I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10939194, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me received a call from Penny Mac the day I filed my complaint hereThey then sent me a letter claiming they had not received formal notification that my uncle had diedI had provided the name and number of the lawyer in charge of the estate more than once Also, according to my aunt (sister to the uncle) who is in contact with the lawyer, the lawyer had contacted PennyMac However, I am just relieved that the harassment seems to be over Thanks for your help

My mortgage was purchased by PennyMac, and months into servicing my loan, I am wholly unsatisfied with PennyMacIt is 11/23/and I have yet to receive any billing in the mail for this month, upon calling their customer service line, I get a recorded message that PennyMac has just shipped out this months paper bills and they will not be available online either until the 27th
The best that a customer service representative could tell me is that I have "grace period" until the 16th so I wont be penalized me with late feesHe attributed the late billing due to their printers, all their bills were misprinted and had to be run off again
THIS IS WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLELate billing combined with the Thanksgiving holidayAbsolutlely no notification of PennyMacs complete FUBARPennyMac is proving to be a complete cluster

This company has deceptive and borderline fraudulent business practicesThey received my payment but never posted in to my accountBecause of it, they reported it to the credit bureau as a late paymentTake it off my credit report

I bought home for $440k with loan $402k from PennyMaxUSA on 30th Nov In Feb, I sold my previous home and made payment of $155k towards principle of PennyMac loanNow the current loan has reduced to around $I requested lender to remove the PMI since the loan has reduced less than 80%Then the lender ordered for the home evaluation report from a BPOThe report says the home is worth only $400kSo, the PennyMac has been denied to remove the PMI
MY argument is, even though the home is worth $400k & current loan is $245k, it is still less than 80% of the total loan, which is the main condition for the removal of PMI as per the loan agreement
I'm very frustrated & disappointed by the arrogance of the PennyMac lender

In addition, they are making the closing number wrongI tried to email them to correct it; however, they refused to answer me! It is totally unacceptable!
