes from my bank account Every time prior to yesterday, I would always get a credit back to my account Yesterday, Walmart's customer service employee, told me I only could get cash back That is not the way I paid for the merchandize and I didn't want cash back If I wanted cash, I would have used my card as a debit card I also contacted a bank manager and he said the register determines whether one gets credit back to their card or cash Also, I believe that Walmart's products are getting more expensive than some grocery stores, it doesn't seem to be a discount store as it claims I am a very disgusted customer and I may just choose to shop elsewhere from now on If I am supposed to get cash instead of credit if returns are made, then in should be denoted on the original register tape, no where on the tape does it reveal that

I would like to bring my experiences with the Pittsburgh Mills, Frasier Township store to your attentionMy first experience with your automotive store was uneventful however my second and third experiences should be brought to every ones attention

So, as if that wasn't bad enough I paid for their services then walked out to my car to find it parked in the parking lot unlocked and with it's windows rolled downMy $dog kennel in the back seat, numerous confidential documents in the unlocked glove compartment and personal property lying on the front seat for anyone who walked by to take at will
So, upon finding this, I again went to the service counter to complain about the careless irresponsible way my car was left in the parking lot
I told the female counter attendant I was very upset because my car had been left in the parking lot unlocked with the windows down and I felt it was very irresponsible of the mechanic and that wal-mart had a duty to protect my car while it was in their care
Her response to me was "SO, YOU DIDN'T TELL US NOT TO LEAVE THEM DOWN."
I asked for a manager to which I was told they didn't have a store managerI asked to talk to whomever was in charge of the store, she reluctantly called someoneAnother female person appeared, I explained the situation and she then paged the automotive managerWho after more minutes of waiting still could not find his way back to his department
So, feeling like I wasn't going to get any help or satisfactory resolution to my grievence
I finally stormed out the door furious, vowing never use any wal-mart automotive center again, ever
My treatment was unacceptable, the careless way the mechanic cared for my vehicle was unacceptable, and the juvenile behavior of the female counter attendant was very unacceptable

I purchased a Fit Bit Charge HR band on 5/13/at Walmart in Sioux City IowaAt the time I also purchased an additional warranty thru Walmart With in a couple of months the band started falling apartI had first contacted Walmart locally for this issue since I had purchased the warranty and they told me that I had to go thru FitBitI have contacted FitBit via email and phone and was told from them that Walmart should replace this since I have purchased and additional year warrantyI have been to the store physically on different occasions and been told the same thing each time that they (Walmart) will not honor the warranty that this issue should be taken care of thru FitBit
