Walmart Complaint/Experience Department,
I am writing today regarding my experience that was recently had at the Wal-Mart Supercenter located at Stonecrest Blvd, Tega Cay, SC Unprofessional, devalued, and poor are all adjectives that I would use to describe my experienceI have a concern for ethics that have been practiced at this particular Wal-Mart during the night shift by a particular manager by the name of Porsha I work long hours during the day as I am in the banking field, so in order to get shopping of any sort done I normally I have to do it either really early in the morning or late at night I went in to purchase a gift card for my niece as I do for all my nieces and nephews on their birthdays and celebratory events Overtime, I have noticed that she changes the amount in which she will allow me to load the card with As this does raise my level of concern this alone is not enough to make me complain What makes me complain is the fact that my coworker mentioned to me that they never do that to her after hours My co-worker goes to the same Wal-Mart, as we live in the same area, and does her shopping early morning or late night as well She stated that for her it is and has always been a $limit at night This is bothersome for me I've been trying to figure out why are the rules not the same for the two of us I'm a professional and responsible African-American male She is a professional and responsible Caucasian female
To make matters worse, the level of service that I received for Porsha as a member of management was completely unacceptableFor starters, every time that I have been there she has never worn a name tag or any identifiable feature If she never told me that she was the manager, or what her name was I would have never knownWhen I walked in the store I grabbed the gift card and asked Porsha whom was standing next to an associate where I could go to purchase the gift card Porsha responded "You don't see these self-registers open?" I responded, "I thought that I had to purchase gift cards from an actual representative." She responded with a distressful exhale and stated "Well you can only put $on the card because you might be trying to commit fraud, do you still want to do it?" My expression showed my shock from how she reacted and what she said I expressed my concern that she chooses different amount and that I felt that I was being discriminated againstShe responded with "I'm sorry to hear that." I asked for a corporate number, a business card, or some sort of reference to say that I was there that night and I had spoken with herShe stated "We don't do thatSorryMy name is Porsha." I then asked if she was the manager, she responded "yes." This is concerning for meNot only did I receive poor customer service and was I disrespectedThis biggest issue for me is that I feel discriminated againstHer rude comments, eye rolls, and neck rolling were far from appreciated
To be a victim of this type of discrimination from a manager employed at Wal-Mart is troublesome for me Never have I engaged in any fraudulent act Never have I done anything to deserve such treatmentI am more than open to further discussion of the incident and hope that we can discuss a solution that includes preventative measures to ensure that no other customer will have fall victim to the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior that I haveI look forward to hearing from you all

On Marcy 9, I purchased a 24" LED monitor ( brand is Element) We were offered an extended warranty that would protect us from theft or damage, for $ We purchased the warranty, mentioning to the clerk that it would be smart to have it..in case the monitor was ever knocked over by one of us or our childrenThe clerk insisted that a scenerio such as that would be 100% coveredOn May 3, 2016, my monitor fell from my desk Though nothing was visibly broken, I did see a severe pixel issue I immediately called the warranty number listed in a pamplet given to me at the time of purchase I was told that the warranty didn't cover damage due to a fall So we called and spoke to a supervisor at the store, directly They insisted that the warranty would cover us in this situation, and referred us back to the 800# on the pamplet When we called the number back, they reiterated that it was not their responsibility to cover the item

The city of industry location is advertised on your company website as being open hoursIn reality, store is closed from midnight to 6am
I drove from the Baldwin Park, CA location to your City of Industry, CA location due to the website stating that they were open hours I get there at 12:30am only to find out that they closed at midnight (minutes earlier) At both locations the employees I spoke with gave me really short answers as if I was wasting their time I did not get names du to their lack of interest in providing customer service As the company is advertising the wrong business hours, I believe corrective action needs to be made on the company's part to fix the misrepresented hours of operation

I don't understand the rating you give Walmart most are bad and I hate going there any more they don't go by what the price is and charge you more saying online is wrong or it's only for this color and when you show them it's any color they say your wrong or if they have a sale sign in the wrong spot they will not owner it

Vandalia, IL Pharmacy in Wal-Mart has hours that state that they close at 7pm I walked up at 6:45pm and asked to purchase an item from behind the counter to which I was told they couldn't sell it to me because they were already closed and the money had been taken from them already So I asked to talk to a store manager to which they had me talk to the pharmacist which at least on his name tag, he was not listed as a manager

I went to Walmart in Salem, VA to specifically buy a PlayStation The store had a system for $in one case and in another case, the exact system was listed as $Of course, I'm going for the one $cheaperThe associate who was helping me took the item to the register and it would not ring upThe associate said it could not be soldAnother associate came over and said it was an item for Black Friday and I could not buy itWhy did they stock the shelf with a store tag for $then? There was no sign whatsoever that said that it could not be sold until thenIt was stocked on the shelf with a shelf tagI asked to speak to a manager and they refused for me to speak to oneI then go to Customer Service and I was told the same that I would not be able to purchase the item but was offered the exact same system for $ Is it my fault that the store stocked that item on the shelf that wasn't meant to be sold yet? Isn't it advertising to stock an item at a certain price and refuse to honor that? Does Walmart think their customers are stupid that they would think one would pay $more for an item when their tag on the shelf clearly says $199? That's okayIf I'm expected to spend $for a game system, then I will give that to another businessNot at a place that falsely advertises an item and refuses to honor it
When I complained to the corporate office, I received the following response:

I never bought the item, so I did not have a receiptSo, why are they discussing price adjusting within days of my receipt? They should've honored what they had stocked on the shelf, with their own price tag and my cash in handNo wonder they starting to shut down stores across the country when they refuse to do right or even listen to their customer

I went into Walmart store #(Highland, CA) and Chance (Manager) refused to sell me an item that was listed on the Walmart.com website as available for pick up in-store only:

You cannot falsely advertise an item online as available in-store and then increase the price by 600%The item is priced $and there are two items available at the Highland, CA location
Additionally it is illegal to use bait and switch which is what occurred in the store and was encouraged by your sales associates/manager
I take this matter very seriously as I'm an advocate for consumer rightsI do not take this matt

missouri ave n largo fl Went to this walmart 4/8/at 2pm to be directed to the return line when I said several times it was an ONLINE purchase from my baby registry So at months pregnant I waited a half hour to get to the front of the line to be told I had to wait in the online purchase line!! needless to say everyone was RUDE The "online" person then comes to the counter about 5-minutes later to type in my initials of my first and last name ...like the other lady couldn't do that???! I was then turned away like that was the one and only thing that they could do to look my order up spoke to the supposed manager to tell us if they couldn't find it she wasnt going to be able to find it either we then call the corporate office to go round and round and round with him dont know his name but his number is 727-504- tells us he sees the order but its not paid for ...then he claims he needed an order number I sent him a text message with all order numbers on it he could only find 2! then says he was going to give me a gift card and have all purchases at the front counter waiting for us my mother in law was on the phone with walmart as well trying to accomplish the same thing - she was also told that the order would be at the front desk My husband now goes back at 6:25pm to pick up this order that is waiting waits in line AGAIN for min to be turned away again!!!! they cant find the order anywhere! call my mother in law again to explain the situatiuon we only got this order at 8:PM most ridiculous waste of time! what a joke this store is and the employees! they don't have respect for their selves and jobs so they treat customers like st I never received a confirmation email that I even had purchases waiting for me how was I to even know the order number unless the purchaser gave it to me??? they acted like they didnt even know that you could do a baby registry online I will NEVER return to this store maybe even never go to walmart again even if I have to pay more to waste most of my day off of work to deal with this bull!

Every third or fourth trip, I am double charged for at least one item Today, it was for two items totaling $(Mobil Oil and Organic Milk) I shop at Walmart once per week and continue to do so because I check the receipt before leaving the store I feel sorry for folks who thing they save money at Walmart, but don't check their receipts I have begun saving the receipts Maybe there will be a class action lawsuit someday

Rude employees/bad customer service: Employees roll their eyes at customers and act as if they don't existOne time I had a receipt to return an item and an employee at customer service and the lady mentioned to go to another Walmart to do the return instead of doing it herself
Lack of security: At night people go around the parking lot asking for donationsProstitutes and truckers hang out in the parking lot No security cars are no longer in sight even though this location use to have them
Cashiers have lack of training: One cashier had charged me 4x for some cherries that I had originally ask her to remove from my purchasesInstead of fixing my receipt, she tried to charge me for her mistake
Bad management: In regards to #3, I went to customer service and told the manager on duty about the cashierThe manager looked at me stupidly and then walked off without correcting the cashier or correcting my receipt
Very disorganized: The signs above the aisles need correctionA aisle sign will state an item but that item will not be anywhere on that aisleI spent minutes looking for some canned fruitCouldn't find anyone to help me and it wasn't listed on any of the aisle signsI eventually gave up looking

Today I stopped to Walmart off of Near Miami Garden, Flthe light on my car came on for low tire pressure and I was worriedI got off the interstate happy to see a Walmart near(3/5/@10:15ish am)A car full of kids heading to the beach I get out and ask the tire specialist to please put air in my tires because the lights came on and I was worried to drive like thatLong story short the man told me he can't just do that and I should go inside to talk to someone about my tiresThis was the first time I was told that I couldn't be helped with putting air in my tiresGood thing I was helped at the gas station near by and we were on the road safe
