PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, (“PennyMac”) strives to provide superior customer service and respond all to requests in a timely and accurate manner Thank you for forwarding MrS [redacted] ’s concerns to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to respond Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office completed a thorough review of MrS [redacted] ’s loan to verify the status of his request PennyMac confirmed, per MrS [redacted] ’s original Note, his interest rate is 2.75% for the life of the loanPennyMac has also confirmed that his interest rate has not changed since his loan originated Additionally, the late charge was assessed to MrS [redacted] ’s loan on February 18, as the February 1, mortgage payment was not received until February 25, As a gesture of goodwill, we have waived the late charge as a one-time courtesy A PennyMac representative contacted MrS [redacted] on May 7, to discuss his concerns MrS [redacted] was provided with a substantive response, which addressed his concerns Furthermore, review of MrS [redacted] ’s final HUD-confirms the real estate taxes were based on land value only, estimated at an annual premium of $Escrow accounts are typically reviewed and reanalyzed once a year to ensure a sufficient amount is collected to cover all items to be paid from the escrow over the following monthsThe annual escrow analysis was completed on March 5, and his payment increased to $1,According to our records, the County Taxes increased from $to $3,annually resulting in an increase of the required escrow payment from $to $per month Review of MrS [redacted] ’s escrow account determined that based on the total amount required to be paid through his escrow account; his escrow payment would be insufficient to cover all the required items resulting in a projected shortage of $3,The projected shortage payment has been divided over the following months for a monthly shortage payment of $ Please be aware that PennyMac is finalizing its review of MrS [redacted] ’s loan All the necessary adjustments will be completed by end of business May 16, and MrS [redacted] will be provided with a letter addressing all of his concerns PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from posting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose our borrowers’ personal information

pennyMac has terrible customer service and charges fees for everything It is very difficult to make a simple paymentI have even been called on the weekends to collect a payment I had already madeAnd when I pointed out that I made an online payment days earlier pennyMac would say oh and hang upRefinancing to get out of dealing with this company

PennyMac bought my loan from Chase in July of I was in the middle of a modification loanSince then after months of back and forth I finally received the paperwork the first part of NovemberI have signed and returned paperwork (which they have), paid all payments on time, and am now getting foreclosure letters certified and regular mailI was told it hasn't closed yet and not to worry, just ignore the letters????? My stress level is a hrough the roof and I am disabled with MS so this is triggering an episodeIs this a "predatory" situation? I need answers now, no more threatening letters!!!!
