I contacted PNC Executive Client Relations today and was patched through to Kim C[redacted], the representative tasked to investigate my case. She said that she had "finished the research" and would pass the completed investigation to legal in order to make a decision. She said that if I was reimbursed...

for these debits (which she did not total) there would be two things that could pose a problem. One was that there is a tying period where I had to alert PNC to any discrepancies on my statements within forty (40) days of the day the statement was issued. I told C[redacted] that that was not fair that I would be penalized because I submitted a signature card and PNC did not follow through with taking my mother's name off my account. Second, she said because my mother is on the statements that might also pose a problem (she did not explain why). She said I should have an answer within 3-4 days, so I should hear back from her by Monday, March 7.Before I was patched through to C[redacted], "Janet" told me that a signature card was not sufficient to remove my mother from my account, and that the teller that told me this back in 2012 had "mis-communicated" with me.  She said I should have closed the account and opened a new one. I told her that the signature card had taken my mother's name off of my checking account but not from my reserve or my savings. It looks like they are moving towards a decision, but I worry that they will find some loophole to not refund me that money that they should have never had the right to take. Any help you can offer me is much appreciated.[redacted]

The reason I reject is because PNC has done nothing for me.  They withdrew $379.00 from my account when I in fact at this time have a dispute with AT&T because AT&T cut my phone services off when I paid my bill.  After I paid my telephone bill, AT&T cut me off.  Therefore, I put a dispute in to PNC Bank.  PNC send me the paper work.  I submitted the dispute paper, however, PNC said they did not receive the form, therefore, I submitted another form and followed up with PNC to make sure they received the form.  I contacted them on December 6, 2018, I believe and was advised by their CSR that the form was received and I thought the case was closed.  I was SHOCKED when, I checked my balance and noticed that $379.00 was deducted from my account and further SHOCKED when I found out that PNC when back into my account with out my knowledge and reversed their decision.  Further, I don't owe AT&T that much because, I did pay them 140.00.  Therefore, I am now out of $140.00 and PNC over paid them.   The only way, I will be satisfied with PNC is, they give me my $379.00 back, which they had no business reversing the decision because, I signed the dispute form and they received the form.  They screwed up my whole account, and I have not been able to pay my bankruptcy stipulation which is the money PNC deducted. I am not satisfied with PNC Bank and can't believe they withdrew money from my account and never made me aware.  I am planning on ending my relationship with PNC very soon.  I don't need a bank like this. I rate this bank -5.  They are thieves.  I will not be with this bank much longer.  Moving my account to a credit union which will be better for me anyway. Revdex.com, I appreciate your help with this matter.  Sincerely,  [redacted]   Sincerely,  [redacted]
