I purchased a a/c and air scrubber along with roof insulation from, penguin air and have never dealt with a more professional company, from the salesman that was very capable and had knowledge of all the units they sold and very competitive so we have had the work done and everything is as perfect as advertised, will not consider any other company in the future

Great company to do business with. Very knowledgable and took the time to answer all questions. I would definitely recommend Penguin Air.

Very punctual and did a good job servicing my air conditioner. Very friendly and explained when to have it serviced again.Highly recommended.

The service by the Penguin Air company and Staff was great. They went out of the way to make sure we were somewhat comfortable in out home the night the A/C unit went out and did the installation on time as promised. Everyone was extremely Professional and caring about my wife and myself. I high recommend Penguin Air for any problems related to A/C & Heating. I plan on having them service my unit for years to come. Thanks for a great experience in times when it was extremely hot.

Penquin Air is the best company I have ever had to deal with their staff is very professional courteious , and listen to our needs especially Jesse he is awesome he is our tech and he is totally awesome thank you Penquin Air !!!!

Penguin Air did not just do the bare minimum, they went above and beyond to make us happy and to answer all of our questions. Everyone who comes out to our house is very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. They go above and beyond to get the job done right.

Very knowledgable service techs. I feel that Penguin Air truly wants to make their customers happy. They seem to be very fair. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Review: I was at work on 04/2016 when my wife called me and said the circuit breaker kept tripping. She called penguin air and they came out to investigate. They told her that the electrical breaker and the fused disconnect box needed to be replaced and it was going to cost $603.00. She agreed to have it done and when the work was completed she called me and told me what it cost and my jaw hit the floor. I knew right away they took me for A ride. I called my buddy Ron the next day and asked him if he knew of a certified electrician that could come out to my house and investigate because he operates A storage facility and has had electrical work done there. So I called the electrician "Paladin" and they came out and looked at what was replaced and said the parts alone should have been no more than A $150.00 and about 30 min of labor. To top it off, the guy from Penguin air also told me that my electrical post needed to be replaced and he knew A guy that would change it out for $2000. Lance from Paladin electrician said there wasn't A Dam thing wrong with that electrical post other than A little surface rust on the bottom of it. He (Lance) told me all I needed to do was remove some of the earth away from the post, build a form and pour some concrete around to keep the soil off of it.Desired Settlement: .

To Whom It May Concern,Please see the attached invoice dated 4/6/2016. The cost for repairs includes all parts, labor and warranties. The quote was presented to Mrs. S[redacted] and she approved the repairs and the pricing prior to work being completed. As you can see on the invoice, no where is it noted that our technician recommended the replacement of the "posts" as the complaint indicates. I have reviewed the customers account in its entirety and do not see that this recommendation has ever been noted. Our company can not be held liable for potential verbal quotes or recommendations as it is our policy that all proper quotes and/or recommendations be in written form to be considered valid. All repairs have been completed 100% as promised and paid for. Additionally, we do not have record that the customer has contacted us with this concern prior to submitting this complaint and there is no resolution noted on this complaint either. Our pricing is fair for industry standards, however, we are willing to discuss options with the customer to find a resolution as we value their business.

First of all my wife, J[redacted] S[redacted], didn't know any better on what anything cost. Had I been home I would have not accept the price of $603 to replace A fused disconnect box and A electrical breaker. Steve the repair guy refused to tell my wife what he paid for the parts at the hardware store that he went to too go buy them at. He did also tell her that the electrical post needed to be replaced and that he knows A company that Penguin air works with to have the work done for $2000. Bottom line is that Penguin air took advantage of my wife and over charged her and we will never use this company again.

The customers concern is due to pricing, not quality of work. The customer has not provided any desired settlement and therefor we ask that this complaint be dismissed. Thank you.
