I have not spoke with PNC Bank nor received anything in writing. I did try to close the account but they continue to add over draft fees daily and I can not or will not ever catch up on the fees if they continue to add the fees.

I was told by an attorney once deactivated any purchases allowed to go through is illegal activity on the account. To continue to do so is fraud. A little while go, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com about my account at pnc bank. They responded to help me resolve unauthorized charges and said a credit would be issued to my card. Two months have...

passed by, and I still haven't seen the credit posted on my account. Further more, I never received my bank card since filing my first compalaint. They claimed that they sent the bank card to me months ago, but I never received it. I am working in [redacted] now, I need them to issue a credit to my account for the unauthorized charges as promised, and ship the bank card to me in [redacted]. It's been months, and I have not received the credit on my account or the bank card. My name is [redacted], my e-mail address for the account is [redacted]I need them to issue a credit to my account for the unauthorized charges as promised, and ship the bank card to me in [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not been contacted by PNC.  Nor did they discuss anything with me on June 23rd.  I was in New Jersey at a client meeting on that day with travel back from the meeting in the afternoon.I did not receive a call, email or voicemail of any kind from PNC on this issue - and I do NOT consider it resolved.  This response from PNC is an outrage / and an outright LIE.  They have not tried to resolve this issue and have continued to avoid my requests for more discussion on the matter.I again request for a conversation - this has gone on for 3 months now without attention by PNC.
