Pennymac acquired my mortgage account in mid and by surprise they did not pay my taxes until January I did not get credit for the taxes paid in due to the late submission I will have to wait until I file taxes to get credit for the taxes paid in to Pennymac As a result, my refund has been reduced and money that I paid in will not be credited towards current year

Horrible customer serviceThey get paid on timeEvery monthIf I didn't pay, I'm sure they would be quick to actHowever when we suffer a loss to our home, and they have a check for us in order to make the improvements on the houseThey ask for all kinds of documents, and know to customer service agents can get their story straightHave sent them five copies of the same document,have been told that verbal authorization is okayBeen told that it needs to be faxedThen told that they received the fax and the verbal authorization is okay to use that faxed documentTold to wait to business hours to process the documentThen call back in that timeAnd told that verbal authorization only lasts for hours and the authorization needs to comeon the insurance companies letterhead stating that it is okay to use the documentThe document was sent directly from the insurance agentNo supervisors are ever available to speak toThen when they put me on the phone for a three-way conversation with the insurance agents, the insurance agent's phone goes to voicemail, and I get hung up onThe work is almost complete, the only reason we are not living in a hotell right now is because we came out of pocket for upgrades that we are doing at the same timeThe contractor is going to want to get paid but I can't even get in inspector out to the house so they will release the checkLoss occurred over a month ago, they have had to check for over two weeksWith all of the proper documentationRidiculous

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing PennyMac Loan Services, LLC (“PennyMac”) the opportunity to review and respond to the [redacted] ’ concerns justify;">PennyMac strives to provide superior customer service and process all transactions in a timely and accurate manner Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, a thorough review of the loan was completed to respond to the [redacted] ’ concerns A PennyMac Customer Service Representative advised the [redacted] on February 7, 2014, that under the bi-weekly application requirements, the loan had to be paid one month ahead in order to enroll in the bi-weekly AutoPay serviceReview of the phone call on February 27, 2014, with a PennyMac Customer Service Representative, confirms that the [redacted] requested to be enrolled in our bi-weekly AutoPay service and would be submitting an application that day As such, the loan was removed from PennyMac’s monthly AutoPay, which drafted on March 5, 2014, with the payment applied towards the April 2014, payment, thus paying the loan one month ahead and enabling it to be eligible for our bi-weekly payment service PennyMac received the [redacted] ’ bi-weekly AutoPay application on March 6, to begin drafting on April 7, The AutoPay was adjusted to bi-weekly drafting per the [redacted] ’ request and a confirmation letter was mailed to them on March 7, advising of this Further review confirms that the [redacted] contacted PennyMac’s Customer Service Department on March 6, to request a payment refund for the funds that were applied towards the April paymentOn March 7, 2014, the April payment was reversed our records confirm a wire in the amount of $1,was deposited into the [redacted] bank account on March 11, We apologize for the delay in refunding the payment as PennyMac does not process refund requests on weekends
