I had filed the below complaint- Complaint ID on 1/20/"We have been a PennyMac customer for years and every year we are required to provide a copy of our Homeowners Association Flood insurance policy for our condominiumEvery year we fax the information as required to the required addressThen a month later we get a threatening letter that we haven't provided the insurance and they are purchasing a $policy for usSo we fax again, call, and finally have to mail a copy to this companyI spend hours of time on the phoneThey also did not send our payment to our insurance company for HOin time so it was cancelledEven though I contacted them to make sure they would pay it on time, they did notThe policy was reinstated once our insurance company received the payment but if we had had a claim, we would not have been coveredThis company is very inefficient, and very difficult to deal with." On 1/21/I received a phone call from D*** *** at PennyMac assuring me that this would be looked into and taken care ofI did not respond on the Revdex.com complaint response that the matter was resolved because I was waiting to see if it was actually resolvedObviously it was not because I got a message by email today that Penny Mac had charged my escrow account for insurance that my condo association already covers"On 1/30/We have made an INSURANCE PAYMENT on your behalf from your escrow account: of$3459.26" After the previous complaint I even made a copy of the policy and mailed it to the correct address for PennyMac, noting my loan number,as required, and STILL am chargedPrior to that it had been faxed twice and emailed via messaging systemThis company needs to be investigated for their business practicesI want this company investigated for fraudulent business practices as they stated that this matter was resolved yet charged my account for $I want my money returned with interest and need them to figure out how to receive information when it is sent to themI have gone through this every year for years now but have never been charged like thisRegards,

shortage, as PennyMac has advanced the funds from our corporate account in
order to pay the shortage. PennyMac is

will serve as confirmation of our June 2, telephone conversation with her

Working with this Pennymac has been my worst experience in follow up/ competency/ and overall businessNot only did my loan officer not follow up after I was approved and assign a closing date for my refinance He then left for medical reasons for weeks and no one even called me We waited and called back week after week Every time we either got pawned off to another person, or got an answering machine After finally asking for a supervisor and explained...they said they would find out and get right back to us I did get a call back finally...got an appology..then said they would get backwash me Still nothing I called another company and refinanced in days! Do not do business with Pennymac My cents are worst experience every

Ms***, as you confirmed during our telephone conversation of January 14, 2014, your questions and concerns have
been addressed. A thorough review of your loan’s account activity was completed to verify the payments applied to
your loan. Our records show a one-time draft payment was scheduled with a draft date of January 1, Further review
confirms the aforementioned payment was drafted from your bank account twice and subsequently posted to your loan twice
Please be advised a wire in the amount of $1,was deposited into your bank account on January 14, with wiring
confirmation 14114E01320GThe wire included the reimbursement for the wiring fee of $15.00. Please send a copy
of your bank statement showing any overdraft fees by fax to ###-###-#### or by mail to PO Box 51***7, Los Angeles, CA
90051-4387. Please be assured your bank statement will be reviewed and any fees incurred due to this
duplicate payment posting will be reimbursed to you. As of the date of this letter, your loan is next due for the February 1,
mortgage payment.

However, we were told numerous times that they would overnight the check and I did face cancelation from Nationwide insurance because of Pennymac's slow payI think that should be notedReguardless it's paid it's overI don't have to spend my lunch breaks on the phone with Pennymac and Nationwide now

As advised in our previous response, a confirmation letter would be sent to Ms*** within seven to ten business days detailing actions taken on the loan Our records reflect that the confirmation letter was approved and will be mailed February 14,
PennyMac understands the challenging financial environment that exists today and the impact that it is having on many borrowers’ ability to make their mortgage payments Helping our customers to effectively manage through these financial hardships is at the core of PennyMac’s mission. Please be assured that efforts are made by PennyMac representatives to accommodate our customers’ requests for assistance; however, in today’s financial environment there are very stringent guidelines that PennyMac must adhere to.
Pursuant to her request, a “Request for Mortgage Assistance” application (“RMA”) was sent to Ms*** to complete and return with documentation supporting her financial situation. Upon timely receipt of the RMA, PennyMac will review the documentation she provides to determine if she qualify for consideration of a loan modification under the Home Affordable Modification Program (“HAMP”). To expedite the process, she can also contact PennyMac’s Customer Retention Department at (866) 545-to verbally provide her current financial information
