I went to the Saukville Wi location to return a new childs pants suit that was in perfectly new condition and had the Walmart price tag of $securely attachedStore Manager *** said they did not sell the item at that store nor any store in Wisconsin even though the dept sales person said they did and we knew it was purchased at that storeI called the corporate office to complain and no one returned my call, and also wrote via email and again received no responseWalmart is not living up to their advertised satisfaction guarantee nor even responding to customer complaints by contacting the customer

During the late afternoon hrs of: 03/27/17; SUN Evening; I proceeded to the above cited Wal-Mart Supercenter to process/tender a transaction at the tobacco aisle to process/tender a transaction of a: 32fl oz Monster Energy Drink; a Wal-Mart exclusive money card; & also awaited for a transaction/tender from the cashier of a carton of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes
During the interim of the transaction - I had a discussion w/ the cashier - Jodie - that I preferred to purchase a carton of Marlboro Reds 100s Cigarettes to which he took an unreasonable amount of time to locate where the carton only to tell me after an aogonal wait that this Wal-Mart does not carry the cigarettes I preferred to purchase
Furthermore; I was the one who had to be assertive & prompt him to process of individual pks of Marlboro Reds 100s to substitute for a carton (considering there are 10pks of cigarettes/carton)I believe in remiss that it is the cashier's obligation to arrive at this notion rather than have to rely on the customer for compensation
One of the female customers whom I have never seen before indicated that there was no carton of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes to which I responded both quite calm & collected by merely mentioning that, ' "[I] was not talking to her' "
The cashier - Jodie - at the tobacco aisle along w/ a customer srvc mgt at the right adjacent aisle became quite abusive hostile/bullying by wrongfully accusing me of "antagonizing" & unbelievably the cashier at the tobacco aisle - Jodie - proceeded to "smash my energy drink; 10pks of Marlboro Reds 100s cigarettes; & also my pre-paid Wal-Mart money card
In reference to the outrageous & severely demeaning interaction I had w/ both the tobacco cashier - Jodie - & also further hostility by the female customer srvc mgr - I am asking for an official discussion via either phone number outlined below to preclude/prevent such acute episodes of violation of my integrity & respect that all customers should come to expect

MY NAME IS *** ***,IN SEPTEMBER OF I WENT TO WAL-MART AND BOUGHT A CELL PHONE AND IT'S$ DOLLAR CONTRACT.WHILE USING THE PHONE THE CHIP KEPT COMING OUTI BOUGHT THE PHONE BACK TO THE STORE AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO THE SALES CLERK.I TOLD THE SALES CLERK I WANTED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACTI PAID THE FIRST MONTHS BILL AND GAVE THE PHONE BACK TO THE CLERK.THE CLERK INFORMED ME AT THAT TIME,MY CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED AND I WOULDN'T BE ANY FURTHER,THAT WAS IN OCTOBER OF 2015.I RECEIVED A BILL IN THE MAIL ON FEBRUARY SAYING I HAVE AN AMOUNT OF$ 62.96.I'M DISPUTING THIS BILL BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE STORE I OCTOBER OF AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED AT THAT TIME.MY BILL STATEMENT FOR *** *** MY MOBILE NUMBER AT THE TIME WAS XXXX XXX-XXXX AND THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS XXXXXXXXX.RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED ON FEBRUARY THE 27TH

Walmart constantly advertise items for a cheaper price but they ring up for a larger amount (or at least the Jesup, Georgia location does)And when confronted with the advertising, they argue with the customer & try not to honor prices! I'm not just ranting because I have pictures, witnesses & a copy of the receipt from the incidentAs far as the star rating, if I could give a half of a star, I would because a whole star is too much

ON 8/16/I WAS IN WALMART And SAW a candle on the shelf that had one price ,which had several candle on same product when I got to the check out the cashier said it was a another price ,I asked a store worked to help me she said she was the manger the head person and she was not going to give me the candle for the price on the tag ,she started to get rude ,like I had changed the item's or something and gather the candles in her hand and walked a way she had a bad attitude or something I have reached out to Wal-Mart calling them with no return calls to address what happen with manger's attitude and how she treats a customer, so for the past days I have reached out to them each time telling me they were sending my problem higher up with no return call

Their is no security on gift card purchases and if the information is stolen they will do absolutely nothing to help

This complaint is in regards to a specific Wal-Mart store in Lansing, IL that is advertised as 24hours but closes at midnightThis is my local store, however I have had to travel to a further location because the service does not represent the Wal-Mart experience
I have been trying to track an order placed by someone other than myself on 08/18/from my gift registry that was due to arrive at the store on 08/31/I have contacted the store everyday for the past weeks and get the same responses: busy signal, piand hang-up, pand told one minute then call disconnects, or constantly ringing for minutesOne time I had such a hard time getting through I had to go to the store just to be told the item was not there and that I should wait for the notification that it has arrivedI have even spoken with a manager at the store on 09/05/that was supposed to check on this item and call me back that day, and I have not received a call back yet
I have called the customer service line several times and the status still says "Shipped and invoiced" with an arrival date of 08/31/as of todayI have tried to speak with a customer service representative to find out where the item is, and have been told that they cannot give me any account information if I cannot verify the billing or email addressI have explained to the associate that I am not looking for account information, I simply want to know if this item has arrived at the store or has been sent back because it was purchased for me from my registry and I provided the order number for it
I feel like I am getting the run around and when I ask ed to speak with a Supervisor or Manager, I'm told I can'tI have never had such an experience with any Wal-Mart store and am very disappointed with the service I have received thus farFrom the associates I have spoken with, I feel like my issue is of no importance to them and that I am being a burden, and as a customer I should not be made to feel that way

I originally had the complained below from *** 4, 2016, however decided not to send it due to allowing myself think this was an isolated incident, however today July 25, 2016, the situation occurred again with the same security guard I feel harassed and this is really unacceptable I do not need to feel uncomfortable when I am going to an establishment spending my money with my children This employee needs to be address
I would like to express how disgusted I am in the way I was treated when I went shopping at Wal-Mart on *** 4, Upon my daughter and I completing our transaction at the self check out lane I saw the security guard waiting for us Within our purchase we had a tri-fold board, I recognize and understand the board is big and will need to be reviewed by your so called "security guards" you have in place Upon the security guard reviewing my receipt I noticed she is reviewing everything in my receipt and bags, the security guard proceeded to ask me to move the bags over so she can review everything, when I asked her if she was only checking me she stated "YES they called me to come and check just you!." This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and just plain rude Don't get me wrong I know and understand there are suspicious people that will STEAL from anyone; however I AM NOT ONE OF THEM!!!
Your store employee offended my character and my family I was shopping with my sixteen year old daughter purchasing products for her school project, what kind of example would I be, stealing with her daughter present I DO NOT NEED TO STEAL FROM WAL-MART Like the minority of your shoppers I spend over $in your store monthly willingly (check my savings catcher!!!!) Your store employees have stereotyped the wrong per son and then had the nerve to be nasty and unprofessional The security guard could have pulled me aside and requested my receipt; however she decided to do it in front of everyone Versus her stating "YES they called me and told me to check your receipt." a better response would have been ma'am I understand your frustration however due to XYZ I am required to review your receipt and ensure it matches the -items in your bag Wal-Mart is a billion dollar company, you hire individuals who are angry and unprofessional and it's obvious you refuse to train them to handle ANY situation
They create hostile situations and have no clue on how to diffuse them The presentation and behavior or the security guard was awful, the individuals in the security office who requested for my receipt to be reviewed was awful Then I speak to another so called "manager/supervisor" and she begins to tell me she will follow up How will she ever follow up when she never requested my call back number or even my name, she did not ever say something that would ever make me feel she will even take my concern seriously
What make this situation even more unacceptable is because NO ONE in your store has ANY CLUE on how to be professional In I went to your pharmacy to pick up my prescription your pharmacy staff had given my prescription to someone else When I requested to speak to the pharmacist in charge he just waved my concern away with the fact that I had allegedly already picked up my prescription and that my prescription will expire the next day, (he neglected to even take into consideration that my prescription was given to the wrong person who could have had the wrong reaction and die, or the fact that so many HIPPA law were violated.) Needless to say I requested to speak to the STORE MANAGER, but when the famous *** *** appeared, he also had no clue on what to do and treated me in the same manner the pharmacist had, he acted as if I purchased some expired milk They basically told me oh well our records indicate you picked up your prescription and it was going to expire tomorrow anyway Now we all know this is not how this situation should have been handled I work at a pharmacy and due to you lack of patient privacy, security and compassion * could have had your pharmacy licensed reviewed for possible neglect and violations AND even a law suit However, I just wrote a simple email and was able to pick up my prescription the next day, after YET AGAIN I was objected to another disrespectful embarrassment Well NO MORE!!!
Now I will explain my so called part, I have an app called SHOPKICK, where I get receive points for walking into stores, scanning products and for making store purchases when I attach my debit/credit card to the site However, this does not make me a thief!

I went to Walmart store located at Se 41st Pl, Bellevue, WA to pickup some online order and also for some shoppingWe thought we can return some of the unused items from our last visit to Walmart alsoAs my wife talked with the customer care to return a box of pack Ramen cup noodles (Unopened and with receipt), she was told that they do not accept food item for return anymore
Later I checked about Walmart return policy as it says it has a days return policy for non-perishable food items (https://help.walmart.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9)I contacted an agent from walmart.com site and he also confirmed thatAs I told him about this issue, he asked me to talk to the manager and told me he/she should be able to solve it
I called the store and after almost minutes of wait, finally I got to talk with the managerHe told me, "NO WALMART STORE accepts any food item for return", both perishable and non-perishableI told him about the policy and also about the chat with the Walmart agentHe replied that, Walmart.com and store purchase is differentI told him that the policy at Walmart.com does not say that it is different for store and online purchaseHe replied that, that may be the policy but it is the "rule" not to accept food items as return!!!!!!!!!!!
I confirmed several times that even if the policy at Walmart.com says I can return it, and the "rule" contradicts with it, I will not be able to returnAnd he confirmed it every time
The price is not important hereIt is unfortunate that such a big brand like Walmart has no control on their policyIt is so confusing for customers and even though the policy says something; the stores can simply ignore thoseSurely, not buying any food items from Walmart anymore and Walmart is going to lose an investor and a loyal customer

Walmart refused refund for defective merchandise, even when I had my receipt

I was returning a newly purchased yet defective tablet w/ it's receipt for a simple exchangeStill within the policy return dateThere seemed to be no issue w/ thisAT FIRST!

There was a woman ( Lilian ) sitting on the bench in the customer service center area to the side, eating & playing w/ her cell phone ( on the clock), loudly proclaiming she wanted to go home & needed someone to take her hoursA random employee walked by excepting her hoursShe screamed "yay I wanna go home." The other employee called her "crazy"Lilian, in her yellow vest screamed back " I never said I wasn't crazy." I thought not much of it, being more interested in my transactions
I was also using the MoneyGram service which I had already filled out, was making a credit card payment ($3000) & then doing some shopping
However the tablet return was not scanning properly & I was told it won't scan "I can't override the computer." She saidI asked what I should do & was told "l don't know."
I then politely asked for a managerThe customer service women rolled her eyes & sighed while mumbling "hold on" & then yelled across the room to the sitting,eating,lost in her phone,& ready to go home early....LILIAN!
Lilian said she was the manager, which I later found she was notShe reluctantly arose from her phone,food & perch as she schlepped to the register behind the counter as if asked to climb a mountain & said condescendingly "can I help you sir." She knew the issue already because she had been there sitting & could hear the entire event
I said I just bought this tablet,the charger doesn't work & I have a receiptHowever the scanner won't scanShe said to call Wal-MartI explained I drove miles there & have to drive miles back as I live in the mountainsShe said "try another Walmart." Another Walmart is another miles awayI suggested manually typing it in, yet once again it wouldn't scan

I said "OK, FINE I need to file this MoneyGram, & make a card payment."
I gave her my valid State issued government identification card for transactions involving my money( Which I've done many times) She said "this is not a driver's license." I explained I knew that but it is State issued I.D w/ photo, current address,
and expiration date
I then presented forms of valid state identification with photo, address, birthdate etc., Plus social security card with my name, credit cards with my name,& my Walmart card w/ my nameA card in which I have paid THOUSANDS on
She refused to listen to anything, even though the logic was blatantly apparent & spoke to me as if I were the sole reason she was not yet on her way home...EARLY, or at least still on her bench texting
She (LILIAN - Customer service center - MIFORD PA, STORE# 2064), then proceeded to slide all off my papers forward at me saying " we are done here." She ( LILIAN) then pushed a button on her shoulder cb exclaiming that there was a trespasser on the properly & requested security immediately remove me from the store
Quite frustrated (& bewildered how this type of person works in customer service) I calmly asked the store#She said #I wrote this downIt turned out being #I then calmly said "may I have your name please"She yelled as if I were an ie who couldn't read " It's on my name tag." I explained her name tag was clipped on backwardsShe looked down & turned it around w/ what could only be described as disdain in her eyes
I took my papers & left feeling frustrated, uneasy, & embarrassed from this unnecessary experience
I shopped elsewhere, went home & immediately called 1-800-WALMART
I selected store experience department & complaintsThe agent was very understanding in a way I felt he really grasped the issue
Turns out my multiple government issued I.D for the MoneyGram were not only completely satisfactory but listed top of the list of required I.DMy attempted tablet return w/ receipt wouldn't go through because she entered the incorrect codesAnd, ..I not only did nothing wrong, I did everything 100% correct
Instead of a kind & courteous exchange between customer & a customer service center repposing as manager ( Lilian store #) ended w/ a good intentioned customer being spoken to w/ condescending disrespect, & blatant disregard for my business,feelings, needs or concerns
Worst part was it ending in her bellowing for security to remove me for trespassing in front of many strangers

I visited a Walmart Vidion Center in Grove City OhioI called in to schedule my appointment, they went over my insurance information, checked for available benefits and scheduled my appointmentIn my appointment day I'm then charged an extra $that was not mentioned during the callPer my knowledge my insurance has always covered everything and I had a 10$ co-pay, but because services are already rendered I paid the extra moneyBetween the amount I paid out of pocket and the amount my insurance covered it ended up being more than the quoted exam price(This is the first issue) My second issue is $of the money was allocated to what they call a fitting fee only I was not fitted for lensesI was given a trial pair that was not my script or brand and in regards to wanting colored lenses I was given a paper for one brand and sent on my wayThe third issue is I called in to order lenses and when I hadn't heard back over a week later I called in to find out how much longer it would be, turns out they never ordered themMy next issue I have is the scripts I was given are all different, different strengths, different brands and now I'm having an issue getting another vision center to fill my scriptNow I've used my insurance benefits, wasted extra money only to end up with a trial pair that I couldn't wear, and will end up having to pay another doctor to be able to get lenses I can use

found identical tvs cheaper at bestbuy than at walmart and they will not honor price match guarantee as they have advertised on products for years
