Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There is not any reason that this poor dog, [redacted] , should have been left in this condition I am providing you pictures that were taken within hours of picking him up from the groomer The reason that your resolution is not suitable is because the wounds have healed due to the time that has passed My son and I have taken care of him We would not have let the wounds go and become infected! Hello, I was sorry to hear that [redacted] was not feeling well after staying with us at the Hotel As per the Master Boarding Agreement you signed, Pet Parents are responsible for the vet bills if your dog gets kennel cough I can tell you [redacted] was given lots of love and attention while she was here and she had a blast in camp with all her friends However, as we discussed on 9/2/14, because we value you as a customer and would like to see [redacted] come back and stay with us again I did refund part of her stay with us I refunded nights and days of daycamps which came to $after tax If you have any further questions please feel free to contact the hotel [redacted] PetsHotel Manager

Went to purchase dog food and my brand had only small 18lb bags (2) and the larger 34lb bags were empty since they were on sale and they were almost the same price as the small bagI went to the register to see if I could get a rain check on the item and I was told that THE CORPORATE OFFICE had cancelled allowing rain checksI have to drive miles to this Petsmart because other stores do not care my dogs brandThis is a smack in the face to allot of people including myself who have to travel to get their dog food and to arrive and not be able to get the food since they are sold out due to the saleI did not have enough food for my dog to last even 2-days so I needed to purchase the foodIf I was able to get a rain check I could have gotten the great $off the large bag and I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT TWO BAGS but since they did not have any and there was no other solution I did not get the bagsI spoke to the manager and everyone at the store was in agreement that it is ridiculous for the corpoffice to stop all rain checksThank god there was at least of the smaller bagsThe manager and staff who were very accomodating gave me the two bags for the same price as the larger on sale bagThank god for the great customer service by the manager and the associates and if not for them I would never shop at a Petsmart again since the Corporation does not seem to care about customers as seen by REMOVING rain checks all togtherIf there was not of the smaller bags I would have had to pay the full price for one which was $less then the larger on sale bag which of course is a total rip offThe Corp Office needs to value their customers and re-instate rain checks because they do help when there are circumstances like I hadSHAME ON YOU PETSMART CORPORATE OFFICERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a couple cheap things I wanted so I put them in my basket and continued shoppingI place my order for things totaling $I then get an email saying that the items I purchased is no longer availableI then ask to cancel my order and was told that I couldThey even sent me an email saying my order was cancelledNow I receive an email stating that my "partial order" is on its waySo these guys enticed me with cheap dog toys and only send the expensive onesThis is/or should be illegal

I do not think they read the complaintI do not have an exchange or returni had a return and they did not handle it professional I was promised a gift card and never received it, terrible customer service

Dear Ms [redacted] , Thank you for contacting PetSmart We were sorry to hear about your experience I have researched this with our field team and found that during [redacted] visit on December 19th, 2013, our groomer reported that [redacted] exhibited signs of stress and did lunge at her while the nail clipping was taking place For the safety of the pet as well as our groomer we were unable to complete the groom We are glad to hear that our other store does have a groomer who has been able to service [redacted] and hope that [redacted] is comfortable there Sincerely, [redacted]

Worst experience I have ever had boarding my dog anywherePet parents beware!! I dropped my dog off for the pet hotel while we were going to be out of the country for a weekTwo days into our trip we received a call saying my dog had not urinated in his kennel in hours?? She said he was going to be seen by their vet and I would be responsible for the billI asked how often they had taken him out to try and she said they do notThat they were an indoor boarding facility and do not take animals outsideThat someone has walked by his cage hourly and checked and he had not gone! What kind of place takes a wonderfully house trained dog, locks him in a cage, and expects him to use the restroom on himselfMy poor baby is such an amazing dog he was able to hold it for over two daysI told the girl all my baby needed was a patch of grass that he would not use it in his kennelI spent over minutes on the phone from another country begging this girl who said she was the manager at the pet hotel to please take my dog outShe said only the vet could take him out and I would be responsible for the vet fees each timeMoney hungry [redacted] !!! Only after I told her I was contacting her corporate office and hung up did she call me back and said once he was taken to grass he immediately did a number and All I can think is how much pain my poor baby was in! I was furious but since I wasn't even in the USA it was several more days before I could even pick him upWhen I did finally make it back to get him I asked to see where he was being kept and they refused!!!??I don't even want to imagine how bad it must have been for them to not let me see itWhat kind of person treats an animal this way!!! I spent a lot of money for them to treat my baby horriblyNeedless to say the vacation was horrible since all I could do is worry about my furr baby! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT OR USE A PETSMART FOR ANY REASON EVER AGAIN!!! I also feel it is necessary to warn all pet parents of this situation! This is the only place I have ever seen that refuses to let you see where your baby was kept!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I am continuing to be disappointed in my local Petsmart I have dogs and visit the store to times a month and not treated like I would hopeThere is a short older lady there very unfriendly and when ask questions very unkind I refuse to shop there againI probably spend a month but no moreI ask this week to put a picture of foster pups on the window and this same lady was rude I volunteer at an animal shelter and have the mama also for weeks and so buying for dogsI will not shop here again Disappointed!!!
