Please see attached the invoice dated back to 2013 for an Annual Maintenance Agreement that was sold and charged to the customer in lieu of fees to rehang a unit for her. The customer disputed these charges in 2013 and we attempted to fight the dispute but they processed the refund to the customer...
regardless of the documentation that was provided to them. This was not by our choice nor did we ever accept the dispute. We have never been paid for any of the work that was completed at this customers home and so we submitted her account to collections after she refused to pay. We do not have anything in writing on our file supporting the customer's claims that the owner Will promised we would remove her account from collections. On the contrary, we have notes on the customers account that were documented by numerous employees over the last 3 years stating not to contact the customer for services and that she had been turned over to collections for failure to pay. At this point since [redacted] account was turned over to collections 3 years ago, we ask that she handle this dispute with the collections agency. If she in fact has documentation proving she does not owe this debt they should end their efforts to collect. Also, we would like for Mrs. Krajewski to mail a copy of that documentation to our office so we can have a copy for our records as well. We ask that this complaint be dismissed and removed from our record as the customer has failed to provide any validity to her claims and this matter is from 3 years ago so is beyond the complaint time limits for filing.
Service was quick and painless. Tech was informative and honest. Was given multiple options for potential maintenance issues that could happen down the road. Happy customer.
We called due to an unusual metallic bang coming from our intake that would occur whenever the a/c would start and then again when it would shut off as well as concern for high fine powder like dust that was affecting our health. We communicated our concerns to the office and then to our tech, Jesse L. who showed genuine concern and determination to find the problems and fix them before he left our home. Not only going the extra mile with the time he took to thoroughly investigate everything late into the evening when he could have then left he stayed to try one more thing to address the metallic bang. This turned out to be the issue and he fixed it immediately. He also sealed any holes in the duct work and was able to help the air flow by slight kink adjustments to two rooms. He was thoroughly attentive to all our concerns and questions while being extremely patient which helped us feel at ease. We wish all technicians were this way. Thank you!
Steve and Ralph are great guys....efficient, timely, knowledgeable and polite. Have done business with Penquin for a year now and have had good experiences on maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend this firm and these guys.
It was a pleasure doing business with Penguin Air. I needed a new unit and from first appointment they were friendly and helpful with no pressure. The installation pro that was here was Jay Teeter. He was friendly, very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and was so patient.

Manny was very informative as well as punctual went through our system thoroughly and recommended what was needed was not the push salesman let me determine what I wanted to do overall Manny was an outstanding technician and is a great asset to Penguin Air

Please see the attached signed install agreement/invoice that was provided upfront to the customer prior to the work being completed. Day & Night is a product of the Carrier family (they are all manufactured by International Comfort Products). The agreement...
clearly shows Day & Night noted. We have apologized to the customer due to the misunderstanding/miscommunication and have increased both the maintenance plan and labor warranty ($3,280 value of free upgrades) for customer satisfaction. The equipment has been installed properly and is running up to manufactures specifications. We have pictures and notes on the file indicating the job has been completed 100% but if there is something remaining to be done that was under the agreement, we would be happy to complete. We ask that the customer contact our office to schedule remaining portion of work. At this time we are unable to give a refund for this job since it was installed per the signed agreement.
Great company to do business with. Very knowledgable and took the time to answer all questions. I would definitely recommend Penguin Air.
Joey M was our service advisor today. We have the monthly plan so they come out routinely to check on Air, plumbing etc. He came to check our air conditioner today. Joey was very professional and trust worthy with a positive attitude and we trusted his recommendations ( not so in the past with different advisor). We plan on purchasing a new unit in the near future and will request Joey does the installation for us.

Michael S. Came to do our Heath care check for our plumbing. Evertything checked out and Michael was very helpful and courteous.
Again, as previously stated we have no record of an Air Scrubber ever being offered, paid for or installed other than the visit in August 2016. We have asked numerous times (even in our original response to this complaint) for the customer to provide us with copies of the documentation they say they have that states differently than what we have on file. To date we have not received any documentation from the customer. We are unable to confirm their claims and cannot refund monies or find a resolution for the customer that they deem satisfactory until we have all the facts and documentation. We are willing to re-evaluate if we are provided all information necessary to make a decision, however, if the customer is unwilling to cooperate there isn't anything else we can do besides go by our internal records. If you review the official installation invoice we have on file ([redacted] was submitted with original response) it clearly shows that a duct cleaning was included in the scope of work. No where is an Air Scrubber noted.
Friendly, fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional at all levels--customer service, maintenance and sales. The customer service made my unpleasant situation tolerable. I feel like I made some new friends.
Called 30 minutes ahead, on time, good thorough service. Overall a very positive experience.
I purchased two units for condos I own. One has not worked properly since installation. For heating problem, unit was installed incorrectly. For AC, Company says it needed a part. They have scheduled repair date, then called and said part not in three times. As I live out of Az in the summer, I have put friends to inconvenience to be there to let them in. Two times they just didn't show up. Company doesn't seem to know what it's doing and doesn't care. Another customer who used Penguin had to schedule outside contractor to fix problem. Mine, in winter I had no heat during cold spell for over a week. In summer, no AC during 118 degree weather for weeks. Once they conclude sale, they don't perform any followup service work needed in any professional manner. After spending over $8000 am greatly dissatisfied.
I had Michael S. from Penguin air and plumbing come out to my house for a review. He was extremely polite person, he answered all my questions and also gave me suggestions. He came out to the house. Found a small leak at the water heater shut off valve, that I have never notice. He fixed the problem, installed a new valve and new supply lines going to the heater. He did an amazing job. I recommend Penguin air and plumbing. I also recommend Michael for your help on any of your plumbing.
The business lied and said an air scrubber had been installed. We were given a choice of an air scrubber or duct cleaning. We chose the air scrubber which is noted on the agreement, written in by Penguin. Fraudulent company.
Very honest straight forward company. Take time to explain a/c unit needs. Service tech jermey very professional. Always use penguin air. Awesome a/c repair
