THIS STORE GOT STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE IT ZERO!!! I JUST LEFT THIS STOREI WAS THERE FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO CASH MY CHECKI HAVE BEEN CASHING THE SAME CHECK WITH THE SAME ID FOR YEARS AND THIS STORE WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY ID BECAUSE THE BAR CODE ON BACK OF IT WAS SMEAREDI DID NOT UNDERSTAND IF I HAVE A PHOTO ID AND IT IS NOT EXPIRED, WHY COULDN'T YOU ACCEPT ITALSO THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO PUT MY SOCIAL IN THE SYSTEM TO VERIFY IT IS INDEED MEI EVEN HAD CORPORATE ON THE PHONE TELL ME THAT IT WAS NOT A PART OF WALMART POLICY THAT A BAR CODE IS REQUIRED TO DEEM THE ID VALIDTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICENOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE WALMART BY MY HOME TO CASH THE CHECK BECAUSE I KNOW THERE WON'T BE AN ISSUE WITH THE IDSAME ID THAT I HAVE HAD SINCE 2014!!! On 9/26/I purchased a quart of custom mixed paint from Walmart in Graham, TX Paint was placed in cargo area of new Jeep with only about miles on it I drove to Jeep dealer to have a rattle checked and when I opened the rear gate of the Jeep I found the paint can had spilled on the carpet of the vehicle I returned to Walmart to file complaint with management who took report and photos of paint damage There was only small items from walmart in the cargo area when paint was found spilled I can not get anyone from third party company that Walmart uses to handle their complaints to return my calls to determine the status of my complaint despite leaving numerous calls with contact information Paint has now complete dried and I can not determine what to have done toEdiate the problem Numerous calls have been made to the Walmart store as well with little or no help

Neverrrr get a oil change here or ANY OTHER Walmart ! I know my first mistake was getting a oil change at Walmart but I was already getting tires and never dreamed they would ruin my car! My oil change was done at this Walmart, first of all, they took almost hours to do my oil change and put one tire onYes, they SEEMED busy but that was only because they where doing more talking then workingAfter I got my car everything was fine About a week and a half later my car just breaks downI believed it had to be something simple because I have never had any problems out of my car beforeYes, my car is older but me and the previous owner both took really good care of itMy mechanic came and looked at my car and the first thing he said was it wasn't any oil in my car! The guy who did the oil change said that he didn't understand how my car didn't have any oil in it either because there were no oil leaks and the miles shown I hadn't drove the car that much They even went the extra step to drain all the oil out of my car It literally wasn't no oil in my car and the little amount that was in it was dirty and cloudy However they informed me that they would have to forward everything over to claims department and they will take it over Someone reached out to me by the name Rafael Velazquez he informed me that they will review the tapes to see what happened and that I needed to get a incident report from my mechanic A couple days later a man by the name of Jeremy ( who is Rafel boss) called me and informed me that Walmart was not responsible for my car I'm just so confused on how they can determine that by a video no one has came and looked at my car or inspected my car or anything! Jeremy was very rude And just acted as if he didn't care at all At the end of the day this is my livelihood and how I get it get around, so I feel that Jeremy should have had way more compassion *** my situation then he had I asked Jeremy how can they come to this conclusion if nobody has came and looked in my car, There is no oil leaks , the mileage show that I haven't drove my car that much, and the oil that they drained out of my car is dirty How can you even determine that this is not walmarts fault if no one even came to look at my car? He's telling me that if I get my mechanics report that they are reopen the case but honestly looking at other reviews I don't see that happeningWalmart should be ashamed of their self This big corporate is not even certified to do oil changesNever never get your oil changed at Walmart and there claims department needs to be trained on how not to come across as rude and like they don't care

Store #continues to charge more for grocery items than is advertised The same items are listed at one price and charged more for years
Items being listed at certain prices in the grocery department never ring up at that price Crystal Light is listed as $and rings up at $ Thats a 25% markup This has been brought to the attention of employees and management more than times in the past years Each time we are told it will be adjusted It has never been adjusted on the shelf or in the computer systemOther items are also ringing up at MUCH higher prices than are listed Sale items are rarely ringing up at the correct amount Today, November 1, Halloween candy was listed at 50% off It was ringing up full price When the cashier was informed of that, her reply was, "This always happens to sale items You need to check your receipt." This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to! It is always understocked and understaffed
Today I went and collected all of the groceries needed, got in an enormously long line in the items or less line (all the lines were this way), waited minutes only to faintly hear what looked to be a manager stating they are only accepting cashOnly accepting cash at the speedy checkout or all checkouts? What do I do with the groceries? Why is there always "something" with this Walmart? They are so poorly managed and always out of basic stuff (turkey one time at the deli, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and biscuits (at the same time) another visit)It is ridiculous and I will no longer shop here because of the lack of excellence and quality

I bought a vacuum at Walmart! The cashier pushed the warranty, I bought itShe said it covered 100% for the first years I called the warranty center right now because the vacuum will not startThey said I need to call Hoover!!! So, why sell me the insurance when they are NOT going to cover a single thing for the first year? That's very unethical and deceitful! So why the need to pay Walmart for years when in fact they only cover year (the 2nd year)? That's horribly wrong So, on top of giving them $for a lousy insurance that's not going to cover anything, I now have to do my own calling and investigating, which I hate! That's why I thought I was getting the insurance, To avoid all hassles and headaches Boy was I wrong!

Prices advertised for the store in Valley Alabama that are online are a bait and switch
I saw the prices advertised for the Valley Alabama store on 6-22-and went to the store to buy a inch televisionWhen I got to the store the prices were dollars and up more than advertised by the store online The same prices are still up in the ad the next day but the store says the television is more I call the store times and spent an hour calling the walmart help lint and was hung up on once and told too bad the next time I told them that there are laws against their bait and switch scheme, but useless I have been a loyal customer for years and have bought many items with my online account with them They get at least 75% of my total income Now I am out my time, gas and phone minutes I will avoid walmart from now on To help others I will report the bait and switch to the proper agencies ans the Alabama DA
