I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive any information in regard to a return policy and feel the business practices of this firm is deceptive as I responded to an ad on the net for a free pitcher and observed no mention of being sent filters. Additionally, in the original response in regard to sending the filters back from the company's representative "*** *" there is no mention of a return policy or a date that it has to be returned.

billed $for filters which is on 12/23/and every months after, until cancelledWe did receive a cancellation request from customer via phone but we were unable to stop shipment and we do same day shippingWe have shipped package to *** *** *** *** *** *** *** with UPS tracking # ***The customer was advised to return the pitcher before the charge date of the filter membershipBecause we have not yet received the pitcher back to our warehouse, the filters were charged and shipped as scheduled toPer the tracking number, I do see the customer refused the package which will take longer to arrive back to usIf the customer has not already returned the filters we will provide a Return Shipping Label to return the filters to us at no cost to herOnce we receive the pitcher and filters back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund of the $149.85. 11/28/2015  for 3 filter replacements at $49.95 each, which adds up to $149.85. We were not notified by the representative who Mr. [redacted] spoke with, therefore, he was never issued a refund. When customers are outside of our 60-day money back guarantee, Customer Representatives are to inform a Supervisor so we can issue a refund through the Merchant. I am rejecting this response because: First of all you are lying about telling me to give perfect aqua a claim number. I was never told this at all. I was told that I "MIGHT" want to file a claim with the post office and might I add that the post office will NOT do anything if the package says it was delivered regardless if it was stolen! I know how the post office works. I have filed a dispute with my bank. The rep who emailed me back constantly told me that they have to have the product in order to refund me! There was no solving anything with you guys.

$69.95 for the pitcher which is on 12/25/2015, however we extended the trial to 1/29/2016. We have shipped package to [redacted]. The customer spoke to one of our representatives on 12/15/15 and 12/19/15 on wanting to cancel the payment of the pitcher at full price since she had not received the item. She was advised to file a claim for the lost/stolen package and to contact us with the Claim Number in order to proceed with the refund or reshipment, this was on 12/15/2015. We stated we could not remove her card from the system and avoid billing until the claim was made. We reiterated this on 12/19/2015 where Miss [redacted] stated she would file a dispute with her bank instead. We have not received a claim number or a dispute as of today.
