We found Jesus to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Were I to own a business, Jesus would be the type of service minded employee I would desire.

Furthermore, it is my hope that he be sent to our home on future maintenance calls.

Ryan was courteous and professional. Everyone I have had dealings with at Penguin Air have been excellent. I believe this company truly cares about the quality of service and products they deliver.

To Whom It May Concern,
The unit was installed as promised per the agreement and per manufacturer specifications. The failure of the unit was found to be a defective part from the manufacturer. This is not something we could have controlled. Immediately following the failure, we acted...

quickly, exhausting all of our options to get a replacement part from the manufacturer. We were advised they did not have a replacement part in town and would need to ship from the factory. We spoke with a manager and requested the part be expedited. We submitted the parts order immediately following the appointment with the customer on 6/9/16. 6/10/16 Mrs contacted our office aggressively demanding her unit be repaired immediately. Mrs was verbally abusive and continued to raise her voice using vulgar language. Without a replacement part there was not much we could do. We attempted a temporary fix but knew that would not suffice and the unit still would not be operating correctly. When we ordered the part we were told it would arrive Monday 6/13/16. Due to reasons out of our control, the manufacturer did not process our request until late afternoon Friday which was too late for overnight shipping for it to arrive on Monday (we did not find this out until Monday and up until that time was still expecting and waiting for the order to arrive). As soon as we confirmed the parts arrival we scheduled our technician for the repair. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the unit is now operating up to manufacturer specifications. We stand behind our product and understand that while this was a frustrating situation, it is not a common one. We have honored all warranties and went above and beyond to take care of this customer. We are not able to return the customers old unit as it was recycled. Additionally, we are not able to remove the new unit and reimburse the customer as the unit is now considered used and we could not recuperate our costs associated with the install.

All of our experience with Penquin has been positive. Our latest install by Sidney was a breeze.

Please see the attached invoice for the scope of work that was paid for. The upsize of the return was not an additional item that was added on and paid for. The owner of Penguin Air, Will H[redacted] had a conversation with the customer and came to a resolution due to the...

misunderstanding/miscommunication. We did upsize the return (not to 18" round because it cannot be done), sealed the return and increased the customers maintenance coverage to 5 years. [redacted] assured Mr. H[redacted] that once these items were completed and he received his revised paperwork, that he would dismiss this complaint. On 8/31/2016 our office contacted [redacted] to verify everything was 100% completed and he agreed that it was. We have done everything that [redacted] and Mr. H[redacted] agreed to and yet the complaint still remains. We have attempted multiple times after 8/31/2016 to contact [redacted] to ask that he follow through on his end of the agreement but he has yet to follow up with us or dismiss this complaint. We ask this complaint please be dismissed and removed from our records. Thank you.

Penquin Air is the best company I have ever had to deal with their staff is very professional courteious , and listen to our needs especially Jesse he is awesome he is our tech and he is totally awesome thank you Penquin Air !!!!

3 years ago I had Penguin Air replace my aging HVAC system. IN the last 3 years they have serviced the new system and visited several times to manage questions about function and adjust the system to my home environment. All the technicians that have been in my home have been courteous and professional. I just signed up for an annual maintenance plan and am looking forward to future years of quality service from Penguin.

Great customer support from Troy Schumacher from Penguin Air at 11pm at night. He was able to walk me thru resolving my issue over the phone for the night, to get my system back running, while allowing for a scheduled service call in the morning. That kind of service deserves my return business. Thanks.

The reason I became upset was because the lady Amanda was extremely rude and said they already paid for the expedited shipping. I became upset because I was giving the company 10000 for a device that wasn't working. Also when a tech came out on Friday he said the device is made out of the country for cheap and it is to be expected that their may be issues with all devices that are made out of the country for cheap. That does not make the customer feel good about a device that they spent $10000 on. 

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

When [redacted] wrote up the agreed upon contract with Mr. [redacted], that he then paid in full, never had a custom bar type filter grill listed on the contract.  This is why the installers were never instructed by [redacted] to install the custom bar type filter grill.  It was not a part of the...

agreed upon contract.  I believe Mr. [redacted] had our contract confused with another companies as he was receiving multiple bids.Since the bar type filter grill was never a part of the agreed upon contract I feel this complaint should be dropped.  Penguin Air completed all of the work to satisfactory form as agreed upon on the original contract in which Mr. [redacted] paid in full.  Even though we believe this complaint should be completely dropped as it was not part of the contract I did contact Mr. [redacted] and we have succesfully installed the custom bar type filter grill that he requested.  We are a very customer service friendly company and we wanted to make sure Mr. [redacted] was very happy with us in the end regardless of what the contract listed.  We are very proud of our good reviews, our A+ rating, and the fact that we have 0 complaints on the Thanks, [redacted] General Manager [redacted]

Penguin Air is very efficient in taking care of the air conditioner issues that we have. I also have to mention that the company is very trustworthy and the representatives working there are very honest. Thank you!

Signed up for AC Tune Up, the technician was not confident about his diagnosis about a problem with my 4 year old AC unit. Said it's probably covered in my warranty & he'll set up a warranty person to come out.
Glad I got a second opinion, because it was a much easier fix, that did not necessitate the labor charges the technician thought would be the case.
Not a good way to do business, people that come out should know what they are doing.
Suggest people steer clear of this business, because of this practice.

We had them out today to install a new AC unit and it was an amazing experience. From the initial engagement, to the install, to the follow up we received 2 hours after they left. Their team of professionals was incredible to deal with and handled our project with tremendous care. It's summer in AZ too, and they were able to get our project done more quickly than any other company we contacted. The fact that they did such a great job on top of that made this whole deal just perfect. If only they were all like that!

Technician was very helpful in assessing our needs and providing reasonable options for our AC. Will be using them in the future.

Impressed with the customer service and experience I had with Nathan and Penguin Air. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
