I had a really nice experience with this company. Free second opinion. Showed up on time. I needed to replace my unit. No pressure sale / by Sales Rep [redacted]. Cost for a larger unit was $1250 less than competitor + longer warranties. The installation guys were great, [redacted] and [redacted]. Prompt, respectful, and informative.

Penguin Air delivered as promised and quoted. We put the planned HVAC upgrade of our 13 year old [redacted] system out for bid across 3 companies. Had an initial visit and discussion with Will. Will asked about the up-front customer experience which tells me that customer service is forefront for this company. Will gave me the best plan for implementation and the quote for the new [redacted] system was very competitive. The install crew did a thorough job. We had a few follow up visits to complete installation of a [redacted] whole house humidifier for our wood floors. All the Penguin folks who were in our home were courteous and professional. For a major upgrade to the house infrastructure, Penguin made it as non-impacting as possible. Looking forward to great service after the sale for our maintenance plan and future customer service. [redacted] was very thorough and his exam of my A/C HVAC system. Noting that The condenser and the evaporator coils needed to be desperately cleaned. he explained all the steps taking pictures and showing them to me.

Review: I called Penguin air about a new air conditioner / heating unit, John the person who came out told me it was going to be a carrier unit, it was Not it was a day and night unit. I couldn't call because it was a Saturday and they had already instead the unit. I called them a couple times before I got a hold off anyone. Then they had John to call be back, He tried to fast talk me like I didn't know what he said to me. John said he would call me back later but instead the owner called me and and wanted to increase the warranties after I told him what happened. I was paying for a carrier not a day and nightDesired Settlement: I will accept the increase in warranties but also the price need to come down at least 2,000 to 1,500 dollars they also need to complete the work.

To Whom It May Concern,Please see the attached signed install agreement/invoice that was provided upfront to the customer prior to the work being completed. Day & Night is a product of the Carrier family (they are all manufactured by International Comfort Products). The agreement clearly shows Day & Night noted. We have apologized to the customer due to the misunderstanding/miscommunication and have increased both the maintenance plan and labor warranty ($3,280 value of free upgrades) for customer satisfaction. The equipment has been installed properly and is running up to manufactures specifications. We have pictures and notes on the file indicating the job has been completed 100% but if there is something remaining to be done that was under the agreement, we would be happy to complete. We ask that the customer contact our office to schedule remaining portion of work. At this time we are unable to give a refund for this job since it was installed per the signed agreement.

Review: I purchased a brand new AC system including two heat pump units from Penguin Air in March. On June 19, during the hottest week of the year, the largest unit serving the upper bedrooms of my two story home, failed. On June 20, I contacted Penguin Air to fix the unit. After multiple visits and repair attempts, I still do not have a working unit. At this point, I am being told that a specialist from the manufacturer would be necessary to repair the unit. I was promised a call to schedule such a visit and no one has contacted me for 3 days.Desired Settlement: The unit needs to be fixed or replaced ASAP.

[redacted] was the Tech who arrived exactly on time when they said he would. He was an excellent service Tech and found the problem and fixed it very fast and well.

I received a follow up call from [redacted] to see if we were pleased with the service. She was very helpful and concerned with our service experience.

Because we are in the far west valley 301st. Av. I was very happy with the quick service and no extra trip charge.

Penguin Air is very efficient in taking care of the air conditioner issues that we have. I also have to mention that the company is very trustworthy and the representatives working there are very honest. Thank you!

Very fast service. We called Friday evening, and they came that night. [redacted] was great and honest, gave us our options and was quick and efficient with his work. He also took the time to explain how the system works.

All I have to say is WOW! What a great company! Our 19 yr old ac died on Sunday morning. We called a few places for quotes over the phone and to have someone come out early Monday morning. We got a referral from my father in law to also call Penguin Air. I am very glad we did! We spoke with [redacted] (the owner) late on Sunday evening about replacing our unit. He was very knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. He gave us a VERY fair price compared to the other quotes. We decided on a 5 ton 14 seer Trane.
They came Monday morning with EVERYTHING...CRANE AND ALL. The team was very clean, courteous, thorough, and worked very hard installing our unit as quickly as possible. We had COLD air blowing through the house by 3:30 pm the very next day! [redacted] also stopped by as his team finished up to make sure everything was going perfectly and to go over everything with us to ensure we were satisfied. We were very impressed to say the least.
Having your ac go out really is a stressful and (hot!) situation to be in, especially in 105+ AZ summer weather. It is refreshing to deal with such an organized, professional company that gets the job done right! I highly recommend them for your future ac needs. Thank you for the stellar service Penguin Air!! Excellent! Technician called and showed up in the time frame that service call was scheduled for. Addressed issue from previous visit 10 months ago (leaking coolant) and suggested and completed course of action. [redacted] was very courteous and gave excellent customer service.

Robert is as good as they get. Every company should want 50 Roberts' on their payroll. Whatever Robert is getting paid, it isn't enough.

Excellent work done in installing my AC unit. Installers were very courteous and careful in removing the old AC and air handling unit.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Penguin was able to send a tech quickly to my house during a busy summer season. My tech, [redacted], showed up on time and did a great job in helping to understand my problem as well as informing me as to preventative care for my units go forward. I am very pleased with my experience and would use Penguin Air in the future.
