On 8/I went into the Dickson City, Pa Walmart(#1884) to purchase an Apple Ipad that was advertise on their app and onlineI initially saw the advertisement the evening of 8/It was a Apple Ipad Pro inch 32g Wifi-Space Gray (Demo) in store only price at $I went to the electronic section and they did have of the exact item listed in the ad on display, confirming, as their app stated they did have one in-stockI found an associate and asked to purchase this particular itemThey proceeded to tell me that they do not sell the display modelsI showed them the add and and how it directly stated that the demo was in fact the one listed for sale, directly implying that they can be soldInforming them also that refusal to sell the device listed in the add with this specific location listed as-well would in fact be advertisementThey completely refused to honor the advertisement that Walmart corporation had put outI even asked if they would then sell me a new device

*HORRIBLE!!! *HORRIBLE!!! *HORRIBLE!!! I went into the Porterville Ca Walmart on 9/26/to try to return some Beats studio headset without a receipt because it was a gift and they lost the recieptThe product was still factory sealedThe return cashier wasn't able to find a record of the purchase in the systemi work retail and I know the system and when she scanned the product the screen read "Supervisor key approval required" I believeSo the return cashier told me to hold a sec while she gets a manager approval, instead a greeter came up to me and said " I'm sorry sir but we can't return this because we don't have any record of this sale in the system and not even a manager can override this" I felt insulted and belittled because not only did he lie to my face but they sent over a greeter to tell me, why couldn't a manager come tell me the issue with my return? and I know a supervisor or manager could've approved this because it said so on the screen when she scanned my productThis store is very unproffesional and the Manager are so lazy that they sent over a greeter to tell me when they were suppose to come over and tell me themselvesLike I said, I felt so insulted by this action this store tookTheir managers are so lazy! I visited the store at: Watt Ave, North Highlands, CA XXXXX on 3/(I work 18-hrs a day days a week) After making my purchases as I was leaving the store I was on my mobile deviceA employee by the name os *** who was at the door mumbled "Get the Fk Out of my store then" "Bh A** N*gga" I stopped and being a veteran I stopped and turned around and asked him to repeat him self and if he had a problem with me? He proceeded to get more aggressive and to not have a serious situation I walked away and put my groceries in my vehicleAs I got in my vehicle I called the store and asked for the managerI do not remember her name but when I told her what had happened she asked me to come inside and talkI went back in and she was waiting by the doorWe came to the conclusion that he was upset because he asked for my receip

I will never shop at Walmart again based on a horrendous experience at the Willow Grove, PA (Store# 3564) location I ordered a product from walmart.com on 7/17/ I received confirmation of the order and was advised that the product would be available for pickup at the Willow Grove, PA location on 7/21/ I also had the option to have it delivered directly to my home on 7/22/but I opted to pick it up at the store
I checked the app on 7/21/and it said that my product was delivered I arrived at the store on 7/21/at 7:00PM ET and stood around for about an hour as nobody could find my product The main person that I worked with was great She did her best but none of the managers provided her with any support Finally, she tracked down a manager who told me that the product was still on a truck that hadn't been emptied yet and that it would be ready for pick up tomorrow While still frustrated, I said that's fine I'll pick it up tomorrow
On 7/22/I called the Willow Grove, PA store to confirm that the product was ready for pick up and they advised that it wasn't at the store After being hung up on multiple times and asking for managers that never picked up the phone and waiting on hold for 10-minutes at a time I decided to call the 800# where I was advised that the product was shipped via FedEx and not on a truck After wasting another hour on the phone with the Willow Grove store they still couldn't find and told me the order wasn't there and that I would receive an email when it arrived After such a horrible experience with employees who simply didn't care I gave up, called the 800# and canceled my order This is the worst Walmart store ever

At Warmart Almaden store, My bicycle was stolen in their parking place in minutes at 2:pm in SaturdayI bound the front wheel with parking frame with chain lock and went into Walmart to return somethingBut after I was done in minutes, I saw my bicycle was gone and only the front wheel leftIt's daylight and there are lots of people walking aroundI found there are camera directly facing the parking placeBut when I ask the manager to take a look at the video, what she said is she couldn't take any responsibility and could't let me see the videoI told her because the bicycle has no front wheel, the theft could not ride it and mostly it might be hidden somewhere nearlyIf I or she could take a look at the video, at least I can get some clue to find my bicycleBut she kept saying she can do nothing if there is no police officer appearThen I called the police department, and they told me the officer has emergency issue to handle and I might need to wait for long timeI thought even I spend whole afternoon for police officer to appear, I still have no chance to find back my bicycle, so I have no choice but leavingIt's true that dollar bicycle is not a big loss for most of people, but what I couldn't understand is why it happens in very short time at where lots of people around and why the staff there is so coldEveryone might be the victim of crime if there is no effective way to stop itHow could they think if they are victim and the other people treat the like what they did?
