I contacted Pet360.com after they approved a fraudulent charge to my credit card for a purchase that was made on their website My credit card company asked me to get the shipping address from Pet360.com that was listed for this fraudulent purchase so that they could conduct their investigation and then turn it over to the authorities Pet360.com refused to give me this information That's right; someone stole from me, Pet360.com allowed them to, Pet360.com has information that can lead us to the party that committed this crime, and they are refusing to provide this information In fact, when I put the situation to them this way, they just hung up on me -- as if they didn't care that someone stole from me using their website WowMy advice is that you stick to P*** and avoid an unethical business such as Pet360.com

I find that this company is only focused on making as much money as possible at the expense of the people who use it to feed their petsIt is quite extraordinary to me that this is a Revdex.com accredited businessThis is a facade plain and simpleLet's say you have an autoship order with Petfooddirect/Pet360, and you have a quote where you get free shipping and a certain price for the food that you would like your pets to have every monthYou provide them with your credit/debit card number so that they can charge you automatically and you would expect that price to stay the same and get the free shipping and save some moneyNot a bad deal, right? Well, not exactlyThat free shipping you just had doesn't exist in the recurring orders becthey just hike the price of the food without notifying you, and then give you the runaround and blame the manufacturerThis works well on older folks who don't check their bank accounts periodically and receive paper statementsOlder customers who may be a bit too trusting that the price they set up an Autoship with, will stay the same over at least a few monthsThey won't even get a notification that the price will be higher next month in an emailIt's an exploitative tactic to make money off unsuspecting customers and I find it disgusting! How the Revdex.com can say that they continuously monitor business activities, and not spot this scam is amazing to meMaybe all it takes to get accredited with the Revdex.com logo is throwing a wad of cash at them to give you the ol stamp of approval!
