Revdex.com Case #: [redacted] Dynamic Recovery Solutions, LLC (DRS) is a legitimate third party collection agency that collects on past due accounts for our clients Dynamic Recovery Solutions has been made aware of the consumer’s dispute for the alleged accountIt is possible that due to several business exchanges within this industry while the consumer had made resolution the account was already within the flow of the collection industry Customer service is our TOP priority, and our representatives are trained to be professional and follow all guidelines required by federal and state laws and regulationsParticularly, the previous request that the consumer state was not handled satisfactorily to cease communicationsIt appears that the consumer was engaged in massive negotiations with one of our representatives on November at 11:am from an outbound call to the consumer It also appears that on November at 6:pm the consumer made an inbound call to another representative where the consumer advised that this account had been previously paid during her divorce The representative asked the consumer to please forward the paperwork that states the account had been resolved previouslyThe consumer refused to send any form of proof, the representative tried emphatically to explain the importance of the consumer sending this information, the consumer still refused The consumer made yet another inbound call on November at 6:pm where she explained the circumstances to another representative who placed the account in a verbal dispute status Dynamic Recovery Solutions made no further attempts to contact the consumer However, we had a major system overhaul that removed the cease & desist status, and unfortunately, this issue caused another outbound call to the consumer on February It is certainly not our intention to purposely harass or abuse any consumer who no longer desires to receive any communication from our office Per company policy when a complaint of this nature is received, the account is placed in a "permanent cease & desist" statusAlso, your account has been CLOSED in our office, and no further contact from Dynamic Recovery Solutions regarding this matterIf you have any further questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact our customer service department at [redacted] or our toll free telephone number at [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The company in question (DRA - Dynamic Recovery Solutions) claims to NOT have the necessary evidence on hand regarding origination of debt (Who, When, How much, etc)...the company (DRA) does NOT provide a timeframe for obtaining this information...they only say, "we will not leave the request open indefinitely" I require a reasonable time-frame for obtaining the requested documentation (with whom did debt originate, how much, when, etc)...furthermore, I require confirmation from DRA that while they (DRA) are in the "process" of acquiring the necessary documentation that they (DRA) will NOT submit any information to any credit agency ( [redacted] ) that will impact my credit score/history in either a positive or negative fashion Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint At this point, it seems this issue isn't going to be resolved int this forumOf course Dynamic will deny any liability under federal law; that's what their lawyers are hired to doThere's a few issues thoughThe link to [redacted] doesn't really prove anything other than that [redacted] is in place for DRS, if even that Let's look at the list of features, specifically the Click-to-Call feature for "manual dialing." First, [redacted] itself is the very definition of an ATDS under the TCPAIt stores numbers, the numbers are generated for agents, and even if they have to "click" to call, they never dialed the numberIf we look at DRS's workflow for its agents, the agent(s) that called my cellphone, didn't manually dial that number by any stretch of the imaginationNow, if DRS wishes to test then theory, that was confirmed here against [redacted] , Inc, http:// [redacted] / Then by all means, they can test this theory in court and see where it ends up in the 6th circuit as well Currently, I don't see the Revdex.com being able to resolve the complaintI'm insistent that there TCPA was violated, DRS is insistent on denial of such allegationsThis is a matter better suited for litigationIt's unfortunate we couldn't come to an amicable resolution here To be certain, I'm not at all satisfied with the response, showing [redacted] 's capacity to do certain things doesn't absolve the company from the liability, nor does it even prove that it used such featuresThat would require extensive discovery, which will come, just not here with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]
