I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, how difficult is it for them to even get our name correctIt is [redacted] , not ***Doesn't quite instil any confidence in their "striving to provide a superior customer service" does it? We have had e-mails and phone calls giving their explanations, and promising a refundAs of today April 16th, no refund has been received Regards, [redacted]

PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, (“PennyMac”) strives to provide superior customer service and process all transactions in a timely and accurate manner Thank you for forwarding Mr***’s concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to respond Upon receipt of the Revdex.com’s correspondence, our office completed a thorough review of Mr***’s loan as it relates to his May 1, mortgage paymentPlease be assured PennyMac has located the payment, in the amount of $1,500.00, and applied the funds on May 23, 2014, effective for May 1, Additionally, as Mr [redacted] remitted another mortgage payment over the phone on May 16, 2014, these funds were applied towards the June 1, mortgage paymentAs of the date of this letter the loan is current and next due for the July 1, mortgage payment Please note payments remitted through military allotment are not recommended as the funds are received without the necessary account information (i.eloan number, borrower name, property address)As such, upon receipt of the payment, we are unable to identify which loan the funds belong to which subsequently causes a delay in applying the mortgage paymentWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from posting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose our borrowers’ personal information

PennyMac strives to provide superior customer service and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, a PennyMac Representative contacted Mr T [redacted] to discuss his/ concerns regarding his insurance claim on July 22, A detailed letter of explanation will be sent to MrT [redacted] under separate cover within business days

Do not use PennyMac under any circumstances! Customer service is pathetic at bestI responded to a flyer I had received from PennyMac regarding cash out refinanceWhen I called them I was told that "the customer is number and we guarantee a positive experience and great communication thru the entire processThis couldn't be further from the truth! I submitted all requested documents via their online portal within one day and received email requests to submit the very same documents weeks laterThe loan processor rarely would communicate and wouldn't respond to calls or e mailsI'm years old, own several properties and have been thru the process many times and have never been treated so poorlyI have utilized a lender I have trust in many many times but chose to refi with PennyMac as they convinced me it would be a quick and simple process because they had purchased my loanTotal lie!!! After submitting all requested documents I was told I was "qualified" and then agreed to pre pay for the appraisalThe appraisal came in substantially higher than what was needed to complete the loanThe closing date given by PennyMac came and went with zero communicationTwo weeks after my "closing date" I began reaching out via e mail and phone callsOnce threatened by e mail with negative on line reviews I finally received a call from a "supervisor " who told me my loan had been denied due to "insufficient income." Much of my income is derived from a commercial property under long term lease as well as multiple residential rental properties with a zero vacancy rateAt no time did PennyMac call me to discuss my income or anything elseI would not ever use or recommend PennyMac to anyoneTotal waste of time and money!

PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, (“PennyMac”) strives to provide superior customer service and process all transactions in a timely and accurate manner Thank you for forwarding 10pt;">Ms ***’s concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to respond Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, PennyMac completed a thorough review of Ms ***’s loan Our research indicates that PennyMac received Ms***’s request to pay the Village taxes on May 16, After verifying with the Sleepy Hollow Treasurer on May 23, 2014, that the village taxes remained unpaid, funds were issued from the loan’s escrow account to pay the outstanding village taxes In order to expedite the payment to the Sleepy Hollow Treasurer, the check was scheduled to be sent via Federal Express overnight delivery; however, due to an internal processing delay, the check was not processed and sent as scheduled As a result the Village taxes remained unpaid until they received Ms***’s payment on May 28, PennyMac advanced funds from our corporate account to pay the penalties and interest due to Sleepy Hollow Village for the late tax paymentAs Ms [redacted] paid for her taxes herself, a wire, was deposited into her bank account on May 30, This wire included the reimbursement for the taxes and penalties she paid to Sleepy Hollow Treasurer, in addition to a bank wire fee Lastly, our system has been updated to ensure future tax payments are disbursed to the appropriate payeesMs ***, confirmed during a telephone conversation with PennyMac on May 30, 2014, that her questions and concerns had been addressed PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from posting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose our borrowers’ personal information

My mortgage was sold to PennyMac just over a year and a half ago and it has been the worse time of my lifeFirst off my mortgage was on auto draft with the previous mortgage company and everything was fineWhen I got consumed by the devil, Penny Mac, they refused to let me do autodraft, saying that I have to pay three months in advance before that can happenThen just over a year ago, three pipes broke in the wall of the living room, guest room and garage and the insurance company sent the check for repairs to Penny Mac and they still have itIt has been over a year and they still have not released one penny to me for repairsSo now I have been making all the repairs out of my own pocket causing extreme financial distress on my partThis has caused me to get behind on the mortgage payments and now they are threatening me with foreclosureWorst company on EarthIt seems like a plan to take my house away from meFrom the way they did business from the initial meeting, they do not want to help customers, they just want to make profit and ruin lives

I did have a different loan company but they sold my loan to PennyMacEver since I've been forced to have them as my loan companyI have had nothing but issues with my loanMy insurance company has almost canceled me on different occasions in the last couple months do to the lack of ability to do their jobPennyMac has only been my loan company for the last few monthsThe only reason why there haven't been more issues is because I was still paying through my old loan companyThey lost $of my money on one occasionHad no clue what happened to itWhen I asked if they could call me when they found out what happenedThey said "I can put that in the notes but I would call back if you have not received a call in the next couple of days"Can't even give me the common courtesy of a call back after losing my moneyWhen you do call to talk to someoneIt takes minutes just to get to the right personI think its ridiculous that loan companies can sell policies to another loan companyThe least Chase could have down is sell my policy to a better loan companyPennyMac is terribleI wish I could get a different loan company but it's pointless to refinance againNow I have to spend some more of my personal time to call PennyMac again to deal with another problemHope this answered some questions

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to MsS***'s additional concerns As previously advised, a representative from our office contacted MrS [redacted] on January 16, to assist in expediting her request MrS [redacted] advised he wanted to wait a couple of days to see if the check we mailed arrived MrS [redacted] contacted our representative on January 17, 2014, to request we stop the check and issue a wire to expedite his refund The request was completed and we confirmed wire was delivered on January 17, Please be advised that the wire included reimbursement for the wire fee he would be charged by his bank In addition, PennyMac If MrS [redacted] incurred additional fees due to this situation he can contact the representative he was contacted by and provide supporting documentation showing the fees he incurred PennyMac will review and refund any fees associated with this situation While we understand MrS***'s frustration, this situation was caused by an internal systems issue PennyMac reviewed and corrected the issue to prevent future instances We are not at liberty of provided details of our systems to our borrowers Upon becoming aware of the situation, PennyMac promptly attempted to resolve this matter; regrettably, we encountered issues that the delay the resolution to our borrowers However, we believe that MrS [redacted] resolved and his refund expedited by our office We have also offered to reimburse any fees associated with this issue Once again, thank you for allowing PennyMac the opportunity to respond
