Customer agreed to take this offer at $9.95 for shipping and handling and then be charged at the 45th day of purchase date for 3 filter replacements at $49.95 each, which adds up to $149.85. We have shipped package to [redacted] with UPS tracking # [redacted] and [redacted].  Terms of the promotion and downgraded options were provided to the customer. Our representative also did let the customer know via phone she could definitely return the items back to us for a refund of $149.85 and explained the $9.95 shipping fee is nonrefundable. The subscription for future filters was cancelled so there are no future charges.  We have not yet received the items back to our warehouse from the customer. Perfect Aqua Purifier LLC also known as Perfect Water Purifier and Clearly Filtered fraudulently charged my credit card for $274.95. On February 4, 2016 they charged my credit card and on February 5, 2016 they sent me an email advising me that they had shipped me 6 water filters on February 4, 2016. I did phone their Support Center on February 6, 2016 and they advised me that I would have to pay to ship the 6 filters back to them and then they would refund my money.

I was offered a free water filter, didn't ask me for anything else but to pay for shipping. When it asked if I wanted to receive any more special offers I made sure to clear the little box out so I wouldn't receive anything else from them. They told me that they were confident in their product which is why they are giving them away, the only thing I was supposed to pay for was shipping and handling which was around nine dollars so I said that's fine. A month later, I see a charge of almost 150 dollars charged to my account, and so I contacted them and started speaking with a woman by the name of Barbara, and she told me that it was only free because they set a plan for me to continually get 3 more filters around every six months. I told her, that if you would have said that in the first place I would have never had it shipped to my house. I wouldn't buy a product that I know absolutely nothing about. I told her I wanted my money put back into may account and I would have never ordered it. She sent me a message saying that I would either have buy filters or have to pay for the water filters. I once again asked for my money back and amazingly no one answered me back. I then sent another email demanding my money back and that's when they told me that I would not only have to send the water filter they gave me back, but also wait for the additional water filters to come to me then send them back, after I originally said I didn't want them. They should have never been sent to me in the first place, the only charged I authorized was the one for nine dollars I would consider this as fraud because nothing that they was free. One of the worst companies I have ever worked with.

Our mutual customer P Joshi purchased our promotional offer for 1 Free Clearly Filtered Water Pitcher with just paying shipping and handling for $9.95 on 12/17/2015. In 30 days our customer is billed $149.85...

for 3 filters which is on 1/16/2016 and every 6 months after, until cancelled. We did receive a cancellation request from customer via phone but we were unable to stop shipment and we do same day shipping. We have shipped package to[redacted] with UPS Sure Post tracking # [redacted]. The customer was advised to return the pitcher before the charge date of the filter membership. He stated he had not yet received it and was advised to file a claim with USPS as it was transferred to them and they would be delivering the package. Once we receive the pitcher back to our warehouse, we will cancel the filter membership. This charge date was extended our of courtesy so the customer would have time to return the package. The customer did state on 12/29/15 that he has returned the package to us as of 12/28/2015. Manager. I do see that once we were informed directly, a Supervisor forwarded the refund to our Merchant. They received and refunded the funds. Please keep in mind bank processing differs, but the $149.85 has been fully refunded on our end.

In 30 days our customer is billed $69.95 for the pitcher which is on 12/25/2015, however we extended the trial to 1/29/2016. We have shipped package to [redacted]. The customer spoke to one of our representatives on 12/15/15 and 12/19/15 on wanting to cancel the payment of the pitcher at full price since she had not received the item. She was advised to file a claim for the lost/stolen package and to contact us with the Claim Number in order to proceed with the refund or reshipment, this was on 12/15/2015. We stated we could not remove her card from the system and avoid billing until the claim was made. We reiterated this on 12/19/2015 where Miss [redacted] stated she would file a dispute with her bank instead. We have not received a claim number or a dispute as of today.
