This company is fraudulent and a scam. They swindle people and others need to be warned. Perfect Water Pitcher is the name you'll find when you go place an order or trustingly click through a bloggers email promoting this company. They claim to sell a water pitcher that filters fluoride. They offered a free pitcher, for $9.95 shipping and a recurring order of filters. As soon as I'd clicked through to purchase this item I started looking for reviews. I didn't feel right about the company and was worried I'd made a mistake. After finding numerous warnings at [redacted] about this being a scam, I immediately wrote to cancel and called my bank to file a claim. The company responded to my email and did not honor my request. They refused to cancel my account. I told them 3 times, in no uncertain terms, that I wanted them to CANCEL my account, not to charge my card, and that I did not want their product. I told them I would be returning the item to the post office and refuse delivery. I marked the box return to sender and took it straight back to the post office. After a month, plenty of time to receive the return, they still charged my card and in a most deceitful way. They didn't charge it as a recurring payment, which is how the filters were set up. They also changed their name so that the charge could not be flagged and stopped by my bank. I've had to cancel my debit card in order to stop this company from recharging my account every 3 months for $150. I'm so upset to see so many warnings about this company online, so many people they have stolen money from, and to see they are still in business.

I am asking both parties Revdex.com and the business to excuse me for not been able to clearly understand the bissiness message. For my eyes "we would have issued" simply means they could do that but did not. Same as we would have refunded but we did not as they were no labels involved.
So if for the label not been issued regardless that was thier mistake, they take it as an excuse to "compensate" me with just apology I do not feel it was fair.
Otherwise correct me if I understood it wrong.
quoting them
"Since we paid for the postage on the filters, we cannot refund the amounts billed for you to get this to us. We would have issued a return label for the filters, since this was our error, as [redacted] never informed her Supervisors the item was here in order to issue your refund faster. I do apologize about this."

[redacted] purchased our promotional offer for 1 Free Clearly FilteredWater Pitcher with just paying shipping and handling for $9.95 on 9/19/2015. In 45 days our customer isbilled $149.85 for 3 filters which is on 11/3/15 and every 6 months after, until cancelled. One of ourrepresentatives did speak to the customer via phone on 11/10/15. The terms of the promotion wereexplained and tracking for the items were provided to him. Our representative did offer downgradeoptions to the customer for a lower subscription of filters, or the customer could pay for the Pitcher atfull price to cancel out the subscription. He did state per the call that he would thinking about sendingthe items back for a refund, if not then he would pay $60 pay for the pitcher in full and receive a refundfor the return filters. On 11/30/15 another representative did confirm our return address with thecustomer so he could return the items. We have shipped package to [redacted].07866 with UPS tracking # [redacted]. We have a 60-day return policy, so if our customer isseeking a full refund of $149.85, they would need to return our Clearly Filtered Water Pitcher along withthe 3 replacement filters by 1/3/2016. Once we receive the water pitcher and filters, we will issue thecredit of $149.85 immediately if received on time. This company has the most atrocious customer service and deceptive marketing practices of any I have dealt with for years. The most recent issue is in trying to get a refund (which they promised on 2/24/16; I still have the voicemail message they left AND the email they sent after me threatening to file this complaint and post negative reviews online) on a filtered shower head, which they promise not to have reduced water flow. Well, not only was the water flow terrible, but it started leaking HEAVILY from within the unit where they have an internal connection. I took a video and sent it to them. They sent me a return label with the promise of refunding my $109.90 promptly upon receipt. Now today I received yet another shower head and filter! This was NEVER discussed or agreed on; I want nothing to do with their poorly made and ill-functioning shower head! Prior to this I had an issue with them sending me 3 filters for my newly received water pitcher. They promised to refund my money as soon as they received the filters but did not. I took me about 3 months to FINALLY get my refund. They even used the old line that "it takes 30 days to process a refund". I told them I run an online business and I can refund immediately with the customer seeing the refund in their account within 72 hours and that I would report them to the Revdex.com and post negative reviews if they didn't quit jacking me around. I got THAT refund but still am wasting my time trying to get the refund for the shower head & filter. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! I like the water pitcher okay, though it has issues, too; but they want $50 for a replacement filter, which is outrageous. I am so sorry I ever got involved with them.... I have now filed a dispute with Discover Card to recover my $109.90 for the shower head & filter I returned to them weeks ago.

[redacted] has been refunded the amount of $149.85 back to his account for the returned filters. When a customer is past 60-days, representatives are to forward over customers to a Manager and we move forth with forwarding the refunds to our Merchant. Any amount attempted to be processed past 60-days will not process properly.

I am rejecting this response because:Here I am quoting the company last reply. As you may see they are misleading Revdex.com with false statement mentioning “were not notified that the pitcher had arrived to us on 12/26/2015” That is not true. I attached my initial correspondence with their support person [redacted] (copying part from it below) where I updated her on December 19th that I shipped the pitcher back at that day, and gave her estimated delivery day December 24th. This delivery day Dec 24th was confirmed by postal office. [redacted] replied on December 21st: “I have notated your account that you have returned thepitcher.”They already received the pitcher on December 24th and my account was updated by [redacted] on Dec 21st as I had the pitcher returned.I have all these emails available to forward to you if needed. At this moment as the filters charge was refunded I still believe they have to refund my postage fees as I was charged by postal office for the parcel (with filters) delivery, and then had to pay for the return. That was additional $20US I consider they have to compensate as they overlooked all the notifications in a due time and order. [redacted] (Perfect Aqua Purifier) Dec 21, 8:06 PM Hello,Thank you for your response! We greatly appreciate it.I apologize if it took us so long to get back as it's very busy & we are short staffed. I have notated your account that you have returned the pitcher. If there is anything else we can do to assist you, please contact us!Best,[redacted]Perfect Water Purifier [redacted] Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST[redacted] Dec 19, 10:06 PM I've been waiting for your reply hopelessly. It took 4 days till you finally droped your reply. I would accept that deal if it your email would come in a reasonable timeframe. After 4 days passed I felt that you decided to ignore my emails sticking to the return and cancellation option as the final. I shipped it back today Sat Dec 19 at 2 pm Pacific. Estimated to come to your warehouse by Thursday. [redacted] has previously contacted our company in regards to a refund for a single water bottle we have received as a return in the amount of $46.95.Since we had received the items, I do not see the customer was added by our returns department for a refund. and forwarded directly to the Merchant.  I will contact the Merchant again today, and have them send me an invoice to show proof. We have had difficulties recently with our Merchant Account processing refunds in a timely manner and I will stay on top of this. filter replacements at $49.95 each, which adds up to $149.85. We have a 90-day return policy, therefore customer was outside of our refund policy when he returned the items, which we received on 3/15/2016 According to the UPS tracking he received the 3 filters on 1ZE35Y33YW90958799 Saturday,  12/19/2015 at 8:28 A.M. We have reshipped the 3 filters to Mr. [redacted] since we are unable to honor the refund due to our Refund Policy as stated within our Terms of Service. Our Terms of Service can be found at: https://www.perfectwaterpurifier.com/terms-conditions/There is also a dispute in place with the bank for this charge. The charge was disputed prior to the customer returning the filters, which is why they had not been refunded at that point, we cannot refund for an item that we do not have returned to us. [redacted]Customer Service Assistant Manager

Clearly Filtered Water Bottle for $46.95 on the same day. We did speak to the customer and explained the promotional offer of the FREE pitcher. The customer was not satisfied and requested a Return Shipping Label so he may return all items and receive a refund. This is the worst company that my husband and I have ever dealt with. My husband ordered a "free" pitcher in December, 2015. We were shocked when our account was debited 149.50 for filters which we didn't order and had not yet received. When they came, we sent them back-unopened-on February the 12th. . We emailed the tracking number to the company. On March 5th, an employee told us that we could expect our refund within 10 business days. It is now April the 18th, and we have not received our refund yet.

I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled the order a few minutes after I made it on a sunday night when the business was closed. I left a message on their answering machine and also online. The next morning, as soon as they opened, I called and told them I didn't want their products. I never accepted any of their products, so I don't have anything to return to them. They are a dishonest company to whom I gave my credit card information, and they put charges on it although I cancelled and told them not to send me any of their products.

$149.85 for 3 filters which is on  12/22/2015 and every 6 months after, until cancelled. I do see that you have returned the filters for a refund. I have sent over the refund of $149.85 to our Merchant Account, since the refund is past 60-days. Please allow 2-3 business days for this refund to fully apply. I apologize about the wait for the refund, it does state in our Terms of Service that it can take 30 days for the refund to apply. The representative which you spoke with never informed us to expedite the refund, which is why it was never taken care of until today. response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I do want to point out it should be noted that a customer should not have to chase down their refunds for 3 months after the company agrees to refund money. and each month, they asked for another 30 days. Once I notified you and you got involved, I received my refund within the week. Very poor business practice. I do not believe I would have received my money had I not had you involved. Thank you Revdex.com!!!
