Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Penguin was able to send a tech quickly to my house during a busy summer season. My tech, [redacted], showed up on time and did a great job in helping to understand my problem as well as informing me as to preventative care for my units go forward. I am very pleased with my experience and would use Penguin Air in the future.

Oliver was great! He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, communicated clearly and was very friendly. I also appreciated that someone from the office called to follow-up with us on the service we received.

[redacted] was the Tech who arrived exactly on time when they said he would. He was an excellent service Tech and found the problem and fixed it very fast and well.

Because we are in the far west valley 301st. Av. I was very happy with the quick service and no extra trip charge.

Needed service on Heat Pump (no compressor turning on.) Came out same day and tech Chad determined it needed a small circuit board. Tech Ryan H came out with board to determine that a switching valve was at fault and bypassed it as to allow use of the unit. Base upon availabilty of the part Ryan returned to complete the job quicky keeping me informed along the way as to what was happening. Tech Ryan must enjoy what he is doing as he whistled while he worked making you feel confident that all was going well.

We had Penquin Air install some new duct work and it works now perfectly , I use Penquin Air for all my needs , their technicians are wonderful, knowledgeable, polite, they always leave my house clean after they are done and I would like to commend Joey M and his team on a wonderful job they did .... Penguin Air has contacted [redacted] and corrected the model numbers listed on the rebate form.  Mr. [redacted] was also contacted and made aware of the clerical error.  We have since resubmit the rebate to [redacted] for Mr. Butner.  The unit that was installed was in fact a 15.5 SEER unit, and the...

To whom it may concern,
      They own company.  The paper work wasn't given to me up front it was done electronically on his phone, They mailed it to me on April 18, 2016. The work is NOT complete the is something called a flute and my piping is a 3" they were suppose to change it to 4" for the specifications. I will be giving them a call to complete this problem.  see attachment They say carrier, Its the first word

All I have to say is WOW! What a great company! Our 19 yr old ac died on Sunday morning. We called a few places for quotes over the phone and to have someone come out early Monday morning. We got a referral from my father in law to also call Penguin Air. I am very glad we did! We spoke with [redacted] (the owner) late on Sunday evening about replacing our unit. He was very knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. He gave us a VERY fair price compared to the other quotes. We decided on a 5 ton 14 seer Trane.
They came Monday morning with EVERYTHING...CRANE AND ALL. The team was very clean, courteous, thorough, and worked very hard installing our unit as quickly as possible. We had COLD air blowing through the house by 3:30 pm the very next day! [redacted] also stopped by as his team finished up to make sure everything was going perfectly and to go over everything with us to ensure we were satisfied. We were very impressed to say the least.
Having your ac go out really is a stressful and (hot!) situation to be in, especially in 105+ AZ summer weather. It is refreshing to deal with such an organized, professional company that gets the job done right! I highly recommend them for your future ac needs. Thank you for the stellar service Penguin Air!! I had a really nice experience with this company. Free second opinion. Showed up on time. I needed to replace my unit. No pressure sale / by Sales Rep [redacted]. Cost for a larger unit was $1250 less than competitor + longer warranties. The installation guys were great, [redacted] and [redacted]. Prompt, respectful, and informative.

My air conditioner was leaking and Eric H. came out to have a look at it. He was able to locate the problem and resolve it. I appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, honesty, and service.

AJ was here from Penquin Air & Plumbing today and was great to work with. He was very thorough and checked everything out with no problems. Very nice work. I asked for an additional quote on some work we need to get done and he did that immediately and got the quote send via email right away. Very professional people and I would recommend them highly. Very fast service. We called Friday evening, and they came that night. [redacted] was great and honest, gave us our options and was quick and efficient with his work. He also took the time to explain how the system works.

The service by the Penguin Air company and Staff was great. They went out of the way to make sure we were somewhat comfortable in out home the night the A/C unit went out and did the installation on time as promised. Everyone was extremely Professional and caring about my wife and myself. I high recommend Penguin Air for any problems related to A/C & Heating. I plan on having them service my unit for years to come. Thanks for a great experience in times when it was extremely hot.

This dispute was filed with the credit card company, three years ago, due to the lack of work performed by Penguin Air.  Penguin Air did not perform any work to correct the problem.  
A reputable A/C company was hired the day after Penguin Air failed to correct the problem and was able to successfully resolve the issue.  
As per the credit card company information received regarding this matter,  Penguin Air was given 60 days to respond to the dispute.  They did not do so.  The credit card company has no record whatsoever of any attempt by Penguin Air to contact them regarding this matter.  
There is no debt owed here.  
This debt was not turned over for collections three years ago, as Penguin Air suggests.  It was turned over in December of 2015, over two years later, which exceeds the statue of limitations.
Penguin Air is fraudulent in their attempt to collect any debt and report a fraudulent debt to the credit bureaus. 
The credit bureau have already deleted the debt from my profile as fraudulent.  AIP has been notified that the fraudulent debt has been deleted.

The only resolution that I will accept to resolve this complaint is to restore my good credit standing.  AIP and the bureaus are in the process of doing so.
As far as Penguin Air's comments "not to contact for services" they should know that their customer service has reached out to me on several occasions trying to drum up business.  There is a better chance of seeing pigs fly than every being hired by us.  
I hope people really do rely on the Revdex.com to hire honest, reliable companies and find this complaint helpful in selecting any other company and not be put through this same nightmare three years later.

AJ did an excellent job!

Our 12 year old unit broke on one of the hottest days of this year. We called Penguin Air to come out and have a look and repair it. Nice guy came out. Said our compressor was locked up. couldnt free it and said it should be replaced. Very pricey repair. He went on to explain it was out of warranty and that the whole system was old and should be replaced. We went over all options for replacement. Was given three choices of good, better and best. We went with the good option. Was told we were getting a 5 ton 15 seer unit with a variable speed blower. and that we would qualify for a $200 SRP cool cash rebate with this system. Called on status of our rebate from the utility and the contractor, only to find out that we did NOT qualify for a rebate because our system is !$ seer unit. Very deceptive and unprofessional. Called to complain and for and explanation. No response from anyone at Penguin Air as of yet. Has been 2 months since initial install. Feel deceived and scammed by Penguin Air!

We cannot say enough about the service we received from Penguin Air. Our consultant, John V., listened to our a/c issues and came up with a game plan that would fix the problems. He gave us time to review his proposal and make our decision. Rafael G. and Matthew L., our service team went above and beyond installing the new a/c unit, duct work, etc. Their work ethic is unbelievable. We highly recommend Penguin Air and specifically these 3 gentleman.

Robert is as good as they get. Every company should want 50 Roberts' on their payroll. Whatever Robert is getting paid, it isn't enough.
