***’s loan to ensure that her concerns were addressed. PennyMac confirmed that Ms***’s approval
letter for the partial release was mailed to her on May 22, We appreciate
Ms***’s patience while PennyMac worked with the Federal Housing
Administration to approve Ms*** for the partial release

representative from our office called Ms*** on May 22, to discuss her
concerns. A message was left with our
representative’s contact information should Ms*** have additional
questions or concerns she would like to discuss

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
On June 4th, PennyMac did schedule a closing for our refinance. However, in the closing documents, the birthday for my wife was listed incorrectly and our street name was misspelled. In addition to this, PennyMac included three "Credit Directive Letters" for us to sign which were not discussed with us. We contacted *** M*** on June during closing to address how to resolve this matter and proceed with closing. After MsM*** conferred with underwriters and her manager on June 4, my wife and were advised not to sign the letters and return them as "unsigned" in closing documents to PennyMac. On June at 5:04PM MT, it was stated, PennyMac will not pay off the three accounts as identified in February 2015, and PennyMac will issue one check from refinance.
The closing documents which PennyMac had us sign on June 4, did not reflect the change of stop payment to three identified accounts. I emailed *** M*** on June to address items for correction on closing documents from June and she has responded. Please see attached documents for correspondence.
At this time, the refinance with PennyMac is not complete and fully corrected

***’s loan to ensure that his new concerns are addressed. Review of Mr***’s account confirms a
payment was received on February 25, in the amount of $1, As instructions were not provided on how to
apply the excess funds received, the additional $was applied towards the
escrow account Please be assured the
billing statement dated April 17, Mr*** referenced during our
telephone call, provided a total payment
breakdown, which included an outstanding late charge of $ This late charge was not assessed for May
but rather the outstanding late charge from February As of the date of this letter Mr***’s
loan does not reflect any outstanding or current late charges due
As
previously mentioned in our response letter dated May 16, 2014, review of his
final HUD-confirms the real estate taxes were based on land value only,
estimated at an annual amount of $ Escrow accounts are required to be reviewed
and reanalyzed once a year to ensure a sufficient amount is collected to cover
all items to be paid from the escrow account over the following months The annual escrow analysis was completed on
March 5, and Mr***’s payment increased to $1, An Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement
was mailed to his attention on March 8, providing him with a detailed
breakdown as to the changes that occurred in the escrow account A copy of the statement was enclosed in our aforementioned
response letter
Additionally,
as discussed during our telephone conversation, an error did not occur in
calculating his property taxes Please
note any adjustments made to the total amount owed for your property taxes are
completed by Berkeley County Upon
notification of adjusted tax installments, PennyMac will update the amount due
for the property taxes in our system accordingly to ensure the proper amount is
paid to the county Berkeley County has
confirmed that notices of property taxes are typically mailed mid-August and
final values certified mid-October Any
notices of property tax adjustments are issued by Berkeley County and not from
PennyMac as Berkeley County determines and assesses the adjustment Furthermore, PennyMac does not have control
over the amount that the county determines is owed for the property taxes

The problem was not resolvedI was told my check would be overnighted to me on 5/They gave me a tracking number from UPS- 1z34914x***6.
This tracking number shows that a package has not even shipped yetI am extremely tired of having to constantly follow up and be given the run around.

We do not accept pennymac recent response they have do none nothing to assist us recentlyWe have attempted to contact them and they do not answer or call us back and the one time I reached Maria she told me she would call me back and hung up then never called and this was April 3rd @1pm Eastern timeWe feel they are only attempting to buy more time by giving you a response that covers no information about what informations going on and they have yet to do anything about our concerns.
