PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, (“PennyMac”) strives to provide superior customer service and process all transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Thank you for forwarding Ms. [redacted] concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to respond. Upon... receipt of the BBB notification, our office completed a thorough review of Ms. [redacted] ’s loan to ensure that her concerns were addressed. A representative from our office called Ms. [redacted] on September 24, 2014 and September 25, 2014 to review her concerns and provide resolution as it relates to her escrow account. PennyMac is in the process of finalizing a written response to confirm our telephone conversations and review of the loan. PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information. Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from posting any personal information to the BBB site as we do not disclose our borrowers’ personal information.

I am a current customer of Pennymac, and am in the process of refinancingNot only has it taken months to refinance, it has been the worst experience I've ever had with a mortgage companyTheir timelines are ridiculous, and their customer service and follow up is awfulI would never recommend them to anyoneThe only reason I'm still in the process of completing my transaction is because I'm afraid the interest rate will be higher if I change now, otherwise I would have cancelled with them a long time agoNot even the supervisors are competent in their jobs, since when I did speak with a supervisor and was assured everything was complete, I then received a request for information already submitted days laterWhat a hassle and a mess of a company

I received an Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement on the statement it shows different totals which is quite confusingThen it states that my escrow account is short about $5,I called and the first representative said it was a tax lien for $2,back in December he does not why, he put me on hold and after a holding forever we got disconnectedI called back and spoke to a representative name JoeWho was not helpful and seemed annoyed that I was asking him questions on why I owe this amount He told me to contact me county tax office and ask themI don't understand why would I have to contact them when you all are asking for the paymentI did pull up my tax info to ensure I was current on my taxes and yes I amI need clarification on why this amount is for and why was there a lien for $2,439.66?

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Thus far PennyMac has done nothing to make me believe that they are helping to resolve this issue I received a call on 10/from someone claiming to be in front of the investigation I called back an hour later and left a message, though I cannot confirm that it was the correct voice mail box since there was not greeting message I did not receive a call back I attempted to call the number again on 10/ I still have not received a call back Since then, I have received automated PennyMac calls on 10/5, 10/7, and 10/requesting the payment that has been misplaced by PennyMac Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: In PennyMac's response I will receive letter in BUSINESS days, which means 42+ calendar days, and Revdex.com will only keep the case open for days if I didn't respondAlso In PennyMac's response, it will be a "letter of explanation", no refund promised, although they did say this on the phoneBut to be remembered, based on my previous communication history with PennyMac, they also promised me to refund for times but didn't -- they've ruined my trust and patience As a result, I have to reject to keep the case open until I received the refund Read in PennyMac's response: A detailed letter of explanation will be sent to MrHuang under separate cover within business days Read in Revdex.com's letter: Please respond within days or the complaint will be closed as assumed resolved Regards,Z [redacted] ***
